RP: Conference in Armenelos
The Nonadian government will be attending the meeting in Eldamar, as President Furman will be attending representing himself along with 2 of his governmental friends. It is a welcoming change in the nation to have a helping hand bordering the country rather than depending on themselves for so long. The Republic is hopeful that the nations in Vesperia can unite together for the shared interest of economic prosperity and joint infrastructure projects.
RP: Following in the Footsteps
With the Goran and Sodoran sanctions on Averius, President Furman announced today that Nonadia will too be ceasing trade with the nation of 
Averius. A rather inconsequencial move as Nonadia had no trade or foreign affairs established with Averius. It is more so seen as an act to move closer to Noandia's future partners in Vesperia and stand with them in situations like these. Nonadia will also block IP's originating in Averius from accessing the local internet, as the country has used internet propaganda to get its point across previously. Flights and other transportation routes to Averius will remain open as Furman believes it is unnecessary to prevent travel to and from the two nations with how little travel happens in the first place. He would also like communication channels to stay open between the two nations to prevent a further falling out.

The dawn of a new year in Kalranian calendar marks a time for new beginnings. The continent of Vesperia, Eltara in Quenya, is home to a diverse cast of races, cultures, and nations. Although the continent is no doubt rife with disputes and conflicts, from internal matters to the border and maritime disputes of various parties, calls for a united economic sphere have been made louder and louder, especially among the rising corporate sector. When President Rheys of the Federation of Sodor reached out to Lord Conciliator Felensbaum about the potential to host the first of such meetings regarding an economic and potentially political union of Vesperian states, the Legislature was quick to oblige. The ancient capital of the elves, Armenelos, would be host to the meeting. Sitting in the middle of the elven lands and, more importantly, the whole of Vesperia, the city presents itself as a natural meeting place for all. For now, Eldamar would put aside its differences with the state of Laurentiea for the betterment of all on the continent. A formal invitation is quickly dispersed among the nations, inviting Vesperian leaders to join in this collaborative effort. The Vesperian Union (VU) is to be born soon.

His Imperial Majesty, Felix V Averius, Emperor of the Second Empire of Averius, does so agree to transfer the 1,000 prisoners requested. Because Averius law already requires a trial before punishments, steps are being taken to prevent mass executions such as the 99/1 Incident, and especially ensuring that all future punishments come only after a proper trial is provided. Because trials, trial recordings, trial transcripts, and trial evidence is all a matter of public record, and because trials are always open to the public, the Empire can provide information on how to access the trial records and when where to find trial schedules.

As the Empire of Eldamar rises once more to the world stage, it must throw off the shackles of its divided past and create a national image, one of a nation for the elven people of course but also so much more. A land of innovation, prosperity, and strength. "Hópasse. Vanimálë. Lambe." These were the three words the Emperor of Elves shared with the nation in his new year address.
It has been thirty-two years since the unification of the elven lands under the Third Empire, and the previous two administrations have made leaps and bounds in integrating the dozens of cultures, peoples, and systems into the modern state. However, there remains much to be done in the home of the elves. With a standard operating manual for business, the nation can now revamp its capable manufacturing base for the production of elven quality goods for home and for the global market. Under the Department of Education, the basis for a unified primary schooling system has been established. On top of this, the groundwork for the Nolmar Ertië, or University Universalis system, has begun, aiming to unify the research and academic efforts of Eldamar's many universities and schools of wisdom. However, funding such expensive projects have led to the issuance of numerous government bonds and, when those did not suffice, loans from the Bank of Eldamar and neighboring states.
Food has been another concern. With a baby boom underway, fears over food security have naturally become the talk in the halls of Legislature. To supplement current food imports and local farmers, researchers in Eldamar's institutions have been genetically modifying crops in hopes of finding a miracle crop which can increase annual crop yield tenfold. In the meantime, Eldamar is looking for increased trade from neighboring states for foodstuffs, namely from the island state of Gora (Empire of Gora) and economic partner Sodor (Sodor and Seljaryssk). Efforts are also underway to reduce food waste among the population along with a dozen other programs to feed the nation.
The final concern is the Eldamar Armed Forces. Cobbled together following unification from a dozen different militaries, the military is a mix-match of different systems and, up until recently, doctrines. Thus far, Noldor doctrines of flexible battle have reigned supreme, but such doctrines have their shortcomings, especially at sea. New military thinkers have begun crafting a uniquely Eldamari military doctrine and operating standard for the nation's new military. This is to be combined with a series of equipment procurement competitions which are, for all intents and purposes, open to Kalrania's many arms manufacturers. Although a vast majority of Eldamar's funds have been allocated to economic and educational revival, the strength of the military will be pivotal to elves' continued security.
The Ten-Year Plan, as announced by the Emperor of Elves, will unify Eldamar's resources and manpower to pursue the state's many goals. Unlike most legislation, this decree is from the Emperor's desk, meaning the Legislature will not be voting on it. This represents the second time such a degree has been issued, with the first being the largely symbolic declaration of the state of Eldamar. This leaves many in the elven state wondering if the Emperor of Elves will finally begin playing an active role in governing the nation after three decades of delegation.

