CONSTITUTION OF NORTHERN GREAT SIBERIA
Valid as of Jan. 19 2026

We the People of Northern Great Siberia agree to this constitution as our main orientation on how to solve our issues and orientate our countries

ART. 1 DIVISION OF POWER
Northern Great Siberia is a region belonging to its peoples.

1.2 GOVERNOR
The Governor's role is to enforce the constitution and make edits to it if changes have been voted out. The Governor is elected by the peoples and their term lasts 3 weeks. Once their term expires, they are obliged to organise new elections. If they refuse, the WA Delegate is obliged to EJECT + BAN the current governor.

1.3 WA DELEGATE
Alongside the Governor, the WA Delegate also has the obligation to enforce the constitution. The WA Delegate has no limit of term.

1.4 MINISTERS (OFFICERS)
Ministers have right to suggest laws via polls. They also have the right to report disobeyment of the constitution to the WA Delegate or Governor, however they do not have the right to punish people who disobey (unless both the WA Delegate AND the Governor are disobeying the Constitution, and are not willing to change their behaviour).

ART. 2 ELECTIONS

Everyone has the right to vote in an election. An Election or vote must last at least 2 days, of which both are working days, in order for it to be valid. (unless everybody voted before 2 days have passed)

2.1 GOVERNORAL ELECTIONS

These are held once a term of 21 days expires and in which everybody can vote, once. Once the Vote is over, the old Governor inaugurates

ART. 3 CONSTITUTIONAL CHANGES
In order for changes to be enacted to this constitution, a Vote must be held (see ART. 2)
A new post in the Regional Message Board should be made, which has the constitution with the new changes (the rest should be copied).

ART. 4 REGIONAL INSIGNIA AND CULTURE
The flag and banner of Northern Great Siberia are the main cultural symbols of our region and cannot be changed without a vote (see ART. 2)

ART. 5 IDEOLOGY
Northern Great Siberia identifies as a Socialist Union of multiple Nations, where the nations have their own semi-independent systems, yet must follow the rules of this constitution.

5.1 FASCISM
Fascism, Nazism, or any other similar form of Ideology is banned in our region. We identify as antifascist.

5.2 CAPITALISM
Capitalism is allowed in this region

ART. 6 PUNISHMENT
Any disobeyment of this constitution by anybody, regardless of authority must be punished. Punishment for any disobeyment (except for disobeyments which have their own explicit terms) should be carried out in this manner:

1. Warning of disobeyment, by Telegram, can be carried out by anyone. The Telegram should have a quote from this constitution that proves they have disobeyed something.

2. If after a 3 days of time, the policy or behaviour has not changed, the disobeyment has to be reported to the WA Delegate or Governor of the Region (unless it is them who realised the Crime in the first place). They are to issue a second warning and dismiss the Disobeyer of any Ministry they may be in charge of

3. If after another day still nothing has changed, the disobeyer must be EJECTED + BANNED

6.1 IF THE GOVERNOR OR WA DELEGATE DISOBEY THE CONSTITUTION
If the Governor disobeys the Constitution, the WA Delegate is obliged to issue a warning, and vice verca. If nothing changes 2 days after the warning, the WA Delegate is obliged to EJECT + BAN the Governor (or vice verca).

Socialist peoples republic of bulgaria, why did you appoint every minister in the region the authority to do everything? I believe you should rid people of the authority "Border Control", because that allows us to ban and eject people, which we cannot do anyway according to our constitution.

Dear Comrades,

Time has come for me to pass up my role as Governor, after all the good things I have bestowed upon our region such as our Constitution and its democratic values.

I hereby inaugurate Greaterr Serbia as the new Governor of our Region, and wish him all the best in his term. I wish for him to preserve our Socialist and Democratic values.
