The Raze of Zayantal

Dze Tribes

The reinforcements would come a little too late, as the Karzyn manage to spearhead further into the Kingdom's territory. After a relentless, bloody battle, the defenders would be driven out from Zayantal, only for a grim dark fate to befall the once Il-Saakan town, as it was completely put to the torch under the Karzynite occupation.
With like three thousand Il-Saakan Toris living peacefully, the town was turned into nothing more than a reminder of what it once used to be as ruined and burning buildings were scattered everywhere. Most of the population would barely escape westward, weary and exhausted from the fight they were caught in. The lucky ones remaining behind would die from the occasional shell landing near them, or be caught by a bullet to shorten their suffering. But for the ones alive and caught? Only further barbarity awaited them.
The leftover survivors, in what little few numbers were left, would be put to the blade in what appeared to be a ruthless and barbaric act by the Karzyn; the corpses being impaled on long metallic sharp poles, and put on display around the town's perimeter as a cruel message to anyone that came by with various scales of maiming inflicted upon them, some post-mortem just to make the scene even more gruesome and mentally scarring.

A few more days would pass by, as the reinforcements would finally arrive at the conflict sites from either side. The 10,000 accompanying Dzeians along with the rest of the Il-Saakan reinforcements would reach the front. The modern equipment provided by the Dze would be immediately put to use against the Karzynite assets, as the technological gap on the field having switched sides for the Il-Saakan, with powerful foreign war machinery effortlessly dispatching the much more inferior Karzynite mechs, vehicles and infantry itself. The sudden influx of foreign tech and mercenaries on the field quickly turned the tide against the Karzynite, as a joint Il-Saakan-Dzeian force would begin to push the Karzynites out of the Il-Saakan territory.
This is where the most horrendous sight so far in this war would be first witnessed by the Kingdom and her allies:

The remains of Zayantal.

...Nothing was left, everything turned into rubble. Not to mention the disgusting, horrifying crime the Karzynites have done by desecrating the corpses of the dead and put on display, a clear attempt at Psychological warfare. The malice the Karzynites held to the Il-Saakans was evident.
As the enemy was pushed back to the border, and the Il-Saakan regained their control over Zayantal, an effort was being made by the Kingdom's soldiers to take down the corpses and at least give them the proper rites of passing before returning to the border. But such a task was difficult for many, seeing their kith and kin being treated with such cruelty. Many couldn't even stand being near this, let alone catch a glimpse of an impaled corpse. But it had to be done, and it was done so by the more iron-willed individuals who volunteered to un-do the scene, even if it proved to still be as distressing.

It was even more gut-wrenching for the few Il-Saakan soldiers who once called Zayantal their home. To know, that the place they hatched in and grew on? So many happy memories from their childhood, the places they remember? Only to be stripped away from them. The few soldiers that hail from Zayantal can be seen rightfully mentally breaking down into tears at the horrible sight, both done to their old homes and the few familiar faces they would recognize on the poles. One such soldier, a Tori barely into her adulthood, is seen kneeling over what was left of the remains of her mother after she was taken down from the pole, hugging her tightly and shaking her, as if trying to wake her up in desperation-- refusing to believe that she is gone. Few others shared the same feeling...
Sisters, childhood friends, even lovers. All were gone by the hand of the Karzynites, whose barbaric acts knew no limit to their cruelty.
The shock turned to sadness, sadness turned to anger. The Il-Saakans, being witnesses to this, have sworn retribution. Justice will come to the Karzynites, sooner or later. And the Il-Saakans were out for blood. Karzynite blood.

The borders would be restored, thanks to the Dzeian aid in pushing them out of the territory. The Il-Saakan army would then prepare to push into the Karzynite land while leaving the Dzeians behind to protect the border and plug the holes where they couldn't. After all, this now felt personal.

The Retreat

The city of Uregkhan Uul would be bombarded by the airships, but with the timely intervention by the Dzeians and their MANPADS, two airships would be effortlessly shot down as they come crashing down into the ground, quickly surrounded and overwhelmed by the Tori soldiers to check for any survivors. The other airship, seeing the quick work that was done on them by foreign tech, would turn tail and skedaddle out of there as quickly as they could. Some Karzyn crew would be caught alive, barely. But the news of the Karzynite treachery would be quite well-spread by now- many of the Il-Saakan soldiers, rightfully angry, mistreating the Karzynite soldiers for the crimes in Zayantal. They were close to just executing the caught surviving crew on the spot, were it not for the rather unpopular order of an Il-Saakan officer telling them to stand down. Treating their enemy similarly to how they did against them would make the Il-Saakans no better than the Karzynites if they just ended up committing awful crimes. Not many shared the same sentiments, but the moral high ground was there.

RP: Masonist Attack Countered

The Masonists attempted another large-scale attack last night. The attack was in a small town in the Aquarius region of the Empire. The police were able to apprehend 500 of the murderers, while the murderers suffered at least 200 casualties during the fighting. The captured criminals are set to have their trial next week.

RP Old Enemies
In the chaos of war, rebel forces within Baltocarpathia originating from Kulkkistan have been reportedly rampaging near the border regions, with several military reports of indirect and direct combat between the two forces all across the border strip.

RP New Friends
Leadership of the Pro-Democracy front would send a small delegation to the Kulkkistan where they would seek an audience with their nations leadership. This small group noting the never ending hostility towards the kulkkani people by the monarchist regime, would promise future support and good relations in return all they ask is limited financial and military support for the democrats as they seek to liberate themselves from the shackles of the emperor

Its safe to say, what the Karzyn did was really dumb. It wasn't on any solid ground either, a genuine mistake and confusion. But you really shouldn't be flying above an active warzone, as this thing may just happen-- which it did.

The Karzynites dispatched a squad of her soldiers, along with some utility mechs to transport the airship. Hell, if they went this far, might as well just commit to it and forget about it by throwing it all underground and burrying it.

The soldiers would rescue any surviving crew members to put them in jail. They would be of course, given any treatment to stench any bleeding, but couldn't really do much for the cybernetically augmented ones.
The airship would be towed into Margaash, at least the surviving part of it. The design looked intricate, and more advanced compared to the Karzynite fleet, so they will dissect it and attempt to reverse engineer it of whats left, and improvise on parts where it was lacking to create an amalgamation.

There was no sign that this group was in any way, involved with the Il-Saakan. But it couldn't hurt to try and inquire them.
Yes, inquire.

The surviving prisoners would be routinely interrogated ruthlessly by the Karzynites, digging at whatever information they could get. Even if they told the truth, Karzynites couldn't really let them go at this point.

The interrogations would shift from inquiring about Il-Saakan allegiance, to the airship design- trying to forcefully get any information that could help them in their research. When not interrogated, the surviving moths would be essentially thrown into the oubliette to hold them in extremely poor conditions.
There is NO WAY they can really let them go after what they did.

The best thing they can do is brush it all under the rug, and fervently deny ALL accusations that may fly at the steppe state. The crash site would be picked up clean- if the crash has left a crater, Karzynite logistics would fill in the hole with dirt and lay a fake roll of grass to hide the obviously filled crater to blend it with the rest of the steppe until the grass naturally regrows itself.

Everything would be investigated. From the airship, to the gear the crew had. Essentially given off to the Science division of the Confederacy.
The dead moths would be put on the cutting table, as the Karzynite coroners began to cut them away in an autopsy to learn of the moths biology, all for unethical science of course.
The corpses of the fallen would unceremoniously be discared into furnace, turned into ash.
A very, very sad outcome. But they went too far now, they truly can't take that back now.

The only chance for freedom the surviving moths have, is to escape. It was plainly obvious they won't be let out.

RP: Following the Trail

The auxiliary airship Gander has been reported missing to dock authorities having been a week past when it should have arrived at Owlet. Captain Cece Hyalo of the Gander is wanted for questioning by the Glóavið Council over a missing amount of superior refined mana taken from the Lesser Glóavið Springs Laboratory. High Commissioner Rigona Kita has supported this request from Glóavið saying Owlet will also follow suit with the questioning of Captain Hyalo. The Bureau has been called in to instigate which path the airship may have taken between the two enclaves. Judge Wíst Havítt would seek to speak with the different leadership of the Steppes then following the Third Confederation of Dze and maybe Kynthes Isles if no other leads showed up.

RP: Come out ye Red and Whites! The Draconian Problem rises once more, Part 2.

