Patriotic Resistance Front - 1,750 PERSONNEL 
Lord's Resistance Army - 1,000 PERSONNEL
National Forces of Liberation - 2,200 PERSONNEL

^{Per the order of the President of Zaire, it is determined that the goal shall remain to support the Chadian government while undermining Arab positions in Eastern and Northern Chad whilst protecting Southern Chad and therefore, the Zairean border. A communique has been provided to Paris, Metropolitan Francais of this operation, which pertains to enhance the Zairean-French strategic partnership and grow a new Chadian-Zairean strategic partnership. It is been deemed essential to ensure that Arab strategic positioning in not granted in Chad and Oustani returns to the full ownership, governance, and unification with Chad from Sudan.}

the situations:

Months since the outbreak of the war in Chad as well as the spark of other series of conflicts and attacks in Morocco, Egypt, and other nations as the result of the rising ISF faction and the increasing imperialistic tendencies of European nations like Russia, Spain, and France had garnered a sense of resentment and hate amongst the Sudanese public towards the western world. However in the recent months of the war in Chad as Sudan became ever more present in the region attempting to secure its international borders as well as protecting the Sudanese homeland it has been proven more difficult with the existence of a foreign superpower in west Africa.

To Sudan, it seems that France and Spain are carrying out some sort of agenda of neo-colonialism on the African continent. While Spain played fast and smart with the acquiring of Equatorial Guinea and Morocco into the Iberian Federation it has become somewhat obvious in the eyes of Sudan that the French are playing it too with a long and strategic game to reclaim western Africa under the tri color flag.

With the PGC Coalition enclosing fast on the remaining militias in Chad and onward to Sudanese border along with the risng sense of paranoia and Francophobia in the country. It has turned into a public out cry demanding Sudan to end it all with Chad. After pubic pressure following Sudan's response to Chad's ultimatum. The Sudanese Parliament had met in an emergency session forcing the Sudanese Military to immediately and without delay to withdraw all Sudanese troops from within the pre-war borders of Chad including the region of Oustani effectively returning the region to Chad. Along with the urgent demand for withdrawal from Chad amidst fears of a possibly invasions of the Sudanese mainland the Sudanese Parliament, military and executive command including the office of the Prime Minister have entered into a sense of Paranoia against France and it's coalition forces.

The Withdrawl:

An era of Francophobia had emerged in Sudan. The Sudanese government along with the public support have just expressed a sense of deep resentment and despise not only against France itself but against the French speaking world, most of which are in Africa. The order for withdrawl had been directed toward the 1,000 military units in Oustani have been ordered to retreat past the pre-war borders of Chad and set up entrenchments in the region along with the other 15,000 military units that have sat guarding over the border in Darfur for the last 12 months. Given that Zaire has also chosen to support the French in this crisis the Sudanese Military had also found itself to be in high alert against Both Zaire and their closest ally on the continent the Hallam Empire. The Sudanese Air Force and Navy in the Red Sea have been put on high alert to country any Gallan aggression towards Sudan. An additional 6,000 military units have been deployed into Qedarif. Kassala, and Blue Nile States bordering Galla and have been ordeted to prepare for defensive position past the main cities of the three states. Another 2,000 had been deployed to Bahr Al-Ghazal and West Equatoria by the Zairean border where they too are set up for a defensive position. The Sudanese Air Force had also been ordered to abandon and cease all arial bombardments of Chad. The Sudanese Air Force however has still enforced a no fly zone in Darfur this time however with an emergency approval from Prime Minister Kiir the Sudanese Air Force has ordered a complete no fly zone over the entirety of Sudan's air space forcing all flights above the country passing by or leaving to be grounded with no delay. With the Sudanese Land, Air, and Naval Forces one thing was left to be done as a result of this "French attack" on Sudan.

