Exercise Ball Regional Message Board
Hi! This is Growball, and I wanted to say what a great region this is. Any nation with an interest in using exercise balls to promote health is a good nation to have in this region. I also wanted to explain what Growball means. It's a because green things like plants tend to grow, so I like to say grow instead of green sometimes, plus exercise balls can be green, so there you have it, a Growball! Also they make you grow... strong!
