A new faction is formed in Dushkaria.
The Altiraj Coalition is essentially a unified alliance of the Reformgrupp and the Democratic Nationalist coalitions, aimed at addressing the instability of Dushkaria. This coalition has also received military support, assistance, and economic aid. While both parties in the Altiraj Coalition have political differences, the factions nevertheless resolved their differences as they signed the Altiraj Agreement.
The Altiraj Agreement.
Article I. Political Cooperation: This article requests the solidification of the division of Dushkaria into two entities based on political interests—the Reformgrupp Faction and the Democratic Nationalist Faction. However, the capital administration would be under the proposed Dushkarian legislature to address issues and foster integration within governance, essentially creating a two-party state in Dushkaria.
Article II. Political Structure: Under this agreement, the complex power-sharing political system among both political factions would ensure representation for broad national interests by introducing proportional representation in the country.
Article III. Economic Motivation: Dushkaria can partake in an economic outreach program, with hopes of establishing Dushkarian-owned businesses (while following local regulations) to export products at lower tariffs to Great Libertona. Additionally, in regards to the Altiraj Sea, it will be an exclusive economic zone for Dushkaria (excluding Stopiangese maritime territories), with mostly the western parts of the Altiraj Sea distributed evenly by the United Federation of Great Libertona, under the jurisdiction of the newly formed Irinopiane Island.
Article IV. Opposing Forces: Defeated forces from unrecognized factions that alienate Libertonian interests shall be decided to remain seized of the matter. *This clause can be voided if necessary.
Thus concludes the formation of the Majestic Commonwealth of Dushkaria and the friendship between the United Federation of Great Libertona.
Stopiang, Dushkaria, and Utsukushima
I have a maritime territory in Altiraj Sea, as the southeastern part is obviously mine, but I don't mind that the rest of the northeast, and the central part being under Dushkaria.
This literally makes the new Altiraj Coalition attractive for me, and I am willing to support! It doesn't seem like it would be a hindrance for Okanoyama Pact as well.
I might have a plot for this involving the Cerebrus Consortium doing whatever they can to cater to you.
That'll be interesting to see
the motive behind why the three biggest corporations in Dushkaria are grovelling at your feet is because they see you as an economic empire, and they wish to be present in the east where they could profit and prosper.
The more I think about it, the sadder I get over the Royal Council, as their only ally is DASEC.
