Hey there, Ongezellig puppeteer here. Whew, as far as I can tell, it's been a whole year and 54 days since my last Ongezellig-themed Gypsy Lands Poll Response™! To put it lightly, I've been busy IRL, and, perhaps thankfully, too much so to ramble about an indie YouTube show with an embarrassing fanbase. I worry that, given the current poll's subject matter, this post may come across as tasteless or worse; my apologies if it does. Thus, as always, feel free to scroll past this post if you wish.
Here's my reasoning for how each puppet nation answered the poll in character:
Maya Schoppenboer: "I don't know but I don't believe the official consensus", since according to the show and her non-canonical diary entries she's very distrustful of others and not above thinking they may be conspiring against her. I didn't outright have this account answer "Yes Bush did it" because I'd think of Maya as more prone to solipsism or similar thinking than political radicalism in the style of Mymy, aka 
Meiko Tachibana. In short, "quid est veritas?"; what is truth?
Coco Schoppenboer: "No, I believe everything about the official reports", since she's the most inoffensive and socially popular character in the show and seems invariably plucky and optimistic. She's also trusting enough to take Maya at her word even when she finds the latter in suspicious circumstances, so a similar trust in institutional authority is not inconceivable. I gave the same answer, out of character, on my account 
The Khazar myth, hence this post's opening quote.
Meiko Tachibana: "Yes [DEETed by mods]", since, given how much of a meme she is in the show, it feels very in character for her to say something outrageous enough to run afoul of NationStates moderation and then some.
Vera Persijn: "This poll is disrespectful to the anniversary of 9/11", because she's in a position of authority in the show seems serious and stern enough to have no patience for conspiracy narratives in general. Perhaps the same goes for this very post…
This is all just my opinion after some interpretation, so if you have a different one that's cool too.
As you may be able to tell by the time at which I'm posting this, I really ought to be asleep right now, so I'm sorry if I come across as insufficiently eloquent while concluding this. This might feel jarring after my prattling over a fictional internet show, and words are cheaper than deeds anyhow, but in closing I'd like to express my respect for the victims of the 9/11 attacks and for their families.