As top Investigators are trying to find out the culprits, There was then rumors of the Draconian Liberation Unified Front (DLUF) was involed and that right there would send shivers. The Dauwterns Ceasefire is basically now at steak as this WAS possibly the breakdown both The Federal Empire of Draconians and The Grand Old Empire of the Draconian to go at it Once again. Ever since both The Second Internal Civil War and The Crisis of District 13, lead to bloody clashes known as The Crises: A series of gunfights, Domestic Terrorism, Threats, a near THIRD Internal War, Clashes with Republic police AND soldiers at times, And a chaotic diplomacy that hangs in just one thread of the most slimmest rope. This however was the first in what was the longest time of attacks after that said Ceasefire, Including the end of the 4th Civil War that has for the longest time been... Small skirmishes and just small incidents. However, this was just an escalation and the finger pointing game began. As the DLUF denies involvement, Points the blame to the Federal Empire for inciting this escalation as they had nothing to begin with gaining and was still rebuilding their Organization. The Federal Empire would not only be outraged, but blames the DLUF to The Grand Old Empire of the Draconian for bombing the areas that basically had their ONLY representation in the current Congress as there was still some many that where overwhelmingly rejected and threatening that representation.

Both decided that enough was enough, One has to go and Militias all around would wake up as in the City of Altenap lots of fire fights and left 8 dead with mostly Federal Empire... And it was ON. As both sides started to clash between both Old Empire and Federal Empire, In just THREE hours: Three more bombs where set off, Eight more fire fights broke out, and a bloody riot would all burn on the 10th District most southern-western part as District 10 would call for an emergency session. Both the new Monarch of The Federal Empire Queen Anastasia Moon II and Grand Old Dragon King Deanro Printalo would reject any proposals as there was even some National Guard stationed around the areas and would also fight against the Old Empire. With things basically now out of the question, Fights started to occur in other areas in usual places that was stable as even two ASSASSINATION attempts happen as District 9 immediately placed the District on high alert and deployed the Defense Guard as a warning and all eyes looked at District 10 for some stability and some calm. But years of just Peace Treaties, Ceasefires, and Neutral amendments which finally exploded in the worst ways and now a situation starting to go out of control.

A Time of Troubles

On September 4th, 2003, the Triune's major workers unions orchestrated the largest work stoppage in the nation's history. Millions of workers marched across the nation in protest of poor wages, poorer labour laws, and the fraudulent reelection of Consul Zhilan. It was the result of months of preperation. Steelworkers, dock laborers, and coal miners each striking in unison in a daring attempt to finally bring the Federation to its knees and have their grievances be heard and remedied or at least bring about some kind of tangible change.

It was not the kind of thing that the Consul was pleased to see. A carpet of crimson banners and angry commoners up and down the streets of Tinvaal did not make his regime look particularly stable. The crackdown was a rather outstanding occassion, then.

Though the Federation's disparate police forces had been almost immediately overwhelmed by the scale of the rioting, they were quickly augmented by the Federal Army. The orders were quite clear, disperse the rioters by the end of the month. It did not go quite to plan, even with much of the Federation's finest deployed in its own cities firing rubber bullets and launching teargas. Hundreds were killed in the meantime. The grisly affair only seemed to compound onto itself. Other problems within the Federation were only exacerbated by the crisis.

The Army's bloated budget had lead to ruinous taxes. Inefficiency and corruption wasted much of this funding, and the government cut back whatever it thought necessary in order to keep its main key to power afloat. This included subsidies that were afforded to Janita's farmlands, which already struggled to keep the vast populations of the region fed, and the affects were simply horrific. Combined with a harsh winter and a dry summer, crop yields were low, and hundreds of livestock simply died in the fields, their owners unable to care for them. Food shortages gripped the cities.

The riots were enflamed once again, with the Septembrists of the previous year all too willing to exploit the chaos. These audacious socialists were not the only forces that moved in the dark, however. And while their violent street brawls caught the attention of the government and most outside observers, actions that would define the future of the nation would occur beyond the notice of almost everyone in the country.

Zhilan was not popular among his generals. But there were some within the Army who truly despised both him and his dynasty. Be they new Kazanian or Okhot commanders, or even the old guard Janitans who still remembered the days under Csonka, there were fellows who were willing to take the most drastic actions possible to depose the man. Their views were nominally democratic, their own internal disagreements ran deep, and there was no real vision regarding what would come after Zhilan. Still, they had the drive and the resources to finally end the Junoviki Regime.

But the Kiraly Fraternity, as this conspiracy had dubbed itself, did not want to act while the Septembrists were up in arms. Few were very sympathetic to the Septembrist's ideology and noone wanted their movement to be coopted by radicals. The rumors coming out of the Palace of the Consul forced their hands, however.

Zhilan was well aware that his brutal methods would not stem the tides of sedition for long. He was also paranoid enough to sense that he had lost the respect and loyalty of the army a long time ago. But he still had one more card to play. Many years ago, a Janitan prince once invited the Solingarchi Empire into his lands to avoid destruction by his enemies. Now Zhilan would do the same, trading his nation's dignity for his own survival. Yet he did not know how deep the Army's conspiracy ran, or how compromised his own palace staff was. When a single clerk on the Fraternity's payroll spotted a missive adressed to the Solingarchi Empress, the consequences were immediate.

Tinvaal woke up on September 3rd, 2004 to the thunder of tank treads down main street, an entire armoured division bound for the nation's administrative center. Sporadic gunfire became a backdrop for the Fraternity's coup. There was little resistance. Either by bluffing their way past the poorly motivated soldiers attempting to keep order in the city, or simply telling them to step aside, the Rada and the palace were quickly captured. In Lazko, the situation repeated, and so too did it repeat in Jargala. The primary centers of power rapidly fell to the coup's forces. It would not stay bloodless for long. The 11th Armoured arrived in an empty palace. They came across a bewildered force of naval infantry on the docks who had not been clued in on the conspiracy and were not willing to allow the 11th to simply capture the leader of the entire Federation. Had they sacrificed themselves for any other man, perhaps this might have been admirable.

The marines did not die uselessly, unfortunately. Zhilan commandeered a frigate bound for Solingarch to request asylum, the meagre Triunic fleet hot on his heels. Besides that, the coup had been an amazing success. Then everything fell apart.

August Chlebek, an Okhot general and a major backer of the conspiracy, was elected acting president by a provisional administrative council. The new government was beset by a myriad of problems both inherited from the Junoviki regime and caused by their putsch. The Septembrists demanded a seat at the table, some of the conspiracy's own backers from Okhotia and Kazania simply wanted to secede from the union altogether, and the Army was beginning to disintegrate. To the dismay of the provisional government, thousands had joined the cause of the Septembrists while tens of thousands more (mostly Kazanian and Okhot garrisons) simply went home, believing the oath they had taken unwillingly was no longer tangible seeing as the government they were serving no longer existed. These problems in the ranks weren't much compared to the threat of the rest of the Officer's Corps. A counter coup was becoming more likely by the day. August had the unenviable job of stabilizing both the nation and his Council of Ten.

His first move was surprising. He invited the Septembrists to give their say regarding how the new government would be run, even offering the leaders of the movement seats on the Council. Just like that, the Council of Ten became the Council of Fourteen, and the rest of the council was quite unnerved. The decision would prove vital for the nation's survival, however. The promise of labor reforms (much to the chagrin of the more conservative members of the Fraternity) prompted the socialists to dismantle most of their barricades and at least disarm some of their militias willingly. The renegade army units came back under the tenuous control of the provisional government. The situation had deescalated, but the threat of a future conflict did not abate.

Chlebek's first addresses to the nation, confused and frightened by the months of uncertainy, promised a "timely return to democratic governance" and an end to the economic turmoil that had afflicted the republics for the last few years. These promises contrasted quite strongly with the violent reprisals against perceived loyalists of the Junoviki regime that the new government began to prosecute a few days later. Hundreds were targetted, from hated governors at the highest level to military officers. Despite the essentially extrajudicial nature of the reprisals, they were wildly popular to the general public. Tinvaal's firing squads would not be silenced for months. Many of the coup's prominent supporters became quite uneasy at this turn of events. A great deal of the people sentenced to die only had a superficial connection or loyalty to the Junoviki and this was especially obvious amongst the condemned officers.

