TOR was originally founded to complement a certain II FT group, specifically the Free World Coalition I, SRoM, and a few others made.
Oh, for a while it went well, but nobody was really invested in the regional RP for long. Everyone who was either CTE'd or moved on.
Now, we're stuck in this state indefinitely.
