Upon hearing of Basaran’s intention to intervene in the war the Blayredeshian Ministry of State sent envoys to the Queen’s government informing them no promise was broken on Blayredeshia’s end as the Confederacy had been leading an intervention in Ansalonia before even the gassing of Wolfengrad by the Lord Protector. The State Ministry also made requests to the Basars not to aid the Ansalonian Rebels as the secessionists are allied with Communists attempting to install a government in Ansalonia not too disimilar to the Manfred Regime of old. Meanwhile upon further review it would turn out the Blayredeshians weren’t lying about their lack of nuclear technology as the nation’s energy sources were mainly fossil fuels and a small amount of hydroelectric renewable energy.

RP: The Queen’s Response
”Communists do make it a concern but rejecting the call of help from a government whose goal is to reinstate the democratic process is unthinkable. A nationalist government who removes the public’s representation is no better than a communist dictatorship. These rebels fear for their lives, fear the oppression of an ultra-nationalist government. RP: The Timber Program

Wolfy got on air today, with an interesting, ambitious, but absolutely fascinating goal.

"Hello, to all who maybe watching, to Kalrania, I come to speak to you all today, the Republic is an ambitious nation. We don't like 'easy', we like things difficult because that's how we learn, it's how we progress. And as you know with the success of our current WR-1 Vadistika Rover still in operation on Luna, we decided we can do better then sending a robot to an extraterrestrial surface, we can do better. So that's why, starring today, July 11th, 2151, I'm beginning the Timber Program. To not only put a Wolfinite Man on Luna, but a Wolfinite Woman, and Aslanian on Luna. For peace, and science, we shall do this by decades end. Thank you."

And with that, Wolfy exits, the crowd erupts in cheers and celebrations. The Republic now has set forth a challenge for itself that no nation has done before...setting paw on the Lunar Surface by decades end. It's another ambitious project that the Republic has set forth, after the almost completed Endurance Station and the Konika + Explorer Programs well underway, the Timber Program maybe the most ambitious one yet...

For the Basars who didn't venture into the forest, their pictures would contain sights of the trees with transparent, blue leaves, and the occasional floating mask that would peek out from the tree line before quickly darting back into the forest. For the more adventurous Basars who went deep into the forest, they would see the same trees, though they would be much larger with small wisps circling around them, entering and exiting like a small swarm of bees. The masked wisps would also be seen much more often, some even observing the Basars, following them at a fair distance. The grass deep into the forest would also be blue and transparent, and would feel extremely soft if laid on, almost soft enough to sleep on just like if it were a bed. They would also have a feeling of calm wash over them, almost completely removing the worry of surviving a nuclear blast, they would be at peace, though a slight nagging feeling would be at the back of their heads, compelling them to stay in the forest, the longer they stay in the forest, the more they want to stay in the forest

The Emperor and his staff were less than pleased by General Pickett’s orders to reintroduce slavery which Emperor Blayre V immediately put down by stating to the General “I did not fight against tyranny so that I could take its place and replace the Wolfinite supremacy of Wolfen and the Evil of the Lord Protector with the evils of Humanist supremacy.” It became very clear that Pickett was on thin ice regarding the slavery issue and that he really only had the choice to rescind the orders if he wished to remain in his position. Meanwhile, shortly after the Blayredeshian Emperor proclaimed that such slavery would never be allowed in the “New Icewindia”, a horde of volunteers and humanitarian relief organizations began flooding into Icewindia as the Emperor sought to use their efforts to keep the Icewindian people well supplied and fed in addition to rebuilding the country’s infrastructure so that “Every Icewindian of any race may have a home to return to and a full belly to rest easy with.” In order to account for this effort a call go arms has been issued to the Nationalist League nations of Woleve Atraland, The gatisland, Sola urba, and Moonflower to muster engineers, construction companies, food drives and supply centers to come to Icewindia and help rebuild the country.

