The Mitya State of Lovarpia is a mammoth, efficient nation, ruled by Eternal Prime Minister Benjamin Giles with a fair hand, and remarkable for its ubiquitous missile silos, smutty television, and national health service. The compassionate, democratic population of 9.399 billion Lovarpians are free to do what they want with their own bodies, and vote for whomever they like in elections; if they go into business, however, they are regulated to within an inch of their lives.
The large, corrupt, liberal, socially-minded government prioritizes Industry, with Education, Administration, and Defense also on the agenda, while Spirituality and International Aid are ignored. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Vitechilecy. The average income tax rate is 92.9%, and even higher for the wealthy.
The frighteningly efficient Lovarpian economy, worth a remarkable 1,563 trillion breaths a year, is quite specialized and led by the Information Technology industry, with significant contributions from Tourism, Arms Manufacturing, and Book Publishing. State-owned companies are common. Average income is an impressive 166,387 breaths, and distributed extremely evenly, with practically no difference between the richest and poorest citizens.
Sheepish teenagers are making eye contact with their parents for the first time in a decade during state-enforced 'no-phones hour', members of the government all have oddly similar anecdotes about their childhoods, photographers can be found hiding behind the curtains in Eternal Prime Minister Benjamin Giles's bedroom, and only vaccinated citizens may have free healthcare. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Lovarpia's national animal is the lingering life, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its national religion is Barbatosism.
Lovarpia is ranked 8,081st in the world and 319th in The North Pacific for Largest Publishing Industry, scoring 13,258.86 on the Bella Potter Productivity e-Index.
