General Assembly
Security Council
The 🇦🇷 Argentine 🇦🇷 of Mount Cecilia is a huge, pleasant nation, notable for its barren, inhospitable landscape. The hard-working population of 776 million Mount Cecilians are highly moralistic and fiercely conservative, in the sense that they tend to believe most things should be outlawed. People who have good jobs and work quietly at them are lauded; others are viewed with suspicion.
The medium-sized government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Law & Order, and Public Transport. The average income tax rate is 20.6%.
The Mount Cecilian economy, worth 30.3 trillion bitcoins a year, is led by the Pizza Delivery industry, with major contributions from Basket Weaving, Furniture Restoration, and Retail. Average income is 39,058 bitcoins, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 4.0 times as much as the poorest.
Candidates for public office painstakingly research their family trees to ensure their eligibility. Crime is moderate. Mount Cecilia's national animal is the elephant, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation.
Mount Cecilia is ranked 218,181st in the world and 2,836th in The North Pacific for Most Compassionate Citizens, scoring 42 on the Kitten Softness Rating.
