As a train pulls into the American Navy train station, an announcement is made.
*Now arriving at American Navy station on Track 1, is 
The Featured Region Express to [Insert next featured region.] Please stand back from the yellow line and please watch the gap while boarding the train.*
When entering the station, the train sounds its modified horn, which sounds like someone is saying: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region American Navy!
Also while entering the station, 
FRE Train Conductor Kai, with a bright smile on his face, sticks his head out of the train's locomotive window, waves, and yells: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region American Navy!"
The train stops at the platform, and opens its doors, waiting until the next region is featured to depart from the American Navy station to the next station.
Region Score (What Class would I let the members of this region sit in on the train, based on the region score the region gets): Premium Coach Class: Semi-dead region, region with some activity, embassy active region, your average ancient lands associated region, this is the region's 2nd time being featured, or I like the region. Business Class: Region with a lot of activity, this is the region's 3rd time being featured, or I really like the region. Suddenly, a flurry of small aircraft descends on American Navy, bringing goods to trade from the many places that The wad has visited.
They also bring a gift for USS Congress, a giant eraser with the words "Congrats on becoming a featured region and remember, avoid having small pieces of eraser shavings."
Later in the day, The Wad departs, headed to Los Angeles Chargers to further trade goods. On behalf of Waddy Mac Waddface, until we meet again!
