The goal was for us to look for a country of high relevance that has stopped being a WA delegate of some region and wants to take revenge on that region so we could appoint it as our delegate, allowing it to make the region grow, benefiting all of us and itself, and then it could take revenge on its own region using ours. However, I gave up on this idea because it would be a very specific country to search for, and when this country sought revenge, we would probably lose against the enemy region, resulting in its downfall, which would harm us. Therefore, I abandoned this idea, please ignore it