With the Aurora Documents declassified by the Blayredeshians publicly showing they didn’t commit the bombing and were simply trying to trick the Lord Protector’s forces if he were alive, but with him now shown to be dead left the Blayredeshians no reason to keep up the act. But Icewindia still lay divided and the Blayredeshians seemed to be wanting to negotiate with the Werewolf Islands regarding a peaceful resolution to the chaos in the east. In addition to this letter was a personal note written by the Blayredeshian Emperor who wrote “I truly do feel sorry for the loss of mighty Hemlock; he was a strong soldier who fought hard and honorably, and it was my hope he would have lived so that I may have pardoned him to grant him the same freedom I seek to give Icewindia. You have my sincerest condolences.”

Wolfy was still in disbelief and heavily in denial of Hemlock's death in Icewindia, the fact that the Blayredeshia lied to the world they nuked Aurora just to scare the war torn nation, only makes things worse. Wolfy has openly stated she agreed with Basaran's statement that Blayredeshia was not only being reckless with this short term 'gain' by vaporizing a city, but absolutely idiotic and dumb minded. No civilized nation on this Lyca forsaken planet would have the right mind to do that.

The apology and condolences to Wolfy don't even feel legitimate as stated by Wolfy. Another lie gritted through a greedy Emperor just to make them good on the international stage, a look that is masked.

Wolfy also heavily criticized Blayredeshia's actions on General Pickett instead of outright dismissing him, they let him be, a pro-slavery general aligned to the Emperor. If they were fighting for freedom, why have slavery? Why? It wouldn't make sense.

RP: Marriage Dela- wait...

Wolfen 1st wanted to Delay the Marriage to next year however the Marriage was quickly being arranged early due to Wolfen 1st being a Father now. His Son's Lionheart Winter-Fangneese and Wolfen 2nd Winter-Fangneese are born a few hours earlier. 1st being a Aslanian and 2nd being an Wolfinite.

Napoleon however is still mad at Wolfen 1st for State Icewindia is in. Noting there Mother is still in Denial. He was suppose to give a Speech for Hemlock's Legacy yet despite his best efforts he cried. So great was his fear and anger he wondered if he should call it off.

Hemlock was killed because he was Emperor. He was only Emperor because of the dire state of Icewindia. Because of Wolfen 1st lying like a little B$)@) and doing everything in his power to give everyone a voice and by that no progress nor change could be done in Icewindia. He Blames Wolfen 1st for Hemlock's Death.

Napoleon knows the Torch is bound to fall to someone in the Family and so he made his move. He approached Solis hoping to form a Coalition. His objective is clear.... to Run in next Election and transform Werewolf Island Society to be more United and Stronger then ever.

Candain, Concordaia, and Blayredeshia

The international speech claiming that the Blayredeshian government had no knowledge or involvement in the nuclear attack is believed to be suspicious backpedalling at best to the royal inner circle, and and a desperate plea of innocence at worst. Rhetoric could not be changed by a mere public statement, though the crown would not be issuing one themselves as it may be a surer investment to continue the preparations for any possible hostility while remaining open to a dialog if offered.

Being done in secret is also military procurement of mobile launch platforms capable of firing the 'Dawn', 'Hawkeye' and S-500 SAMs,which are to be drastically increased for a possible conflict to counter the potential threat that the lackluster Etrian Air Force may face by supplementation with ground and sea based systems to an even greater degree than already enjoyed

Basaran and Concordaia

RP: The Coalition Grows
After a quick meeting between heads of state, several agreements were achieved between Queen Mirvelle and the Evve terre diplomats. With trade and migration achieved, the discussion came to a head with the Evven diplomats asking for an invitation into the Coalition. A consensus was achieved and passed. Evve terre was now officially an Coalition member

RP: The Storm in Congress
Days after the detonation of the nuclear device and the Blayredeshian's laying claim to it, the congressional body was all in an uproar, many shouting for war. Through much down talking from Queen Mirvelle, and the reception of repayment funds from the Blayredeshians, the congressional body settled down. However, the silence was only temporary. The constant back and forth between Queen Mirvelle and the Blayredeshian governments left many in Congress with a sour taste in the mouth. The sour taste became worrisome when the "Banner of the Silver Sword", a Militaristic internationalist interventionalist party lead by the Jorgeson Family, began making deals under the table.

