As a train pulls into the Guayas train station, an announcement is made.

When entering the station, the train sounds its modified horn, which sounds like someone is saying: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region [region]Guayas/region]
Also while entering the station, 
FRE Train Conductor Kai, with a bright smile on his face, sticks his head out of the train's locomotive window, waves, and yells: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region Guayas!"
The train stops at the platform for 2 minutes, and opens its doors, picking up/dropping off passengers.

How nice!
So weird to see all this creative ideas for featured region ratings. I know this is a small region with just puppets, so I really don't expect a high rating from any of you guys. I have thick skin, so a bottom rated rank is always expected, but it is nice to see that some regions are worse. Cannot see that as likely, but then, I have seen many regions that are scary.
Shortly, it will be another region's turn. Safe journeys all of you to who ever is the next featured region.