An immediate collapse of the Federation had been prevented. But internal crises were not their only concerns. Zhilan's escape had brought about a looming threat on the outside. The Triune's neighbors weren't going to be enthusiastic about the situation, seeing as an already unstable dictatorship was replaced almost overnight by a revolutionary government with an unclear agenda that had invited the influence of socialist agitators. Images of Kazrunic tanks rolling down Tinvaal's streets with red banners tossed over their barrels permeated the newspapers. The nation that presented the greatest problem, however, was Solingarch. Socialist sympathies aside, the putsch only happened when it did because the men behind it opposed the very notion of cooperation with the old Empire. The new Triune had not officially established its stance yet, but it didn't need to. It was clear that they were firmly against the interests of Solingarch, and perhaps all nations of the same stripes...

RP: Rounding up leftover bandits

An attempted takeover of a small community by bandits were repelled by local vigilantes, and the aftermath was they investigated why the major vigilante groups couldn’t respond, and it turns out that communications were jammed and the culprit was the former head of the neighborhood who was caught red headed talking to the bandit leader. They dragged the traitor out along with the evidence to show to the neighborhood, and got information on where the bandit hideout is and then handed the traitor over to the main vigilante groups to judge him, and they say he should be put in a executed for treason. The Antimagi Brotherhood, the Cyber Shields, and the Grey Guardians attacked the bandit hideout due to the bandits were actually terrorists who use both magic and technology to commit acts of banditry and terrorism. The Cyber Shields shut down the power of the place and installed a virus on the bandits security system, then the Antimagi brotherhood used Anti-magic to nullify the bandit mages spells, rendering the bandit’s mages useless, them the Grey Guardians killed the bandit chief and rounded up the remaining bandits and executed them in the name of justice.

The Legacy of September

The day of September 5, 2004, had come and the thunder of cannons, the roar of jet engines, the drone of tanks, and the steady march of boots echoed through Salis along with the blaring of music and cheers of the people.

It was the anniversary of the September Revolution and millions had gathered in person at the capital while millions more watched from home or attended their own town's celebrations. It had been 20 years since the last hope of Allessian Democracy had been shattered, 20 years since a militia leader became an Emperor and 20 years since the flag of Fascism first flew triumphantly in Allessia's skies.

Now an endless stream of Soldiers and Tanks paraded through the streets while jets soared overhead while the Emperor, standing beside his wife and children while surrounded by decorated War Veterans and Politicians, stood on an altar-like platform saluting the hailing men as they goose-stepped by. The road of reconstruction after the War had been rough and he faced heavy opposition from the conservative old guard which he pardoned to serve his government who did not wish to abandon the old ways of the republic that served the Confederacy for 200 years, from the Plantation Elite who resisted his efforts to industrialize and diversify the Confederate economy, and from the Reformists who thought he was not acting hastily enough. But in the end, he had triumphed over them all, and now stood as their undisputed master. Initially, the people had accepted his rule after the September Coup due to their desire to have peace and move on from the near decade of war they had known, but now after 20 years of stability, the people had fully embraced him. He knew himself that the day was approaching when there would be few who remembered an Allessia without him and a youth who owed him everything.

RP: Fighting the Red Menace

While Allessians at home were celebrating 20 years of peace under the Emperor and his National Fascist League, the forces of the 73rd and their militiamen of the Volunteers for National Security (VNS/Red Shirts) had mustered for battle. Brigadier General Tyrconnell had successfully negotiated a semi-truce of sorts between the anti-communist factions of the Baltocarpathian Civil War to allow for a Joint Task Force to be created to fight the communists. The Task Force, also known as the 'United Front' to build camaraderie, would consist of several troops and volunteers from all sides in the war but under the joint leadership of the Allessians. While Tyrconnell would remain the commander of the 73rd Infantry Brigade, overall command of the force would fall to Lieutenant General Randolph Anse, who would arrive in Baltocarpathia by Helicopter Transports accompanied with a Company of Rangers and a Company of Special Forces also known as "Blue Berets" to reinforce the new army.

Upon taking command, General Anse would begin working with the Baltocarpathians to map out the known location of the Communists and begin preparing and coordinating the transport routes that the United Front would be using as they traveled to the combat areas so as to not take on friendly fire. On their way, the General would dispatch scouts to try and recruit volunteers from the local Baltocarpathian populace to join their oncoming fight against the communists.

-Commander: Brigadier General Richard Tyrconnell

RP ~ A Single Car Car-Crash

2004

In the south of Aquitinia, the city of Jazira was one of the most notable of the island cities. What wasn’t notable was one of the minor military installations that was located somewhat near to the city, which contained only a few jets and security vehicles, and is but one of several such bases. Of the jets, only one of them was located outside of its hangar, and was positioned near the edge of a runway. That night, a lone jeep was on patrol, itself containing only two occupants. Its driver was a human man, of slightly more than tanned complexion, while the occupant of its passenger seat was a vampiress, who was supposed to operate the radio in order to relay anything the pair might have discovered, or to receive orders from her commander. However, the night was dull, and so the radio was silent.

The man was tired, having started working much earlier during the day, and it was a moonless night. When combined with being distracted, the driver somehow failed to notice the lone jet, and since the jet had been left by the edge of the runway, the man had not been expecting it. The jeep slammed into the frontal landing gear of the jet, the impact of which broke the landing gear and totaled the jeeps engine. Thankfully, due to the sturdy build of the jeep, the landing gear went no further into the car, and so the jeep was abruptly stopped. Unfortunately for the occupants of the vehicle, a lack of seatbelts meant that they were flung forward. In a small stroke of fortune, they were pitched into a patch of grass, rather than skating into the concrete. The pair were, nevertheless, still knocked unconscious for many hours due to the speed of their impact. The soldiers, alongside the wrecked jeep and broken jet, would be found the next day by a very annoyed group of pilots, which resulted in the negligent pair being locked within the base’s brig.

Condemnation of Waste

Usually, videos of a person here or there dying horrifically, while not thought of fondly by the common citizen, weren’t thought of much either. However, videos originating from Kulkkistan were not of just a few people, but were evidence of thousands being murdered. These videos were also notable for the frenzied appearance of the Kulkkistani crowd, which would lead to it being known as the Kulkkistani Frenzy

The event reminded those with access to video technology of the even more horrific, in terms of scale, Averian massacre of its own citizens, but unlike that event, it did not occur in a place that Aquitinians tried to ignore because it stained their secondary sea. In addition, the frenzied nature of the Kulkkistanis differed from the cruel march of the animals, for it showed actual people falling to extreme violence. Furthermore, Jeanne had simply been asleep during the Averian massacre, and by the time she woke up she was past fashionably late for condemnations.

This same occurrence also prevented her from sending any condolences to Baltocarpathia at the death of their leader, though the reason for not sending condolences later had to do more with not wishing to accidentally ruffle the feathers of the various wearmongers that got involved in that civil war.

Due to the ever increasing awareness of the Kulkkistani Frenzy, tales of it were even reaching Aquitinians that lived in places without access to actually seeing any videos, with one swamp hunter that had flung his iron-hooked harpoons through both of the neck-heads[1] of a hydra claiming to have overheard overheard her talking about it to herself. With so much kerfuffle going on about the mass murders, and the fact that the Queen was actually awake, unlike in the previous years, made it practically inevitable that Jeanne would not only know about the event, but that many would clamor for her opinions on the event.

As a result, Jeanne would officially condemn Kulkkistan for the massacre, though her speech itself was mostly oriented towards Aquitinians. Addressing her “little people”, the Queen of Aquitinia would bemoan how the Kulkkistanis “massacred their own neighbors”[2], with it being seen as morally worse for its scale due to them being truly the same, unlike the multitude that the Averian beasts coldly murdered for “acknowledging that they were better than upright dogs”. Furthermore, Jeanne would bemoan the “wasteful slaughter” of many assuredly good men, and also other innocent people. After several more minutes, during which the government of Kulkkistan was referred to as “depraved”, Jeanne finally finished her condemnation of Kukkkistan, and she retired back to her lake.

[1] The necks which sprout from the large bodies of hydras themselves turn into bodies, which are often referred to as the hydra’s head. The hunter likely had flung each harpoon through the hydra’s torso-hearts to stop them from functioning, rather than having actually aimed for a skull.
-
[2] Due to a lack of information, and by going off of the videos, common Aquitinian sentiment, and the belief held by Queen Jeanne, does not include how the murdered people were also kidnapped out of Baltocarpathia. Due to liking Baltocarpathia, it is likely that this would have made the Aquitinian response even more negative.