Rumors circulated that the Jorgeson's were closely aligned with the Iscariot and Malus families, who head the other 2 largest parties in Basaran. Lesser-known deals brokered a very dangerous tie between the 3 parties and that came to light on August 30th. Congress convened that morning at the request of the Jorgesons and the collective party of the "Banner of the Silver Sword". A single document was laid down for all to see:

"Monarchy Line of Succession"

It became obvious to all the other parties what had been going on behind closed curtains. The Document went on to make several complaints about Queen Mirvelle, much of which discussed the "playful banter" between her and the Blayredeshians as well as the apparent "appeasement" route she was taking.

Under Basar law, written by King Ulysses, when the current monarch becomes unfit to rule or dies, the power to elect a new monarch falls on congress. This was the law in which the Jorgeson's used to justify the proposal.

Oswald Jorgeson, the current head of the Jorgeson Family and the associated party, had this to say:

"With this law and this document, I want to remind you all that our Queen, no matter how good her intentions may appear to be, has time and time again shown herself incapable of standing up and putting her foot down. The Coalition was a good start, but she keeps backing down. Our people are furious, we are furious. Thousands of us were slaughtered in the mines at the hands of a nuke that their Emperor is now claiming isn't theirs. She doesn't have the necessary presence of mind to put up a proper fight against these criminals. With that, I want to put to vote on the next monarch, and replace Mirvelle Marlyn, immediately..."

The document outlined that the replacement monarch would be Oswald Jorgeson and the ruling Family would permanently change from Marlyn to Jorgeson...

The vote came to pass with 3 of the parties, who collectively held a 60% majority of all the seats, in favor.

Mirvelle however rejected this proposal, using unilateral action to veto and an attempt to arrest Oswald. The arrest attempt failed as the Jorgeson's had successfully swung the palace guard in their favor. Queen Mirvelle was arrested under the charges of "Treason by collaborating with the Blayredeshian menace" but it remains unknown where she is set to spend the rest of her days...

Further protests erupted in the province of Neraria, an area that held a sizable Blayredeshian ethnic population. These protests came out of the fear of what the Jorgeson's warpath might do to either them or their former home country, (Basar law does not allow Dual Citizenship). The national guard was once again deployed to the area and with firehoses and rubber bullets among other crowd control methods, dispersed the protesters. Martial law was instated for the province along with curfews and work hours.

RP: The Giant Awakens
With the Jorgeson name now heading the Basar Throne, a slew of orders were passed into congress that would enact war-time measures including fresh orders for more military equipment. New war-time measures were also passed around congress which would limit information intake from the Blayredeshians as well as impose sanctions on them, cutting off their supply of materials from Basaran and rejecting Blayredeshian imports.

The Ansalonian situation was one of great importance to the "Banner of the Silver Sword" and much of congress saw Blayredeshia's presence in Voytana as a gross over-extension of his "Tengerina Union". The original 8000 men sent to Ansalonian SAFP resistance would see several more King Raven convoys that would include another 32,000 men, 120 Predator Tanks, assorted infantry equipment, and towables over the course of the week.

Rekken, Concordaia, Schwypia, and Blayredeshia

RP: A Paradigm Shift

Conservative constitutional monarchy within Concordaia had been drastically falling for the past few years. Its most apparent example of its unpopularity was the conservative King's Party's surprising loss in the recent elections, being forced to form a coalition government with the liberal-minded Lower Tea Party. Yet more disaster has hit the monarchy. The flagship bill of the coalition government, the Arthorpe-Ellens Act, which was an omnibus act which bolstered existing welfare, social services, and infrastructure, failed in the National Diet. The opposition forces, namely republican in nature, decried the bill as too weak and a propaganda piece for the King. Internally, within the Coalition government, the many politicians have become split over the very existence of the coalition in the first place. Coupled with increasingly public backlash, the bill fell apart which led to many speculating a paradigm shift of the modern political era in Concordaia into the radical spectrum as an alternative to monarchism.

