Seeing as there is not a flag that is in-game for this region, I am using the Tajikistan flag to bulk up that flag's count a bit.
Page 5: Not bad for my needs. I've decided to place this region on my Oracle List for the time being. I will fill it with seven puppets and the founder for the time being, and update my playlist to include this region. F14: nice to keep tracking for this region with such a number. I may convert this region to my Matrix List later, possibly before it become a full Oracle Region (ie. the embassies to add it to my oracle list will not be official when they are cancelled and the matrix embassies are added). That depends on how much free time I have between now and then.
That rounds out this region. I should see about creating another complimentary region for this one, and hope it works out. Just have to come up with a name for it.
Did that in the blind. Just sent embassy offers to the regions that I normally have to send them to without checking to see which ones I already had embassy offers with. Only a few seemed to be already in place.