The Queen's Tongue, Humanitarian Crisis:

With the approval of both the Prime Minister and Parliament despite much protest from liberal MPs. The Sudanese Military had begun carrying out Operation The Queen's Tongue a reference to Sudan's history as an English speaking country. The Sudanese Military will carry out the largest ever recorded case of mass deportation in the history of the country. Sudan has revoked the residency and asylum of all Chadian and French speaking refugees in the country forcing them to leave immideatly. All the refugee camps in Darfur had been forcefully emptied by the Sudanese Military and forced to begin their match west into Chad and Central Africa. Knowing that such actions might cause outrage by the international community as Sudan would be starting a humanitarian crisis, the move had been made with the growth of anti-French sentiment in Sudan and xenophobia towards French speakers. The Refugees in Sudan who are reported to be as many as 280,000 many of whom women and children have been forced out of the country out of nowhere and forced back into Chad and Zaire. other French speakers in the country such as French diaspora in Khartoum or other diasporas from French speaking countries in cities outside of Darfur have also been put on list pending their deportation from Sudan. The move was also made in the hope that such a large influx of refugees into Chad and other countries would suddenly disturb any attempts to invade Sudan.

Though many have expressed concerns over the safety of those refugees being pushed back into the countries the escaped their concerns have been silenced by the overwhelming majority of the country in protests across Sudan that have become afraid of French ambitions and arrogance. With many saying "those who speak French speak violence" and other saying proudly "SUDAN SPEAKS ENGLISH!"

Is this the end of France's influence in Sudan? Will there be violence against French speakers in the country? Has Sudan turned dark as result of growing xenophobia and paranoia against her neighbours? Has this aggressive move against the homeland shift Sudanese politics into the far right? Though unknown what will be the consequences to Sudan's sudden shift of relationship with the People it has taken care of for so long. It is certain Sudan now has a legitimate reason in its fight for survival against the darkness of the continent. Sudan will call on her son's to sacrifice.

In response to the actions of the Chadian Air Force, an official statement has been made by the Sudanese Government announcing the Nation's end to supporting the AAFC or the Chadian people in that matter in any way. The Sudanese Government has taken to using $15 million of the $10 billion in previously kept French funds for the construction of a series of better border security, fences, and barricades all along the Chad-Sudan border.

Sudan will not be harbouring militas or allowing them to stay in Sudan. Sudan will also not keep any Chadian civilians in the country as Operation Queen's Tongue moves Chadian refugees including those Ex-ISFC criminals back into Chad. Once all refugees cross the border into Chad the Sudanese - Chad border will be closed indefinitely until the central government in Chad is proven to have stabilized the country.

I believe that our relations bettered for good, and that we can now look into each other's eye's with confidence and respect. Iran and France share many similarities, our desire for liberty and democracy, our power status and our involvement in the African region, to some extent of course.

You're a man of courage and nerve, and I mean that with the best of intentions. Rarely do we see leaders as such, but I imagine that you know me by now and how I operate, Mr Macron. I'm sure you understand the position in which Iran has been put due to the developments in Oustani, and more importantly the position it's close ally, just as close as France may I say, was put in, Sudan. I understand that France has their own interests in the region, interests they will protect but Iran also has it's interests to protect, it's allies, such as Sudan. You know that Iran's intention are clear when it comes to Africa and I can only assume that it's the same with France but the recent developments have given us a lot to think about, and a lot to speak about.

I believe that we need to have a meeting, Mr Macron. We need to make things clear, very quickly and very shortly. I believe that underestimation of your ally, of your opponent can be detrimental to both sides in the long run. I'm sure you know what I am talking about, Mr Macron. I do not wish to get too involved in the African matters, but if I see fit, and right now I do, I will have to. As so, I invite you to the city of Baku, Azerbaijan, for an official dinner party with Her Majesty, Empress Soraya Diba and for talks at the Baku Estate about the situation and the future.

