It is all well friend, I myself had to do so a little while back.
Although from what I'm readin acronyms are a dangerous game no? ha! It is amusing when a proposal is a little soft on compliance as well.

A very dangerous question my mayor as I believe there is plenty of interest here.
The only reason that I suppose it is dangerous, is the inevitable discussion of which Umamusume do you defend the most from nuclear attack? One has to make the conditions stable after all. Not to mention if we are to wear honorary ribbons or outfits.
My secretary informs me that there seems to be an unusual coalition of scientists, gamblers, and business men who have presented the idea of making this a reality.
