Ensure your nation has a valid e-mail in your settings. You need this to join the WA.
Go to the World Assembly page and click "Apply to Join". Despite the wording, the site lets all applicants join.
Check your email for a message from NationStates. Click the link provided and admit your nation to the WA.
Go to our Delegate's nation and endorse it. The button is near the bottom of the page. Repeat this for our Ranger.
After that, you're done! You become Edocan once AnAkonA makes the ritual "Bad Pun With Your Nation Name" RMB post.
If you need an exception to this rule, you must contact AnAkonA or Los Glaciares in advance.
