The Quite Neat Foxes of The Solar System Scope is a gargantuan, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Queen Stella with an even hand, and renowned for its multi-spousal wedding ceremonies, anti-smoking policies, and national health service. The compassionate, cheerful, devout population of 27.986 billion Astrofolks have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

The enormous government juggles the competing demands of Education, Environment, and Law & Order. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Astrocity. The average income tax rate is 99.2%.

The frighteningly efficient Astrofolk economy, worth a remarkable 4,968 trillion Solar Systems a year, is highly specialized and mostly made up of the Information Technology industry, with significant contributions from Tourism. State-owned companies are reasonably common. Average income is an impressive 177,541 Solar Systems, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Rare art has become a significant factor in negotiating all foreign trade agreements, many marriages go virtually unconsummated, genocide is seen as a topic best avoided in history lessons, and manufacturers of biodegradable plastics have to wait for months to show evidence of organic decomposition. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. The Solar System Scope's national animal is the Planet, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its national religion is Kitsuneity.

The Solar System Scope is ranked 2,300^th in the world and 39^th in the South Pacific for Most Advanced Law Enforcement, scoring 15,853.71 on the Orwell Orderliness Index.