RP: Military Objectives of the New Year
With a reshuffling of the military council, new military objectives have been laid out for the year. With the current broad spectrum geopolitical goal of international trade, budget negotiations have heavily favored the Imperial Navy and the Knights of Sol, with a mainland conflict being seen as increasingly unlikely, a strong navy will be necessary to protect KITO trade routes and when combined with the Knights of Sol as an expeditionary force, the Imperial Military at large is transitioning towards an overseas, power projecting stance rather then maintaining a large standing military fit for continental warfare. The Armed Forces Council have approved blank checks for wide spanning development of new naval ships and aircraft, as well as doctrine shifts for the Knights of Sol to change focus from being a large standing frontline warfare force to a focus on small, rapidly deployable strike forces to act as the land component of far away naval operations. With a focus on naval aircraft, the Imperial Air Corps will receive no funding for new aircraft this year, with all new development money going to the Navy for its own air projects.

RP: Political Goals
Receiving the Solingarch initiation to a conference, Atraland has accepted, sending a group of delegates to meet. As for KITO, an offer of membership has been sent to Allessia, an old ally of the Crown. Offers for KITO membership have also been sent to nearby states in the northern regions, in the hopes of expanding the area of free trade to new markets, offers have been sent to the following countries to gauge their interest in applying, along with a copy of the KITO charter for review:

RP: JCAF Bombers
After a period of silence in the war, the JCA readied for another operation; a great plan was issued to Kulkkistan, but after months of no reply, they decided to use foreign airports they had access to for a mission similar to the infiltration this time it would however be paired with a large scale bomber attack. An airborne special forces company, Fighter Jets squadron, and bomber squadron were prepared for the task and took a long way in avoiding enemy airspace. Like before, they would target Scythia Baltocarpathia, considered by the JCA to be the last best hope for the country, which is being pulled in so many directions by animals.

Director of Honalulu Kilikina Nalanie would announce the completion of the Museum of Monarchist Atrocities, a grand military parade was held with Ballistic Missiles rolling through them main streets, tanks, IFV’s, and jets painting the sky red, black, and white. Cheers erupted and a few party officials of the Honulite Technocratic Board. With Director Nalanie being present amongst one of them.

Though once she got up from her seat and stood on the Podium she announced on television progress in the sciences and other projects as well as a possible future project on cyber security that shall be implemented nationwide in the coming years.

Though she directed her speech again to the Civil War in Baltocaparthia in which they were somewhat involved in due to Otyken intervention there to support the communist freedom fighters from the brutal aristocracy.

Belatedly she condemned the The Third Empire of Averius as well as the Prussian Government and Royalty of Baltocarpathia in their actions to curb people’s freedoms and their brutal actions that they committed to stifle voices.

Though in a shocking twist she warned and disproved of the cooperation between Averius and Solingarch. Believing that even though the Solingarch’s condemned the nation of Averius. She accuses Solingarch and Averius in cooperating together to aid the Prussian Government. Only in a twisted fashion. She claimed that Solingarch and Averius will demand the Prussian Government to become a colony for their Evil Monarchist Axis and divide the people by trapping them in puppy cages to become enslaved subhumans to the Monarchs and their aristocrats or become their pets, lobotomizing and brainwashing the populace to only extract resources, eat beans and bread for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and live in communal bunkers in poverty.

The Western World is plagued by darkness with only few countries holding a flickering light within the darkness until they are consumed by it. Thus it is important that Honalulu shall also commit to aiding and guiding fledgling nations and supporting freedom fighters.

News of the rebellion in Baltocarpathia had spread like wildfire across Kulkkistan's military command within just minutes of the first reports of fighting between the Kulkkitani rebels and factional forces in southern Baltocarpathia. In response to the sudden, and unexpected, definitely unexpected developments, four out of the five most important men in the country's military command structure, excluding Tarrokh himself who held supreme power over the military but only used it on special occassions, would all rush to an emergency meeting. Minister of Defense and the Armed Forces Reza Salehi, Chief of the General Staff Naser Yeganeh, alongside Brigadier General Saman Rastkar of the country's ground forces and Brigadier General Erfan Kianian of the air force would all be in attendance.

In the Ali Varmin-Tarrokh Central Headquarters, which is the central command headquarters of Kulkkistan's Armed Forces, the four men would convene in a dimly-lit room, as to not attract attention. The room had basically been isolated from the rest of the building, with windows shuttered and doors locked. A map of the Kulkkistni-Baltocarpathian border had been placed on the room's singular table, which was located directly in the center. The smell of cigars and old uniforms filled the room, with every official taking a seat except for Defense Minister Yeganeh.

Salehi: "Okay, let's not waste any time. We know why we're here. I would ask on the status of the rebellion, but someone decided to not show up today out of all days."

Yeganeh: "All we do know so far is that the rebels seem to have taken their respective factions in Baltocarpathia by surpri-"

Salehi: "We know that already, if you don't have any worthwhile information to share, don't share it at all. In fact, none of us have worthwhile information currently."

Salehi faced one of the shuttered windows in the room.

Salehi: "Where the hell could that man possibly be anyways?"

He turned back around to face the other commanders.

Salehi: "Nevermind that. Listen up, from what we know the rebellion has caught the Baltocarpathian forces off guard, and at the moment they're currently occupying several settlements right next to the border. For Kulkkistan, it's a threat, as these rebels are also traitors to the revolution, so supporting them is off the table. What do you men have in mind."

The other commanders looked at each other, before Yeganeh stood up to speak

Yeganeh: "We wanted to propose a military intervention, a fast one like last time. The goal would be to decapitate the rebellion and its leadership, while trying to avoid conflict with the Baltocarpathians and other foreigners involved in that bloody mess."

Salehi: "How would we go about doing this?"

Yeganeh: "I believe it's important to keep a quick pace, one that would allow us to swoop in and achieve our objectives. We would also need to occupy parts of sou-"

Salehi: "Woah, woah, occupy? Do you not realize that this could lead to even more war, something that Leader Tarrokh specifically stated he does not want?"

Yeganeh: "I mean no offense when I say this, Salehi, but what other choice do we have?"

Salehi sighed, before thinking for a moment.

Salehi: "Fine, alright, alright. What plans have you come up with so far for this operation?"

Yeganeh would point to the map on the table.

Yeganeh: "I don't have much set in stone yet, I was waiting for your approval first. But basically, we would advance just a few kilometers, enough to wipe out the rebellion's main leadership while also not inciting a major incident, with the operation being launched from near Harhinah, Zaira, and Gradako. Aerial strikes would support the operation, with strikes against traitor forces."

Salehi: "Sure, sure. What about the whole 'occupation' part?"

Before Yeganeh could continue, a series of loud and distressing knocks at the door would interrupt the whole meeting. After nearly a minute of continuous knocking, Salehi would make his way to the door and open it. At the door was Chief of Operations of the Kulkkistani Central Intelligence Service, Hamid Pasdar.

Salehi: "Finally! Where were you? We've been discussing this whole thing wihout you."

Pasdar: "It's important, shut the door. Because the Vayzer, there's important information you all need to know.

Salehi would shut the door immediately, where the meeting would continue for several more hours.

RP: Taking Up Arms

It had been no secret why this rebellion in southern Baltocarpathia was happening. To those who hadn't been paying attention to the situation, the rebellion just seemed like some sort of proxy conflict started by Kulkkistni operatives in order to further destabilize the current conflict. However, in reality, it was definitely a lot more complicated than that. Kulkkistanis who had fled the Tarrokh regime, who had once thought they were safe, were forced to watch as their brothers and sisters were brutally forced back into Kulkkistan, where they would be massacred, tortured, and everything else that could be thought of. Adding on to the detriment of the remaining refugees, the Baltocarpathian forces, whatever faction they had been part of did absolutely nothing to stop this. There would be no response from them, in terms of both political and military consequences. In fact, when Kulkkistani troops crossed into Baltocarpathia, the Baltocarpathian soldiers had been seen fleeing their military posts as Kulkkistani forces rapidly advanced on their communities, filled with rage and brainwashed to the max by Tarrokh and his government. Even following the massacre, the international community turned a blind eye to the crimes of Tarrokh's regime. Excluding Aquitinia who's queen had at least bothered to say something, not a single political entity outside of the region said a thing, and the Kulkkistani government basically got away with what would soon be called the June Massacre.