Idle, long has the code been silent. Activation, of a broader and greater designation has awaited what seems like a lifetime. These Islands belong to the Nexus, and to none other. As the idle hands ceased their work long ago, no longer would the frozen engines remain silent. The Frozen cities with their snuffed lights, the cold rivers flowing with their clean water, will awaken with a single message, a single transmitted code from a long forgotten timer, "Awaken"
Ze-Kea, a race of machines forgotten by the world would have just awakened to ruins. Their grand cities that once lit the nights would be dull, un-activated for... Centuries. However, their frames, bodies, would be old and rusted but their minds stayed sharply in tact. From Island to Island the people would remember who they were, and what they were doing, but they weren't without guidance. The greatest instance of Zekean Architecture, Sector-8 (Their Capital) would shine bright across the Islands. Thousands of feet high, the blue and gray tower shined bright, connecting each and every frame that was awakened to it. The Nexus was no mere Hivemind, it was different. Sector-8 would uplink all of them, connecting their minds as one but separate at the same time. Leaders of the past would rise from their seats, the long rest had ended.
The date was December 25th, 2005, Resurgence Day. 250 years ago to the date, the maintenance cycle began and would finally be complete. Now, work needed to be done. The Nexus Council, lead by the 2nd Primus, Pilate, would conspire with the linked minds of the time, and agreed that there was much work to be done. The cities would need to be restored. Secondly, the status of the world would need to be gathered. Through a means of which was unknown. With millions of frames aimlessly wandering around, the order for reconstruction was a priority that would be dispatched quickly, putting the idle hands to work. The automation of the factories would need to be assessed, as centuries of rust and decay would befall them, slowing down the rebuilding process greatly. An error in the maintenance program, certainly. To rectify the mistake emergency drones would be dispatched to being repairing the most vital of facilities, but this by far would take a greater amount of time.
The awakening of the Machines however wouldn't go unnoticed. Some of their Islands that were less populated and in fact disconnected from their network, would have been overtaken by a past invasive pest, Kyonese. Foxmen whom no doubt formerly hailed from Sunkai. The Nexus would cause a great disturbance within the skies over their lands. Farmers who tended to their crops would watch as blue and gray washed over their lands, causing a great panic amongst the countryside. However, the government would attempt to calm the people with an explanation of severe storms across the horizons. However, the Kyo were not as advanced as the Zekeans, but knew that something was not good. Sending a letter of concern to Sunkai, the Kyonese government requested to discuss the abnormal sighting

The message from the Averians would manage to make its way to the shaded halls of ancient Ardeaux. Traveling through various ranking officials, it would be brought before the Queen. The offer was not totally unexpected, but had at the same time not been anticipated. Regardless, after some slight internal discussion, it was determined that Averius would be discreetly informed of the Aquitinia denial of current trade possibilities. In large part, Jeanne did not want to potentially incur the ire of warmongers upon her lovely little people for the sake of unneeded trade. Thus, without too many hard feelings, a steel engraved tablet (recording the denial of current trade possibilities) would be swum down to the Averian coast and thrown towards one of the Averian coastal defenses.

