Till today no one joined the organization. Actions count, but not promises.
What could do a defender army? same things as raiders or invaders do, just that we liberate regions.
Even raiders have rivals or enemies of their own (meaning that even raiders may join for to liberate from their rivals/enemies).
Everyone can join for liberation activities.
Actually most raiders won't work to liberate something done by other raiders. I've been a raider for a year and a half, and I've never seen a raider work to liberate another raider.
I've seen some similar to Antifa. Maybe not most of raiders and not actually.
