Hello, and thanks for stopping by!
It's true, The Watchtower was originally founded by TAO, but as he told the tale, his friends in the reigon slowly went inactive and CTE'd. So he let the region CTE too.
Some years later, The Black Necromancer (aka 
Westwind) refounded it, unaware of TAO's past history here until he sent Watcher1 to join us. He stayed with us until he decide his time in NS was done.
TAO is still missed.