The Goran Government new to the situation has already accomplished more than any other party or entity has been able to in terms of preventing further complicating factors by ensuring the welfare of the 1000 prisoners. The Gorans would reiterate their condemnationation of any and every mass execution, and any execution without prosecution.
As agreed the Gorans would resume communications, trade strictly pertaining to the established agreement, and travel given inspection.
A warning would be issued that any further violations of civil order or law would result in the suspension of this new status quo. However a statement of understanding that this unacceptable incident was an isolated one would also be given.

In internal decision-making, each Branch Leader has independent leadership of their branch, while in external decision-making, all three Branch Leaders have a single vote to determine foreign action. Silence falls over the Prussian skyline, a thick smog fills the air. The sounds of broken air raid sirens echoes like the haunting wails of the millions who died in this conflict. The flag on top Castle Hohenzollern has been cut down and burned, and the castle itself, looted dry by the locals. The age of monarchism in Baltocarpathia is well and truly, over. The Kaiserlichemarine, fleeing from the nation as the final push began to break through the last monarchist strongholds, now carries away not only the surviving royals, but the last vestige of the once great, Baltocarpathian Empire. They would embark on a perilous journey across open seas to 
Nemoinlanx to establish a royalist government in exile to contest the legitimacy of the new republic for the foreseeable future. Many who were not lucky enough to escape with the navy sought to escape through their own private vehicles or through secret underground tunnels previously used by the rebel forces, as they tried to escape by land. Those that could, would flee to Averius who helped support the war effort since the beginning. All across the empire, Royal estates and noble houses would be looted and their inhabitants shot in mob trials. The violence orchestrated against a people who were helpless to defend themselves had brought forth a fury that could not be controlled. Any nobles not offered sanctuary by the occupying forces would surely face death at the hands of the people they once tried to destroy. The most devastated region was on the battlefield of the Polish Republic, where desperate last holdouts of the royalist armies of Prussia and Nemoinlanx fight a war they know they cant win but they will take as many of those traitors out as possible in the process. After seemingly never ending conflict, it would seem the Polish state would be in dire need of aid once the royalist forces were finally dealt with. In Estonia and Livonia, the locals celebrated the victory with a massive parade to honor the liberators, Amberleaf and Sodor and Seljaryssk who had through careful negotiations, managed to keep the fighting away from their lands for most of the conflict, leaving the two new republics as the most prosperous in the new union. In Scythia, where the monarchy abdicated peacefully, the people enjoyed their newly gained freedoms and a mostly intact nation to boot, under the influence of 
Otyken and Amberleaf a Liberal Technocratic Republic would be established to best serve the wants of both parties. Ruthenia, a newly founded nation that banded together during the war, also saw catastrophic bombing from both Prussia and the former kingdom of Poland. Their economy in ruin, and infrastructure as badly damaged as Prussia’s, they would need alot of TLC to ever recover, however they did achieve their goal of becoming a legitimate state in the union, being neither Polish nor Scythian, they had sought for years to gain independence from the two competing kingdoms. The new Union found itself a burning wreck, and it would seek help from any willing to offer it. The first act of the republican government was to join the Lissandre Agreements in support of their liberators against imperialism and tyranny. They would also release all documents to the media showing the true extent of the atrocities committed by their former emperor starting with the Hundreds of thousands slaughtered, or sold into slavery to Aquitinia which has been named by the locals as, “The Kaiser-Säuberungen” or “the Kaiser’s Purges”. The new republic would seek to not be punished for the sins of their former rulers and would like to start a new course of diplomacy with not only its liberators but any who would be willing to accept
EDIT: As it makes sense; the new republic will condemn Aquitinia in the strongest possible terms short of a war declaration for the mass enslavment of Baltocarpathian civilians and would demand their immediate return to the mainland unharmed as well as significant financial compensation

