The region of Walbard has made a proposal to merge our regions. Please vote on either the Nationstates poll or on Discord if you think we should negotiate.

The Nays are Five on the discord and Four on the nationstates poll.
With a clear majority of five.
The proposal of merger talks is defeated.
Proposal for Ammendment of Article 2 of the Solidarity Communion Act (text in black)

Article II
The three values of Monarchism, Distributism and Communitarianism are key for any region that wants to establish a new diplomatic relationship with The Great Monarchical Nations.
Therefore, any region that want to accomplished that objetive must abide by at least two of these three values, which are gonna be accounted under certain tags of NationStates and over any regional documentation that they may publish.
Those tags are the following ones:
- Monarchism: Monarchist.
- Distributism: Egalitarian/Industrial, Anti-Fascist and/or Anti-Communist.
- Communitarianism: Democratic/Liberal, Religious, Anti-Fascist and/or Anti-Communist.
Furthermore, The Great Monarchical Nations shall only extend the privileges established under this Organic Law to regions that exercise genuine sovereignty and independence. Regions identified as Colony or Puppet Storage, whether by NationStates regional tags or by their established function within the game, shall ordinarily be presumed not to satisfy this requirement.
Likewise, The Great Monarchical Nations declares its opposition to regions or organizations that actively promote or stand at the forefront of totalitarian ideologies, including Communism and Fascism. The presence of either the Communist, Fascist or Totalitarian regional tags, or of internal policies that resemble any kind of totalitarism in the region shall constitute sufficient grounds to determine that a region does not conform to the principles of the Solidarity Communion.
Some exceptions may be done in specifics occasions to which a region follow any of the three values.
Communitarianism sounds sh*t.
Even if the name sounds like another kind of ideologies (who I think most of the members of the region agree it shouldn't have the importance and strength it has) Communitarianism what truly is the emphasizing of the importance of the family and civil institutions like churches, charities and voluntary associations (all of them being non-coercing).
Still sounds like Communism. And if a member chooses this and Distributism from the 3 options, it has nothing to do with Monarchism. So why do we call ourselves a Monarchical region?
Our embassies don't determine how monarchical we are. For example, real life monarchies aren't less of a monarchy for having relations with other countries.
And while the name "communitarianism" isn't the best, it's still against communism.
Those 3 values have something in common, there are mostly practiced by conservatives. Communitarianism is prevalent among Christian Democratic groups.
Thus these three values position our foreign policy more in favor of conservative regions.
