The zombies in the E region are out of control!!! Only the Popular Councils and two other countries are promoting the cleansing of this mockery!
We request help in combating zombies by any means necessary. Preferably, the cure.

As a country with most pacifists, we'd be glad to help. We can help quarantine the outbreak and provide limited military aid via funding and air support. The only condition I have as leader of Oblye-Chesia is for not a single person to leave your country. If you want help with the outbreak you are to isolate yourself immediately to prevent further infections and put Obyle-Chesia out of harm's way. We can issue a military blockade of your country and keep the outbreak from spreading out or trickling into your country.
