The Theocracy of Theomartopia is a very large, safe nation, notable for its barren, inhospitable landscape, compulsory military service, and irreverence towards religion. The hard-working, democratic population of 231 million Theomartopians have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

The relatively small government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Education, and Welfare. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 16.1%.

The strong Theomartopian economy, worth 12.2 trillion dollars a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, with significant contributions from Uranium Mining, Basket Weaving, and Book Publishing. Average income is 52,840 dollars , with the richest citizens earning 5.9 times as much as the poorest.

The country has unplugged its internet connection to prevent subversive content, umbrellas are back in fashion, creating cardboard imitations of missiles is a new top-secret military project, and punk rockers smash it up and then clean it up. Crime, especially youth-related, is well under control. Theomartopia's national animal is the Wombat, which can occasionally be seen sifting through garbage in the nation's cities.

Theomartopia is ranked 244,633^rd in the world and 128^th in Benigtopia for Highest Average Tax Rates, with 16.11 Effective Tax Rate.