Rising anti-monarchist sentiment and rising support for republicanism has bolstered the ranks of the opposition parties, with the Social Democratic Union and the National Republican Party swelling in numbers. However, none could have predicted the entrance of two new figures in the Concordaian political arena. The first of which is the ultra-nationalist and pro-centralization United Concordaia Front, formed from dissatisfied King's Party members and conservative National Republican Party members. The second is less so a republican party and more of a social movement, named the Covenant Movement which is a populist movement which critiques the "hyper-capitalism" of Concordaia and its social inequity, and opts for vaguely defined concepts from both the left and right, ranging from adoption of worker-cooperatives to creating a free market economy. The movement has drawn many radical republicans who view it was an alternative from hardline socialism.

With the horde of Anti-Nationalist Rebels in The Ansalonian States threatening to overwhelm the Nationalists and therefore isolate General Hill’s Legion; the Confederate Air Force has changed tactics and in addition to carrying out bombing runs on rebel industrial centers has reportedly begun targeting food storages and using firebombs on rebel occupied farmland in order to decrease the food supply. Meanwhile on the Blayredeshian side; private charities and logistics allied with the Confederate Army have begun handing out much needed food and supplies to the occupied populace with bombers occasionally dropping small bags of grain and bread into Rebel and Communist controlled cities wrapped in Blayredeshian Battle Flags and carrying signs saying “In a Nationalist Ansalonia There Is No Hunger”

RP: Aight (Secret to all except the Concordaian Government)
In response to this request the Ministry of State would dispatch the Minister of State Hiram Long to Concordaia to meet with the Prime Minister.

RP: Anti Air

At first, these air raids on food storages and production would be very successful, putting a dent on rebel food supply and output. However, as the weeks went on, more and more anti-air pieces were deployed in industrial and agricultural areas. This would lead to the effectiveness of these raids dropping tremendously, and post-raid outputs would begin returning to pre-raid levels. The food supply would also begin increasing back to pre-raid levels, despite there still being scattered food shortages.

RP: "Devil's Droppings"

The "Devil's Droppings," as rebel propaganda coined them, would be appreciated by the populace, despite the propaganda. However, many of the people who received the bags would believe the propaganda as lies perpetuated by imperialist interests from Blayredeshia, and this mindset would be further elaborated on in rebel propaganda, convincing the populace that all the scattered food shortages were the result of the Nationalists and Blayredeshians. These propaganda campaigns would further rally the populace, especially against Blayredeshia, increasing morale even further.

RP:Interventionalism
Still being thoroughly disgruntled with the Blayredeshians, Queen Mirvelle, upon hearing word of the Ansalonian situation, was even more so. Seemed like the "emperor" was not one to hold his promises. The presence of Basar soldiers on the Ansalonian battlefield would indeed heighten tensions between the two giants, at least that's the prediction. A Swarm of King Ravens, roughly 400 in count, rose up in the early morning and flew towards the Ansalonian States. There were 6,000 Men on board, armed and armored to the teeth, spread across 300 of the KRs. The rest held supplies ranging from medical to food to ammunition. The lead helicopter was painted in diplomatic colors, the rest remained a metallic blue. Their contact of interest was the SAFP rebellion...

RP: A Letter to Demira

Greetings friends,
The Blayredeshians have also informed us of this "Lord Protector" character. We have yet to discover his existence, but we have lads on the inside trying to poke around for information. Assuming this isn't a wild goose chase, there is something worse than the Blayredeshians. If it is, then I want to hang every single one of them Dixies for war crimes. The Blayredeshian's have also received documentation from our Archive's, under my orders, about the aftermath and cleanup of a nuclear detonation. They claim to have no knowledge of nuclear energy, something we've yet to verify. If they truly do lack nuclear capacity, then we have something much worse on our hands...

While the displaced citizens were stuck and stranded in Evve terre, attempting to speak languages that look nothing familiar to their own, some wandered far enough away from civilization to encounter the great forest. Photos were uploaded to Basar social media sites, specifically "Buzzer". Buzzer is run by the agricultural company "Beehouse" and became one of the most successful social media sites after Proton Limited's "Partika" rapid decline due to mismanagement, rise in hate speech, and several lawsuits over privacy shortcomings. Pictures posted to Buzzer showed the outer edges of the forest, as most couldn't travel too far in before losing cellular signal.

