Observer: Region with low activity, has no major contribution that i can find to astronomy in general, hates Uranus or likes Jupiter.
Telescope: 2nd or 3rd time its been featured, semi-dead but not fully, has atleast something to contribute for Astronomy, football or chess.
Astronaut: Region with a activity, this is the region's 4th or more time being featured, or hates Jupiter.
Uranus Approved: Has done alot for astronomy, chess or football, 3 things i love, loves Uranus, or on a special day (Like my birthday, Brazilian independence day, Christmas, etc.)

As a train pulls into the Chemos train station, an announcement is made on the train station's PA system.
"Attention Chemos Station passengers. Now arriving on Track 1, is The Featured Region Express to [Insert next Featured Region.] Please stand back from the yellow line and please watch the gap while boarding the train."
When entering the station, the train sounds its modified horn, which sounds like someone is saying: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region Chemos!"
Also while entering the station, 
FRE Train Conductor Kai, with a bright smile on his face, sticks his head out of the train's locomotive window, waves, and yells: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region Chemos!"
The train stops at the platform for 2 minutes, and opens its doors, picking up/dropping off passengers.
The train then closes it's doors and departs, heading to the next Featured Region.