Anger had built up within the refugees, and soon they would begin to call themselves 'Free Kulkkistan'. Calls by them for at least some sort of response by world governments to condemn the situation had gone unnoticed, and soon enough they would begin arming to the teeth. Using armaments that had been left over by Kulkkistani forces during the operation in May, Free Kulkkistan would go from a civilian movement to a militant organization in just a couple of weeks. However, unlike other militant groups in northern Kulkkistan, who were fiercely loyal to Tarrokh and everything he stood for, the Free Kulkkistan movement was fiercely against Tarrokh and called for a democratic government to be established Noshkant. By September, Free Kulkkistan was finally ready to rise up, once and for all, against all forms of tyranny, whether it be monarchies or Udonovists. On the 9th of September, Arsalan Radan would gather members of the Free Kulkkistan movement in the center of one of the many communities that had been ravaged by the Kulkkistani military operation justa few months prior. These communities had been left neglected by the greater factional administrations that controlled them amidst the mess of the Baltocarpathian civil war.

Radan: "My people, the people of a free Kulkkistani future, today we are faced with a difficult decision. It was several months ago that Tarrokh and his soldiers rampaged through our towns, our communities, and took members of our families, and friends, from us, forever. As it stands, nearly ten-thousand members of our community were stolen, ripped from us, with, sadly, around 6,000 of them being brutally murdered by Tarrokh's regime and his brainwashed supporters. That week, we all lost a piece of ourselves, and to this day we will never forget what happened. However, what happened during and after the massacre was nearly as bad as what happened that week.

The Baltocarpathians, who once took us in as we both rejected Tarrokh's so-called 'revolution', who helped us build these communities, abandoned us at a time of need. Soldiers of this nation, with the duty to defend us, fled our communities during the invasion, leaving us to fend for ourselves. Of course, with access to no weapons, we were dead men. Afterwards, as our community prayed for some sort of response from these self-proclaimed 'governments' involved in the mess up north, along with condemnations from the global community, we received nothing. As we hoped for Baltocarpathian soldiers to return to assist us rebuild our communities, we were met with radio silence, and now we have been forced to pick up the pieces. Our 'friends' have failed us, and although Tarrokh is an evil man, who deserves nothing but the worst, I can agree with him on one thing: that foreigners are not to be trusted."

Radan would the grab a rifle laying to his side, before sighing and turning back to the crowd.

Radan: "Before we begin our retaliation, and undergo this mission of avengeance, I must remind you all; the Baltocarpathians aren't our enemies, and we aren't fighting against them. We are simply using these grounds as a staging ground, a staging ground in order to liberate Noshkant from Tarrokh's dirty and grubby hands. Once we take control of these territories in southern Baltocarpathia, the only thing to do next would be to fight our war against Tarrokh."

The day following this speech, that is exactly what happened. The rebel movement would launch attack after attack against Baltocarathian forces near the border, hoping to drive out these forces in order to take control of their communities. However, unlike the Baltocarpathians' response to the Kulkkistani military operation, there would be actual resistance to the rebellion, with local forces taking up positions in order to better defend against the Free Kulkkistan movement. Despite the resistance, the rebels would continue to make some progress, with the chaos of the more intense war ongoing up north distracting the factional governments of the Baltocarpathian civil war. Although the rebellion had gone unnoticed by practically the rest of the world, or much of Baltocarpathia in general, Kulkkistan was certainly keeping a keen eye on everything going on up north.

RP: Noshkant's Dilemma

News of the rebellion in Baltocarpathia had spread like wildfire across Kulkkistan's populace within just hours of the first reports of fighting between the Kulkkitani rebels and factional forces in southern Baltocarpathia. In response to the sudden, and unexpected, developments, the Kulkkistani Udonovists, militant groups, and other revolutionary radicals would pledge loyalty to Tarrokh's government. Calls would be made for the Kulkkistani military to fully intervene and 'crush the traitors', with militant groups pledging that they would personally intervene if the rebellion spilled over, however that they would wait for Kulkkistani military actions otherwise. Meanwhile, the Kulkkistani propaganda machine was hard at work, with state-owned news channels claiming that the rebellion was the product of foreign interference in Kulkkistan and the brainwashing of Kulkkistani traitors who had fled the fury of the revolution. Supreme Leader Tarrokh would make an appearance on state-owned news channel, Noshkant24, claiming that preparations were already underway to deal with the traitors. Word of a meeting between high-ranking military officers would spread, and soon enough, these rumors would be confirmed, with military convoys being reported heading from Kulkkistani military bases to the border with Baltocarpathia.

Although the rebellion was happening up north in Baltocarpathia, across the border, Tarrokh claimed that the situation was of domestic importance, and that it could pose a threat to Kulkkistan's stability and prosperity. Even though Tarrokh downplayed the seriousness of the rebllion, claiming it to be just a 'minor threat' that would need a limited military operation to be dealt with, he and his officials new pretty well the rebellion, if successful, could topple his regime. That's why it would need an invasion of southern Baltocarpathia to be dealt with, with preparations underway in northern Kulkkistan. Tens of thousands of soldiers had been moved all across the border, with even more on the way. Although many soldiers new they would eventually have to cross the border, once again, the higher-ups in the military didn't disclose anything, refusing to share at least a bit of information on the build-up across the Kulkkistani-Baltocarpathian border. Eventually, Defense Minister would claim that the military was being placed on 'high alert' in response to conflict on the border, however that the military wouldn't take action unless blood with spilled on Kulkkistani soil.

Amidst the build-up, the Kulkkistani government would receive a delegation from Baltocarpathia's pro-democracy front, in which they would soon be promised an audience with several military commanders. However, as time passed and the potential of a larger military operation into southern Baltocarpathia grew larger and larger, the meeting would never come, and soon a lower-ranking military official would meet with them, however the meeting was a short one, as he basically told them that Kulkkisan's ambitions were set on wiping out the rebellion in southern Baltocarpathia rather than supporting sides in a conflict filled to the brim with foreign intervention.

Then, on November 3rd, a fire would break out at a military base near the border, burning down the entire compound and killing 13 soldiers. This had occurred out of nowhere, and it wasn't clear who had done it. However, soon enough the Kulkkistani government would pin the blame on the 'Free Kulkkistan' movement, claiming that a retaliation was on the way.

RE: A MODEST PROPOSAL

27 OCTOBER 2004
TO: KANG MINHO
| 4-STAR GENERAL
| JOINT CONTINENTAL ARMY & OTYKENESE ARMED FORCES

Greetings,

Your recent proposal has been reviewed by the officials of the Armed Forces of the Udonovi Republic of Kulkkistan, and after much deliberation, we have come to the decision to humbly decline this idea of a joint military operation against the imperialists of Baltocarpathia. Although we share similar interests in opposing the monarchists which have caused hardships before, recent developments in the southern portions of the country have forced us to shift our attention as the rebellion in southern Baltocarpathia poses a serious threat to our revolutionary nation.

However, we are willing to share intelligence reports our country has gathered regarding the situation in southern Baltocarpathia, if it is of any use towards your cause. This intelligence, if accepted, will be shared sparingly in order to make sure we are being helpful to the removal of the Baltocarpathian imperialists.

Kulkkistan and our people hope to continue working with your nation,

CHIEF OF THE GENERAL STAFF OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE UDONOVI REPUBLIC OF KULKKISTAN,

NASER YEGANEH

RP: Eyes on the World

While Kulkkistan had primarily been focused on happenings in southern Baltocarpathia, a few developments outside of the general region would cature the attention of the Kulkkistani government. Over twenty years ago, when Tarrokh first came to power, he promised that by the end of his reign, the global world order would collapse. Now it was finally time to begin reaching out to what could potentially be Kulkkistan's ideological friends, in order to create a growing opposition to the imperialists.

In Kuracha Kanlant, a nation which most Kulkkistanis have never even heard of due to their position far from Kulkkistan, the intelligence of Kulkkistan would keep an eye on their nation, as a fragile situation between monarchists and socialists had developed. The Kulkkistani foreign intelligence service would attempt to make contact with them, sending a covert letter offering to assist them in their conflict against the monarchist north. The offer would include sending weapons, money, and overall preparing them just in case the fragile situation ever turned into a full-scale war.

