When entering the station, the train sounds its modified horn, which sounds like someone is saying: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region Superior!"
Also while entering the station, 
FRE Train Conductor Kai, with a bright smile on his face, sticks his head out of the train's locomotive window, waves, and yells: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region Superior!"
The train stops at the platform, and opens its doors, waiting until the next region is featured to depart from the Superior station to the next station.

As a group of about 50 people riding horses gallop towards you, they begin to slow down, and eventually hop off their animals.
‘Hey, I heard y’all are featured in the newspapers!’ Says one of the men.
‘Congrats!’ Says another.
The largest of them walks out of the crowd, tilting his hat forward slightly. ‘Hey, son. You’re the leader of the featured region, aren’t ya? Well then congratulations! We wish y’all good luck.’ He then begins to walk away. ‘Well, me and my team are gonna explore this place for a while, then we’ll head home. Merry featuredness!’
As the band of gunmen get back on their horses, the horses begin to gallop away again, and they all call out ‘Happy featuredness!’ as they go past.

I have Wa endorsements from before i revived this nation
Not sure how they work any more. At one time once you go through an update, they would be canceled, but if you pop into the region the other nations are located, they could be held. Been that long. I have had endorsements survive like that in the past, both given and sent.
Think you have to be in the same region as the other nation.
