Nomenstatia (No-men-stah-shia) is a lush, river-filled and idyllic region, primarily home to the Council of 12, signed into being by the Nomenstatia Accords. The Council of 12 is a political alliance composed mainly of members of the previous and dissolved Kaglorigrad Mutual Cooperation Pact, many of whom eventually perished and were lost to the Boneyard for quite some time, before being restored and ressurected by the Kaglorian government's efforts. Although Nomenstatia primarily serves as the home and headquarters of the Council of 12, we are open to any and all newcomers, and we invite you to enjoy your stay while it lasts.