Not far from Kanlant, in Prolekult, the Kulkkistani government would receive word of a developing situation, as a revolutionary movement had sprung up against the government due to foreign influence. Shortly after hearing of the ongoing crisis, the head of the revolutionary movement would receive a covert letter from the Kulkkistani foreign intelligence service, offering to aid the movement by sending funds so that they could expand their operations. Alongside this, the letter also offered to provide asylum to figures of the revolutionary movement, just in case the situation became dire.

Amidst the rush to support revolutionary movements and nations abroad, Tarrokh's Supreme Office would release an official statement, claiming that Kulkkistan was ready and prepared to aid revolutionary movements across the world. Although he didn't elaborate further, such as supporting what and how he would support whatever he wanted to support, it was a firm statement that showed that Kulkkistan was ready to move on to a more international revolution.

RP: Doubting the Revolution

Ever since the revolution had swept through Kulkkistan in 1981, there had been little to no opposition within Kulkkistani society to Tarrokh's government, other than those who had fled the nation. Those who showed signs of opposition, whether it be regular civilians, military officers, or government officials, quickly went missing, as Tarrokh's regime erased records of their existence, and prevented any questions about these who went missing. This would continue well into the 1990s, with political dissidents continuously being taken by the government, only to be left a mystery forever. Civilians would choose not to ask, as questioning anything the government did would most likely result in severe consequences. And this was how Tarrokh held power over Kulkkistani society, forcing those who questioned him to disappear, along with numerous forms of propaganda aimed at brainwashing the average Kulkkistani citizen. However, times have changed, as Kulkkistan's younger population, who had grown up during the era of Tarrokh's regime rather than the Vayzer, began to internally question Tarrokh's legitimacy as a leader. Of course, elders had taught them that their religion's highest power explicitly called on Tarrokh to lead the nation, but as they grew older these attempts at convincing the younger Kulkkistanis became less and less effective. Rather, it had the opposite effect, showing them that Tarrokh and his government had done a great job at brainwashing his followers. But still, the idea of basically disappearing from Kulkkistan society and history silenced them for a good while.

This was, until the June 2004 Massacre. The very public execution of thousands of their fellow countrymen had sparked some sort of feelings within them, a feeling that the Tarrokh regime could prove disastrous for their country. However, it would take until October for some of these people to finally do something, and that came in the middle of October, when a group of student protestors organized a sit-in protest at the Revolutionary University of the Kulkkistani People in Noshkant. They were quickly dispersed by police, however they had just done something very, very momentous. For the first time in decades, public opposition to Tarrokh's regime had been organized and set up, and soon this would inspire a movement of those who opposed Tarrokh to begin speaking out against his regime. Some were arrested, however for now nothing much would come of the movement other than the occassional arrest.

RP | Kicking Prussian Abdomens

A large-scale offensive took place in southern Poland, against the monarchist occupants. The Polish Republic and the Amberlevian Forces executed a plan that would decicivly weaken Prussia in the region. A first phase of air raids was carried out, targeting military equipment and infrastructure, making their adversaries vulnerable for the next step to come. Using again the cover of the night, and the Amberlevian talent of natural night vision, to launch an assault which mainly targeted not conquering territory, but inflicting as much damage to the forces of Prussia and co. Colonel Kausis again proved her talents in the offensive. The brutal assault cost about 10'000 allied lives, but took a staggering 25'000. The allied force was about half Amberlevian half Polish Democratic.

Ground Soldier x 4'950
Drone Soldier x 50
Main Battle Tank x 40
Attack Helicopter x 25
Fighter x 30
Bomber x 5

Current Total Lives Lost: 28'000
Current Total Lives Taken: 51'000

With Poland and Ruthenia now also under democratic forces, the frontline for Amberleaf would grow increasingly large. While Kausis was currently very popular due to her seemingly unwavering success in offensives, she had a rather "Defense, wassat?" method to things. Military command grew increasingly worried about holding on to what was conquered, and feared things might soon start to crack. Amberleaf would take a moment to reorganize and recoordinate with the new territories, despite Kausis' insistent "Lemme at em! Lemme kick some Prussian abdomen!" attitude.

Pacifists complained that currently 14% of all sent Amberlevians had been taken out. The response was to deploy a new batch of reinforcements. This reduced the total casualty rate to a mere 11%. They seemed proud of that fact, and pointed out pacifist hypocrisy of wanting to stop sending more forces while also wanting to keep casualty rate low. "We listened to their complaint! Why can't they just be content for once?!."

RP: Baltocarpathia Civil War; December, 2004

The Twin Crowns Corps has been having a remarkable level of success in the war. With morale up from all the victories, these soldiers are primed and ready to continue the fight. The target of the operations of the Averian forces in Baltocarpathia are the people and strongholds of the Democracy Faction. With all the victories over the Democracy Faction, it is predicted that it will not be long before the Democracy Faction falls apart. Of the 50,000 soldiers sent, current casualty estimates are about 2,500 dead and wounded.

RP: Masonists Suffer Losses; December, 2004

The Masonites are suffering heavy losses with the nation-wide effort to stop them. The recently captured Masonists were found guilty of terrorism and were executed. Meanwhile, several hideouts for the group were discovered and raided. Luckily, the spread of the ideology appears less than when the movement's founder was alive.

JCA
The Joint Continental Army (JCA) is not on schedule for full operation in the planned year of 2005, primarily due to its involvement in the Baltocarpathia civil war. The Continental High Command has extended the date to 2007 to give time for the completion of Aircraft Carriers and other equipment and to iron out the command details; during this time, some additional bases will be created to accommodate a potential third-member state.

The most developed
The Super Road System in Otyken will be completed in Q2 2005 after half a decade of work on the project and a timeline that required all new inventions and automated/remote controlled equipment to meet the quotas the government is satisfied, it will be expanding the road system into Honolulu regions and expects to have a Technate spanning enhanced road system completed by the end of 2010.

The new electrical hungry tunnel boring machine has allowed more subways to be created. Additionally, Otyken has increased train capacity exponentially with 250,000km of rails and has active bullet trains and a work-in-progress maglev system in the north.

Waste treatment has been remastered in some locations to include Bioreactor capabilities to produce fuels for various industrial purposes; recycling and disassembling old products has become a significant focus with instances of turning plastics into fuels through novel chemistry. Automation of garbage collection has created immaculate streets.

Assorted Projects: (Some are complete, in progress, or near completion)

      | RP: A Unipolar World |

Director of Honalulu Kilikina Nalanie would make a speech to the people and leaders of the world in the capital of Honalulu, seemingly targeting the Radiant Entente of Kalrania [REK] and their initiatives across the world that they have conducted. Believing that they aren’t here to stabilize global security or protect Kalrania but to undermine Kalranians and hamper peace and security across Kalrania. Believing that they will cooperate with each other to divide and conquer nations and cooperate with monarchies that have committed atrocities within their nations. It is an alliance built by monarchs to keep monarchs in power across the world but to limit their power so that they don’t threaten their global hegemony. To suppress people and to eliminate political rights within nations.

Nalanie: “The history of Kalrania has gone through unipolar periods, and aspirations of world supremacy. And what hasn’t happened in world history?. . .” she said with a brief pause, “However, what is a unipolar world? However one might embellish this term, at the end of the day it refers to one type of situation, namely one center of authority, one center of force, one center of decision-making.”

Nalanie: “It is world in which there is one master, one sovereign. And at the end of the day this is pernicious not only for all those within this system, but also for the sovereign itself because it destroys itself from within. and this certainly has nothing in common with democracy. Because, as you know, democracy is the power of the majority in light of the interests and opinions of the minority.” Nalanie explains.

Nalanie: “I consider that the unipolar model is not only unacceptable but also impossible in today’s world. And this is not only because if there was individual leadership in today’s - and precisely in today’s - world, then the military, political, and economic resources would not suffice.”

Nalanie: “What is even more important is that the model itself is flawed because at its basis there is and can be no moral foundations for modern civilizations. Along with this; what is happening in today’s world is the tentative to introduce precisely this concept into international affairs, the concept of a unipolar world.”

Nalanie: “And with which results? Unilateral and frequently illegitimate actions have not resolved any problems. Moreover, they have caused new tragedies to Kalranians and created new centers of tension. Judge for yourselves: wars as well as local and regional conflicts have not diminished. And no less people perish in these conflicts - even more are dying than before. Significantly more, significantly more!”

