I never equated communism to fascism. The whole point of the LDU is to be free of groupthink, and guess what the extreme ideologies do best.

Agricultural Service Announces Establishment of Dáxlamalán Farms
With wild turkeys imported from Polar Point, the Evergreen Republic's Agricultural Service has announced the establishment of Dáxlamalán Farms, which is currently experiencing fall. The farms are located relatively close to Arc Hazel, on the heavily forested island. It is expected that the turkeys raised there will be used for food across the nation. The Agricultural Service said it is hopefully the first of many turkey farms to be established in the country. Turkeys have also recently been re-released into the wild in the nation's wildlands, as authorities seek to re-establish a wild turkey population. Early reports say the measure has been met with success.

Despite the pandemic, the sale of bushmeat remains legal in the Evergreen Republic. Critics say it is a sure way to have another pandemic, but the government claims it is safe. So far, authorities have resisted calls from health experts to ban the sale of bushmeat, citing it as necessary given that several nations have cut trade with the Evergreen Republic, severely diminishing the nation's imports. Bushmeat is not a food item distributed in government rations, but remains available in private markets.
Reality TV Star Celebrates Turkey Distributions

"I'm so thankful to the government," said Sherryl, a resident of Roxqusene and the star of hit TV-show Real Families of the E.R., a top-rated broadcast during the 11 a.m. hour. Sherryl offered comment as the RAF distributed turkeys to local families, filling bellies across the city. The addition of turkeys to the dinner plate in the Evergreen Republic is thanks to the Creator's blessings, and the wise planning of the Lỷderis. "This is what the folks there in Staidear won't show," Sherryl said, in a spontaneous declaration of patriotism as she served the turkey. The serving of the turkey was followed by a dramatic moment, when Sherryl realized she'd have no cranberry sauce for her leftover sandwiches, leading to an impromptu trip to the local, fully-stocked, grocery-distribution center.

RAF Sion Class Frigate Successfully Tests Hypersonic Tamsa Missile
The test, in the Southern Ocean this afternoon, was the first time the missile was used from a Sion Class Frigate. It comes as a result of a successful research project, dubbed "Operation Glide," which was undertaken by the RAF. According to the RAF Navy, the missiles will be maneuverable in midair and travel at speeds far exceeding the speed of sound, making them very difficult to intercept.
