We the people of Eemeria are pleased to welcome a new member of our region, Prima luxa! The people of Eemeria are proud to welcome the people of Prima Luxa who consist of ex-pats and the government-in-exile of our former ally and leader, Primordial Luxa. After years of instability, infighting, and governmental collapse a group recognizing themselves as the true descendants of Luxa's royal family has formed a government-in-exile to further the history of the once grand nation and free themselves from the rule of a government that has severely diminished the capabilities of it's nation.

Currently, Primordial Luxa has essentially ceased to exist as a nation with a central council that primarily rules only to the edges of the capital city. This central council has shown that it is only willing to utilize the meager military force it has left when the interests of those living in the capital city are threatened even if it is at the expense of the average citizen residing within the nation's borders. A majority of the country outside the capital city has either receded to 3rd world conditions or is run by various mercenary groups and gangs.

This government in exile is governed by former members of the government who worked to maintain the glory of Primordial Luxa as conditions inside the nation decreased but were overwhelmed by opposition parties who sought primarily to increase their wealth through the use of Primordial Luxa's military power. After years of attempting to reform the nation, these now former government members have concluded that doing so cannot be done solely by political means and have turned to former alliances that were ignored and neglected by those holding power.

Through a plea to the Eemerian government, this government in exile was able to secure military cooperation and through the effort of both Eemeria's and what military was left that joined this government in exile a substantial portion of northern Luxa was secured and brought under the banner of Prima Luxa. A large portion of this land is rural farmland and unpopulated areas but contains two major population centers, 2 inland military bases operated by the Luxan Air Force and Army, as well as one naval base situated at one of the nation's former largest trade ports. These geographic assets will ensure that the new government can use its current capabilities to retake the remainder of the country.

In the secured territory there exist 2.9 billion residents and the military forces of the new government consist of 125,000 soldiers of varying services, 850 aircraft of different varieties, 1,000 different tanks and armored vehicles, as well as 95 naval vessels including a single aircraft carrier and two battleships. Currently, these forces are solely dedicated to securing the borders of the newly established nation and extending the Prima Luxa government to other uncontrolled parts of the nation with the support of various Eemerian military units. Eemeria is primarily offering naval and airspace control support to reinforce the less established portions of the new country's military. The Eemerian government has committed to only directly engaging in combat within the nation when requested by the government of Prima Luxa or when required to protect the lives of civilians.

Just to be clear this is a puppet but I think it will introduce a fun RP-war opportunity and help recognize the work Luxa did to bring us all together!

By the way, I want to be responsible for supporting the rebel groups in Luxa.