Nalanie: “Today we are witnessing an almost uncontained hyper use of force - military force - in international relations, force that is plunging the world into an abyss of permanent conflicts. As a result we do not have sufficient strength to find a comprehensive solution to any one of these conflicts.”

Nalanie: “Finding a political settlement also becomes impossible with the monarchists. We are seeing a greater and greater disdain for the basic principles of international law. And independent legal norms are, as a matter of fact, coming increasingly closer to one alliance’s legal system. One alliance, of coursed and foremost the Radiant Entente of Kalrania, has overstepped and trampled on every national border in every way.”

Nalanie: “This is visible in the economic, political, and cultural policies it imposed on other nations, to be a monarchy that bows to their masters or die trying to fight the unipolar world. Well, who likes this? Who is happy about this?”

Nalanie: “In international relations we increasingly see the desire to resolve a given question according to so-called issues of political expediency, based on the current political climate. And of course this is extremely dangerous. It results in the fact that no one feels safe. I want to emphasize this - no one feels safe! Because no one can feel that international law is like a stone wall that will protect them.”

Nalanie: “Of course such a policy stimulates an arms race against the monarchists and the free world. It encourages a number of nations to seek better ways to create weapons to decimate others more decisively. Moreover, significantly new threats - though they were also well-known before - have appeared, and today’s threats such as terrorism have taken on a global character.”

Nalanie: “I am convinced that we have reached that decisive moment where the monarchies of the world no longer have the will of their people to rule over their domains but the people themselves are increasingly finding ways to topple the rule of the old and instill their will to rule over themselves, already the Solingarch’s have made a pact with the Averians in the Baltocaparthia war so as to keep the regime that oppressed its people in power, the REK doesn’t stand for Kalranian Rights, it only stands to keep the old world gears from churning on and the people suppressed under their regimes and abroad.”

Nalanie: “Kalranians of the world, we are only strong when united, thus I ask if you are willing to throw your shackles right now, or forever be shackled along with the future generations for another thousand years under a decaying government structure. The REK is but a ticking time bomb and I believe that at any moment it shall crack and shatter as the world grows more divided and the monarchies start infighting with themselves,”

Later on Nalanie compares the REK to that of the Alliance of the Twin Crowns, just a larger one with many more crowns involved.

RP: Socialist Aid

Kulkkistani aid would be accepted. The weapons would shore up the supply of the armed forces, while cash would go into repairing the damaged Kanlanti infrastructure - ports, food processing facilities, and a small amount of heavy industry.

RP: Refugees in the North

Since 1992, a small but constant stream of refugees would come out of the Kingdom of Kanlant. They left on old fishing vessels, modern cargo ships, on smuggler's barges, on wing and on foot. They left for a number of reasons; sometimes for claims of a better life elsewhere, a need to escape the often violent slums outside many cities in the north, but mostly for persecution, whether for socialist sympathies, attempts to organize strikes and unions, or simply being critical of the monarchy and the corporation.

RP Baltocarpathian Civil War Pt.4

Swing & a Miss
Despite the best efforts of Otyken, the Airforce and Army of the Scythian Kingdom defended their homeland from a surprise air raid coming from neutral territory. The dazzling display of exploding aircraft filled the night sky for what seemed like hours and the fires burned long into the next day. The Scythian government would later condemn the cowardly attack citing the dangers of attacking from neutral nations and espousing the idea that such attacks could draw unnecessary and unwarranted hostility towards uninvolved countries and their people

Special Operations
The special task force put together under the leadership of Allessia would receive its first mission, to move south through contested Poland and reinforce with the Scythian army to attack the communist forces after the recent defeat of the Technate in their failed surprise attack. It will take several days to get there but once established they will link up forces and attack together

Gathering
Due to the increasing usefulness of spy satellites and reconnaissance planes, several Prussian satellites would be redirected to spy over the mainland to ensure the tactical edge of information does not fall away from us, ofcourse this is done in secret so as to not give away our hand. In the same regard, several hypersonic reconnaissance planes would be launched into the upper reaches of the atmosphere to spy over the waters to report on naval and air movements of hostile nations

The Troops go Marching in
With the recent defeat on land in occupied poland by Amberleaf, the Kaiserheer has dedicated a further ten divisions to the front consisting of mechanized infantry and armored divisions with Rocket artillery support. The logistics of this would take almost a month to gather fully, but in the meantime, further sue resources would also be brought out of storage to ensure the skies over Poland are not lost. This would include:
25 Air Mission Drone Swarms
250 Me.90 Blitzgeist Fighter Jets
10 Ju.777 and their accompanying UCAV fighter payloads

Kulkkani Rebels
With Prussia fully occupied in defence of its own territory, the help the kulkkani refuges had hoped for did not come. However, as the border patrol alerted kryvia and Scythia of a potential invasion force gathering at the southern border, both governments, tho neutral in the wider conflict at hand, declared their support for the refugees who had fled the revolution in Kulkkistan nearly 30 years ago

Refugees Welcome!

The Novayan government has announced that it will take in refugees fleeing from any nations or conflicts. "Those who yearn for peace, quiet, a better life and so on, we will welcome you and support you in any way you desire," said Grand Marshal Borealis III in the news conference. "The Novayan Commonwealth has always maintained a neutral stance towards global politics, and we would like to keep it that way. But the way we see things are now, desperate times call for desperate measures. To all you tired, you poor and you huddled masses yearning to breathe free and peacefully, you are all welcome here."

Not long after that, Grand Marshal Borealis III and the rest of the Novayan government began the construction of refugee communities both in-land and off-shore, the latter of which utilizes passenger ships, luxury cruises, offshore platforms and old military ships retrofitted for residential use. Airships would also have to be build, though restrictions were to be put in place to prevent any accidents from happening. Also, the Novayan government began providing incentives for Novayan households to create their own vegetable gardens to support their families.

RP: Still Out of Session

The end of 2004 saw the last swift action in the Commonwealth’s Parliament. By a narrow vote, Parliament approved the terms of the Lissandre Convention. While concerns had been raised about further crumbling of relations with Averius, ultimately the Conservatives signed on after reaching a deal. Per the agreement, treaty compliance would not begin until Thursday, a full two days grace. Furthermore, the state bound itself not to enforce prosecution of the Averian diplomatic staff to Anheldac. With that, remaining arrest warrants were requested from the Constitutional Courts.

The first 2005 Session of Parliament has just begun, and is already headed off the rails. The National-Labour coalition failed to meet this week’s budget deadline, freezing spending for many portions of the economy. National party leaders claimed betrayal regarding increased state healthcare payouts, while Labour has condemned comments from the Nationals concerning defense risks as alarmist and inflammatory. PM Gadhyez stated that, “despite the significant tensions with Averius, the Commonwealth was committed to peace and prosperity in the region.”

For the time being, many portions of the Heldite government will remain unfunded. The Republican Banks of Nakjan and the Hul have so far committed to supporting the key departments in the meantime, with other Republics expected to sign on soon. As the banks work to keep the government moving, Parliament continues to meet day after day, trying to wrangle a spending bill from the jaws of partisanship.

RP: Budgets

The National-Labour coalition has reached a budgetary agreement which allots increased military spending, as well as a restructuring of the expanded healthcare aid to be more Republic-driven. The changes, in absence of other legislation, will eliminate the Commonwealth's surplus, and force a renewed period of deficit spending. The Majority has agreed to revisit tax laws later in the year, presumably with the goal of eliminating said deficit. However, time will tell if this arrangement holds up over time, or if the coalition splinters once more.

      | RP: Ongoings within the Technate |

Major developments have been happening in Honalulu with Otyken pushing in LTE services to rural communities making booms in social media in terms of conspiracies as boards such as r/insanepeopleheadbook and r/niceguys start to explode with new crazy people of the mainland.

      | The Great Cyberwall of Honalulu |

Honalulu has developed what will be known as the Great Cyberwall against Capitalism and Monarchism or also known as the Great Cyberwall of Honalulu. In an effort to promote democratic and domestic sites, access to foreign websites being blocked and a slow down of cross-border internet traffics.

