Out of curiosity, is dance a hobby or something you are generally a fan of? Is it something you actually do? This has quite a bit of information and I'm curious how you decided on the stone shoes thing

The dance can either be a hobby or a full time thing. There are clubs for it, and you can see in person performances of it. It requires a lot of perserverence and pain tollerence. I decided on stone shoes because you know how the dutch wear wooden shoes? I thought, what about metal shoes? Or even rock shoes? I bet that would hurt. Would it? What if they were for dancing? And I was curious if any other cultures have that. Somewhat unsurprisingly, there aren't really any cultures that wear rock shoes really. I thought, why not my NS culture? That would be kinda cool!
I am actually am studying political sciences at the University of Toronto. I'm planning to apply for a job as a policy annalyst for the Canadian Government when I'm done schooling. I'm currently 21 years old and I should be done schooling in around 3 years or so! I'm curious what was your guess as to what you thought I do?
Well the main difference is that wood can bend to absorb shock when you dance. Stone would just cause you to instantly tear your ACL and every ligament in your foot and also possibly cause sepsis. So yeah it would hurt
POV you step on the ground wrong and the shoe cracks, instantly sending dozens of stone shards into your foot

I feel like it wouldn't always automatically do that every time. It really would depend on what kind of stone it is. I should add that in the type of stone and what type would be most realistic.