Several Basars however took the brave challenge and entered the forest deep to see what was inside this thick mess of trees...

RP: Thanks

The various SAFP governments would thank the Basars for sending aid to support their cause. They would also request for the aid to be sent to the Blayredeshian Front, as that was where they were needed most.

Basaran

Sudden concern over the Anti-Monarchist sentiment in Concordaia prompts Natalia to request invitation to one of the federation's closest allies with the intention of reaffirming that this disdain toward the country's own ruling house would not spill over into complications in the relationship between the two. The possibility of a border war not only within the alliance, but during the raise in tension with the eastern fascists must be stomped out as quickly as feasible. Separate meetings with each of the leading factions is proposed simply to sort out their intensions with the queen hoping to attend in person against the advice of several key advisors

The change in leadership in neighboring Basaran also comes as a shock to the queen. While a harder stance on the fascists is well in line with her own beliefs, an amiable relationship with the queen Marlyn brings a distaste for the realities of court politics far too close to home. A private letter issued to the new ruling house Jorgeson congratulates their ascension to power and praises their harder stance against those that the original regime had called for Etrian assistance to begin with as the threat is believed to remain.the letter goes on to offer asylum to the disinherited house Marlyn so that they do not become martyrs in the eyes of remaining loyalists, and that perhaps a public act of mercy on their predecessors may shore up some support among those same loyalists. An open invitation is made to discuss the matter further if they so wish it at a place of their own choosing, signed by Natalia herself

RP: An Invitation Sent

The separate camps within Concordaia's political scene generally possess a strongly favorable opinion of the foreign policy of Concordaia in regard to the KSI's sphere of influence, and as a result, have agreed to allow the Etrian monarch to visit to reaffirm their commitment toward cooperation with the nation's allies, but also to secretly petition the monarch for assistance for their cause.

RP: Crackdown in the Rhine
The recent slaying of the Duke by the Rhine resistance had nearly killed the Emperor who only survived by mere seconds delay of indecision. The Blayredeshians attempted to recover the Duke’s body from the wreckage of the car and the Emperor himself was shown to have major cuts and bruises from being struck by debris from the exploding vehicle, but would be fine. The Blayredeshians would send an envoy to the Duchy of Deija and the Mob inside along with files documenting the event showing that the Duke was slain by Catherine and members of the Rhine resistance. The Emperor, thoroughly enraged, would post a 9 million Tengerina Mark bounty on Catherine’s head and a total force of 10,000 CIS Agents under the leadership of Colonel Washington Isaacs would subsequently flood into the Rhine region of Icewindia searching for Catherine and helping the Imperial Guard orchestrate raids in the ImperialKomissariat against the remnants of the Rhine Resistance.

RP: Flying West
Meanwhile instead of heading east to rejoin Karloff in Icewindia; it was announced the Emperor was personally flying to Concordaia to meet with that nation’s monarchy.

Basaran wrote:RP: Formation of the Ephyra Coalition
Believing it to be necessary to contain the threat to Tengerina, Basaran has agreed to the creation of this Coalition and drafted up a charter. Furthermore, the nations of Dwarf land4, Saint Shokai, Srednjaci, and Schwypia to join this coalition

Preamble:
We, the nation-states of The Ephyra Coalition, hold it to be evident that the right to self-determination is paramount amongst the virtues of liberty and the defense of said right is of unequivocal importance. Therefore, these nations hereby sign the Charter of The Ephyra Coalition, to swear to the defense of each other’s self-determined liberties against antagonistic threats which would seek to destroy them.

Article I: Military Cooperation
The nations of The Ephyra Coalition subscribe to the belief that through unity comes strength and, therefore, the defense of liberty is best achieved together. These nations, as such, swear to uphold the call-to-arms of fellow members who face the threat of war, to face enemies who would undermine the tenants of The Ephyra Coalition, and to strive for decisive conclusions to said conflicts in order to preserve liberty.