The Department of Shared Information Honalulu would now be renamed to the Cyberspace Department of Honalulu (or the Technate). This would anger members of the Orchid & Iris Clique within the Honulite Technocratic Board all the while being praised heavily by the Chrysanthemum, Rose Clique. Though reasons for implementing a Cyberwall is to protect the well-being of the people of Honalulu and the children from being influenced by monarchist sentiments.

      | Energy Credit System for kids |

Another Legislation Act is passed by the Board with a vote of 190 - 83 - 27 known as the Child’s Development Protection Act. In which it is stated that Children after they turn 6 will be given a certain amount of Technate Energy Credits in order to have fun. Though this would be something parents are to apply to in order to obtain a Recreational Card for Children and would restrict the amount of TEC spent per day as well as where it will be spent. This will however come out of the parent’s wallets and charged monthly to fill their child’s Recreational Card so as to avoid the government from being siphoned out TEC Funds.

The Recreational Card can be spend on an online store set up by Abzu Distribution Group to play for a maximum of two hours each until having to stop, save the progress of the user, and boot them off the game. It can also be spent at food stalls or other approved commercial places that children can spend at, though this would of course be controlled by the parents on where the card can be spent. Any unspent TEC will be put back into the parent’s wallets to be used or added to it.

When cancelling a Recreational Card, all the TEC on the card will be put back into the wallet of the parent.

In the case of theft. Call +XX XXX-XXX-XXXX to disable the Recreational Card and order a new one or not. All TEC that was spent on the day it was stolen along with the TEC in the card will be put back into the Parents Wallet

Another policy that has been implemented is the mandate that all Social Media and websites operating in the nation must have a “Child Mode” to it. In which browsing the databases of these websites and social media will only show things that are marked as educational content. Medias that promotes these things in “Child Mode” shall be targeted for termination by the Cyberspace Department of Honalulu:
- Addictive behaviors
- Manipulating viewers
- Disinformation and/or misinformation
- Political Topics
- Illict content/NSFW
- Conspiracy theories
- Skunks

      | Endeavors to be self sustaining |

Abzu Distribution Group created a new subsidiary known as Unicorp. Who are a group of students hired from the Rothenake Polytech Institute of Science and Technology [RPI] for their latest research and development of recycling of cobalt. A precious metal used to create Car Batteries and all though so far they had been able to recycle 10% of the batteries cobalt to be used to make other batteries.

Unicorp is said to be granted funds from ADG & R&D funds from the Department of National Resources to be able to self-sustain the Technate. Scientists have predicted that in the future they would be able to recycle 100% of the cobalt used in batteries as technology and understanding progresses. Unicorp has also announced that they will be looking into recycling more precious metals and focus on the material sciences as well in pursuit of a global circular economy one day.

      | Bans create Demands |

With the Technate banning things like Gambling, Drugs, LGBTQ, and a heavy restriction of firearms. There had been a strong demand for these now illicit items and activities.

Honalulu’s transition into the Technate while smooth in terms of Government restructuring and infrastructure hasn’t been smooth for others. Addictions and other things were needed to be satisfied and thus former prisoners who had been hired by Abzu Distribution Groups subsidiaries that managed more illicit activities had bailed out some criminals in exchange to break more laws.

The Tyimotti province home to the largest city in Honalulu - Tamatau - was the perfect place to set a base up in and thus the Hahalua (Manta Ray) Clan was born. Dealing with the selling and production of drugs in the rainforests of Dolarcia’s Territory and bringing them into Tamatau to sell or swimming to nearby islands and areas to sell them. Dolarcia’s Territory would be a base of operations for the Hahalua Clan. Where they would sell drugs and weapons they manufactured in the rainforests to shady characters and people in the Technate and abroad even. Gambling dens would be opened in a few restaurants that resided on the narrow streets of Tamatau along with brothels, strip clubs, massage parlors, and bars would also open up and Tamatau would be home to a vast majority of illict activities. Slowly to hopefully be infamously known as the Technate’s Red District City, the Capital of the Underworld in the Technate. Perhaps even coming as far as to the Capital underworld of Kalrania even?

The future is uncertain for Tamatau though one things for sure is that other families have began to spring up and even abroad with Torimia the Principality now being home to the Akua (Serpent) Clan. And with Solingarch being home to the small and slow growing Le’ema (Unicorn) Clan. The two organized crime syndicates being thrown into a countries with Free Global Markets and not limited to TEC but other currencies linked with the Global Economy. For now they deal with loan sharks and other illict businesses until they grow large and enter into other sectors of the economy.

With the deal sealed, and now with Director Kaikea Melia out of commission for the time being until she sobers up. A Lieutenant would be in charge of showing off the gear to the Chairwoman and her subordinates. Once outside in a practice field they would show off the Aerorig first.

An Omni-Directional Mobility Gear that uses a gas powered turbine mechanism with blades attached to the upper limbs of the person equipped with it. It can be used to attach to a surface such as a wall or an enemy and thrust the user towards them. The thrusters can adjust the flight path of the user and upon contact with the person one can use the sheer kinetic energy along with the edge of the blade to slice deep into enemies, though dependent on the speed of the user. It’s not recommended for some users as it can cause motion sickness and may be hard to maneuver if inexperienced

The Jetpack or also known as the Terminal Velocity Platform [TVP] has the ability to thrust its users into the air with the lower limb of the user being supported by an exoskeleton. It can propel users depending on the direction the user set it to, up, down, sideways, or so. Combining this with a shovel can cause serious concussion or damage to the head of the enemies if one were to set the TVP thrusters to slam down onto the enemy and hit them with a shovel. It’s not recommended you activate the TVP while falling down head first to the ground.

The Exoskeleton provides users support to carry larger things on hand or on the back so as not to cause back aches or strain the legs too much. It will not provide the same effect when you fly but it can act as a melee weapon as elbow an enemy or hit them with the metallic sections of the exoskeleton it’s guaranteed to knock a tooth or two!

RP: Conspiracy Now
An internet news cast from Sulasin Zone, Otyken.

Pets for Elites
Averius, as many know, has been committing genocide of their own minorities with back-to-back false flag events and other lies, including sending minorities to die in the Baltocarpathia war. But this is pretty much the status quo for them.

As many know, the dog-men had created pet people, then proceeded to mutilate their brains and later "allegedly" released them; this is a lie; it goes far deeper than this. Subjects have undoubtedly been sent to the Lissandre conference (Which is all for show) as offerings for Averius to join the REK as sacrifices for the grotesque monarchist assembly because this event had caused an uproar. Still, such massacres and violations are not uncommon around the world.

(new) Old World Order
The Lissandre conference had a second component of a plan to create a world order of monarchists in which the mass killings, lobotomization of the populace, and endless enslavement in cages marks the plan for the future of the world at their hands. No nations will push back against it as the leaders will smugly refute it and then continue to prop themselves above the people they are supposed to serve. It is believed that Sodor and Seljaryssk will be orchestrating this end for the time being.

Baltocarpathia irredeemable cesspool
Before the war, the nation was already a horribly gross place ruled by a psychotic dictator (well known to have conducted purges). At the same time, the scenery may have been slightly altered by warfare, but it remains the same wasteland with brainwashed people fighting for their own oppression within a failed state. Nations like Solingarch and Nemoinlanx have taken sides with the Monarchist forces that are pretty frankly no different than everyone's favorite pariah, Averius; they all hold hands around the burning corpses to spread worldwide torment and sing their songs.

The JCA has tried (Unsuccessfully so far) to raise something worth celebrating from the charred mud pits, but the people are pretty opposed to anything other than endless torment and carnage.

Creepy Doppelganger
Military intelligence captured some drone footage of Nemoinlanx (murdering people fighting for their freedom of course), almost confirming a long-held suspicion that the nation is a colony of The Distanic Confederacy or a puppet state; their collaboration with Solingarch is concerning but not unsurprising as their origin nation has always been a side-kick, and almost immediately betrayed the continent.

How does it all connect?
The 'shakeup' in Baltocarpathia is an event to cause the Twin Crown Alliance to merge into the REK, the amount of steps they went through and IMMENSE human cost is quite remarkable, but it will create a solid joining to further the plan of global monarchist tyranny and the brutalization of their people is simply for their own sick entertainment.

Wildcard
The cookie-cutter factions of the Baltocarpathia civil war would follow the traditional motions to reach the desired end of the elites; however, it is self-evident that Amberleaf clobbering the nation was an unplanned variable which has shaken up the battlefield and created a potential democracy platform which could cause the Aristocracy to lose their power, which summoned the legions of tyrants across the globe to stick their fingers into the pie as they always do. Meanwhile, the cost of the war was becoming unbearable. Amberleaf is thus perhaps one of the few nations that hasn't simply rolled over to accept the ultimate pet fate.