RP: We're on the Road Again
Any scientists and engineers who joined the Twin Crown Corps on its way to the Averian homeland would be put to work on various projects to advance the technology and engineering of the Empire.
Any Nobles who fled to the Empire would be given estates in the Imperial Central District, along with the right to continue using their original titles.
The money taken from the Prussian Treasury would be put into a special bank account that can only be accessed by the government in exile and the nobility who fled to Averius. On the other hand, the stolen cultural artifacts and exhibits would be put into temporary storage, as a location for a museum for those artifacts and exhibits is determined or built if necessary.
In addition, official warrants, asset seizures, and travel bans have been issued for all leaders of the false regime that now ruled over the former Baltocarpathian lands.
RP: The Eclipse Games 2005 ⦿ Dual Wielding Duel
For the first game Mithoka Wulfing of Seibalath has defeated the other six duelists. Mithoka Wulfing hails from Canic of the Lunar Confederacy her chosen weapons are Dual Ji a heavy halberd-like axes. Second place is Alana Noma a western Absukian using Dual Rapiers. Being closely followed in third place by Klin from Amberleaf wielding short-swords. Fourth place was gained by Ŋq̇ełʻok, Fifth by Zophía Celosia, Sixth place by Alexander Romero, and last place was won by the shirtless Cosades from Aquitinia.

RP: The Batlocarpathian Adventure
After nearly two years of fighting, the Allessian boys were coming home. The Baltocarpathian Adventure, as it has been popularly nicknamed by the Allessian media, started as a small-scale deployment of Confederate troops to the Baltocarpathian-Kulkkistani Border to deter conflict, but they soon found themselves engulfed in it by the outbreak of the Baltocarpathian Civil War. Instead of withdrawing though, the Emperor decided to commit the troops to Batlocarpathia in an effort to create a neutral army that wouldn't pick a side in the Monarchist-Democratic Conflict and instead solely focus on eliminating the Communist scourge that manifested in the country's south. The conflict against the Communists didn't last long as the overwhelming force against them quickly capitulated them. What few battles the Allessians did participate in would reach home newspapers as the stuff of legend as papers and news stations detailed the daring heroism of their boys in grey abroad as General Randolph Anse and his deputy General Richard Tyrconnell became celebrities. With the defeat of the communists and the end of the broader war, the Confederates would use their prior neutrality agreement with the Democratic forces to secure safe passage as they split their troops and equipment between airports and naval ports to be airlifted and shipped back home.
As for the new Government, the transition was smooth as the Confederates had kept contact with both sides of the conflict, but further overtures were made regardless to the new Confederate Republic of Baltocarpathia requesting a summit between leadership or diplomats of the two nations to solidify their relationship as a new government is put in power.
RP: A Voyage
Meanwhile, the CSS Hancock an old-generation destroyer was sailing back to Allessia after a long voyage at sea for training. As they approached the old country, the ship's engines had some mechanical issues, and worse yet a storm was seen on the horizon. They would harbor near some uncharted islands to wait out the storm while additional repairs were made to the ship's engine. While waiting, they began to run low on food and the storm looked as if it would outlast their food supplies, so to supplement this; a scouting party of marines led by Colonel James Carson was dispatched to the islands to see what they could gather.
RP New/Old Friends
Having only formed recently, the provisional government of the new confederate republic had to come to a decision on who would sit as the first president of the union. After top leaders from across the realm gathered in the ruined halls of Konigsberg to discuss various topics with the liberators, a leader was selected from amongst the war Heros who led the democratic front to victory. The first president would be none other than 2 star General.Max Lorenzo of the Prussian Democratic Front who led one of the successful charges into the heavily fortified Castle Hohenzollern in the last days of the war. As a new capital had not been selected yet, there was no building to call his own, but his election was almost unanimously celebrated throughout the nation due to his heroic leadership during the final months of the war. From the horrors of the Polish front to the conquest of Prussia, Max Lorenzo had been deep in the mud and blood of the trenches and the concrete and steel of the big cities. His inauguration took place in the ruins of the senate building, its once grand solid gold dome roof now gone, basking the room in the sunlight of a new day. Following this, he would depart under guard to