President Denis N'Guesso Observes Chiamaka-25 IRBM Testing

Arriving in a motorcade of Kia Light Tactical Vehicles (KLTV), President Denis Sassou N'Guesso would be making a publicized inspection and filming of the launching of 2 x Chiamaka-25 Intermediate Range Ballistic Missiles (IRBM). With a smile on his face, N'Guesso and his security entourage would make their way over to three rows of chairs for he and his defense staff to take a seat as the Zairean Strategic Missile Force personnel continued to prepare the missiles for launching. Standing still on their TELs, the Chiamaka-25 IRBMs would be painted a pitch matte black with the Zairean green flag on both sides of the missile body along with the word "Bantu" on both sides as well.

Taking off his glasses, N'Guesso would stand by his chair and salute his generals and military officials as everyone walked to their assigned seatings as the large media cameras would televise this event for the world to see. Standing with his back straight and arms to his side, President N'Guesso would proceed to salute the Zairean flag as it was slowly raised on a golden flagpole while the Zairean national anthem plays in the background. With the conclusion of the national anthem, all cameras would transition slowly from President N'Guesso to the 2x TELs that bore the Chiamaka-25 IRBMs. With the passing of 10 seconds, the two ballistic missiles would launch amid the activation of its engine and rocket propellants. Steadily increasing in speed toward the skies, the two ballistic missiles would appear as two flying balls of white light as the sound of the missiles become more distant.

Vakaga is located on the Northernmost border of Zaire that is shared with both Chad and Sudan. With the successful testing, the two ballistic missiles would travel from Vakaga down to a missile training zone in Rwanda to indicate that the missiles are able to take flight, remain in flight, and possesses an impressive precision that Zaire is planning to increase over time. Nonetheless, with the deployment of the two IRBMs, Zaire seeks to possess the largest ballistic missile arsenal of Afrika.

| President Macron would be greeted with a beautiful ball at the Baku Estate in which attendance would be the French Diplomacy in Iran, French high-ups of Iranian society, Empress Soraya Diba and Prime Minister Nouri. In a beautiful long red gown, the Empress and President Macron would be photographed dancing on the dancefloor of the ball room, with all the guests cheering. The Empress would then raise a toast for France and Iran and according to the press, the Empress praised the blossoming relations between the two states and called France the Iran of Europe and Iran the France of Asia.

The ball was a major success that was talked about in the Iranian media and the French media. Now, came the hard part. Mr Macron would be requested to wait on a large balcony of the Baku Estate, that oversaw the beautiful gardens in the sun. Suddenly, Empress Soraya would appear with a smile. Wearing a short tight white dress, with her hair up and white heels, she would offer Mr Macron a handshake and take a seat opposite him as the aids poured them cold ice-tea. After they left, the Empress would look at the garden. |

| IRANIAN-ZAIREAN DEVELOPMENTS |

| The Iranian and Zairean leaderships have come to certain agreements over the course of the month as the relations between the two states increase largely and due to the situation within Africa. Firstly, Iranian-Zairean Entertainment Industry Partnership has been established. The partnership will include many things to better and develop the Zairean entertainment industry and promote it on a worldwide scale. Major deals that have been produced out of it are, investments worth $15 Billion into the Zairean Entertainment Industries, Major Iranian Recording labels like Tarina Records, Googoosh Records and Pehstan Labels will establish themselves in Zaire and find and promote talent in music region wide and world wide; Major film production companies like Lesfan and Hanhram Companies will enter Zaire ; Major Iranian cinema chains will establish themselves in Zaire and Empress Soraya will establish a Zaire Cultural Fund which will be worth $10 Billion and help to promote Zairean culture worldwide. The major Iranian boost for Zairean entertainment industry is said to give Iranian companies around $16 Billion and bring Zairean industries to first world level by 2027/2028.

On a more militaristic note, Iran and Zaire have officially established the Military Cooperation Treaty, which will entail Iran and Zaire to enter an alliance that will counter-fit possible conflicts in the future in Africa and to deter exploitism. It will also entail closer military cooperation between the two countries, larger security in the region and larger sale of Iranian equipment to Zairean forces. Many have suggested that Nouri has now led Iran into Africa through her military deals with Zaire and her security developments with Sudan, making Iran a growing helpful force in Africa and creating a new Iranian-African momentum. |
