✰ Question of the Day! ✰
How do people from your country celebrate important events?

Gatherings with family is the custom for Tavalia. When an important event happens in someone’s life or something important in general, Tavalians like to bring the family together to celebrate. Such events are seen as an opportunity to get closer with those around you and invite them to do the same and share the good in their life with the rest of the family.

For most holidays, they go get free drinks at their local pub, for the important ones, there's usually large gatherings in the central plaza of the nearest city, which can get quite rowdy, with deaths not being uncommon, for more personal things like birthdays, it'll just be a simple family gathering. Important holidays in Maraganta are amongst others the national holiday, the day of the national revolution, and the day of union, the last one is a religious event, that's usually held somewhere towards the end of the year (there's no real consistent logic to it beyond when it's most convenient), where people all gather at one of the major temple complexes, to walk around and pray, it's important because it's the only time non-priests are allowed to enter the inner areas of said complexes, most of them also have an even deeper section, where only the king and maintainer appointed by the king are allowed to enter. however, there is no king, and a lot of the maintainers fled the country or died during the revolution, so a lot of these areas have not been entered by humans in half a century.

The Holy-Covenant wrote:✝️☪️ A Conversation Across Faiths

Today, I had the privilege of interacting with Caliph Muhammad al-Mansur of Al-Khilafah al-Islammaiyah, from the Lazarus region. As Pope of Communitas, I was grateful for the opportunity to speak with him and exchange ideas about Christianity and Islam.

Our conversation reminded me of the considerable common ground between our traditions. Both Christianity and Islam affirm faith in one God, prayer, charity, compassion, moral responsibility, care for the poor, humility, and accountability before God. Both call upon their followers to live beyond selfish worldly pursuits and to show mercy and generosity toward others.

There are, of course, important theological differences between our faiths, and I believe those differences deserve honest and respectful discussion. But recognizing our shared values does not weaken our convictions. Rather, it can help us understand one another better.

I am thankful for the opportunity to listen, learn, and exchange ideas with a fellow person of faith from beyond Communitas.

May conversations across regions and religions continue to build bridges where there could otherwise be walls.

Peace and blessings upon all nations of Communitas and Lazarus.✝️☪️

May God bless all those who seek Him sincerely, and may He guide us toward wisdom, peace, and understanding.

Amen.

Amen.

Usually a private party (that including close friends and family, sometimes even acquaitances) suffices in Ydleci. If the celebration is a national one, there's usually a military parade such as the "Southern March" for example, in which the army starts marching from northern Furt Dei to the southern cities of Xelenia and Meighar, honoring Archon Righs' last liberation march to overwhelm and crush the last remnants of the Aguiszendlan Crownlands.

Btw, Dante is actually in a coma, and all of Limbus Company is her imagination (Dante is actually a woman too)

✰ Question of the Day! ✰
Does your nation have a nightlife culture?

Yes and it is considered a big part of Tavalian culture. Large cities remain laminated even past late hours as many buildings remain operational. The nation enjoys spending nights outside in various locations from restaurants, clubs or simply taking a walk in famous streets. Due to this, public transit networks and other public services usually remain working 24/7.

There is an underground nightlife culture in the Triple Cities, mostly consisting of clubs in the anarchist sections of the city, university students are the largest clientele for these clubs, and they're very well known for being relatively drug free compared to clubs in other countries, because the anarchists enact very harsh punishments on drug dealers, and they generally run the clubs. the exception to this are the few clubs and underground casinos lead by the cartels, though these tend to be shut down after only a few months. mostly because the anarchists usually find out about them rather quickly, and then hang the club owners and dealers from lamp posts.