Article II: Membership
The Ephyra Coalition is an alliance open to any nation that holds the aforementioned liberties true. Said nations may apply for membership, at which point the nations of The Ephyra Coalition will hold a vote to approve or deny membership. Such a vote must be of a majority opinion, and in the wake of a tie, the nation in question will not be admitted. Member-states may be removed by a similar vote.

Article III: Amendments
As the state of global affairs is ever-changing, the Charter is equally flexible. In such cases, the member-states of The Ephyra Coalition may propose amendments, be they additions or reformations of current policy, which will be voted into effect or voided by a majority vote of the member-states.

Article IV: Contingency
In the event that The Ephyra Coalition should be defeated, the member-states of the alliance swear to the oath to continue upholding the virtues of the Charter to the best of their degree. They should, in all capacity, strive to avenge it and work together to form a successor.

RP: Application

The Lirana parliament has, after over a month of debates, plus a seal of approval from the Queen, decided to apply to the Ephyra coalition, with Lirana delegates to be sent to Ephyra if accepted (I'm assuming that's where the headquarters is).

RP: Weccandia, what the hell are you doing?
Weccandia has annexed without any war declaration Avaristani's southwestern territories, so, the Avaristanian government and the whole nation sees this action as an unlegitimate expansion, and if the Weccandian autorithies would not respond, we'll have to occupy those territories with our own army

RP: Western Mountain Rising

The Regency of the Rhine had grown alot in these post-Occupation Months. CIS would find that without a doubt the Mafia was tied to the "Regency of the Rhine" and was secretly supplying them weapons and smuggling Civil Defense Tanks "Speedies" Police Tanks, and stealing ILA Equipment to smuggle to unknown location hints being the Western Mountains. The Mafia had gone underground avoiding CIS activity as they merge with Resistance to begin hit and run campaigns. Blowing up bridges and causing general mayham. Worst off the Most Western Mountains that had not been pacified since the Occupation of Icewindia was wrapping up had in open Arms beared there weapons and raise the Rhine Flag High. The Regency of the Rhine has there Queen-Admiral back.... The Rhine Liberation Front (RLF) is Born.

On a Hacked Radio station on Old Icewindian Emergency Channel a speech is repeating....

"No Longer will the people of Rhine sit under the Jackboot of the Blayrish Occupant, the Salis Autocrat, the oppression of the ILA Officer.

Today we make right our unlawful occupation by the Inbred Alabama and return Rhine to Her Owners, Her People, Her Government!

This Rhine Legislature, The Rightful Government of the Rhine, hereby declares independence from Tengerian Union.

I call upon every man and Woman of Rhine, to take up arms against the oppressors. We shall have freedom, or we shall have death!

For the Rhine! For The People!"
-Queen-Admiral Catherine

Despite the very clear and present threat of a Legitimate Government that could Return Icewindian Government in Exile back or worse Revive a New Militant Hostile Icewindia. The Aristocrats were against Catherine feeling she spent too much time with the Commoners. The Aristocrats backing The Duke's Son form a Regency and ask kindly to Blayredeshian Emperor Permission to Form Icewindian Loyalist Parliament to oppose Threat Catherine Poses. This Parliament would be a step towards ending the Imperial-Kommisariets and making an Government that wants to Join Tengerian Commonwealth when Duke Son reaches age to take Throne. But for now it seems Long Term Military Rule is needed to stabilize the Region and Water the supporting Pro-Tengerian Aristocracy. Icewindian Loyalist Parliament proposes the idea to treat Catherine and her RLF like Criminals... like a Cartel or Mafia group and to not give them legitimacy by sending Military. To Treat this as a War on Crime. The Parliament has 5 Measures that would help Stabilize the Region but they need approval from Emperor to Form Loyalist Parliament for legitimacy sake.

RP: We do a little trolling Part III: the Truth Strikes Back
With the Lord Protector now vanquished albeit still with his identity unknown; the greatest and most brutal adversary the Blayredeshians faced was evidently vanquished although by an unknown source. Because of this in a press conference at his HQ in Yorktown at the same City Hall he once spoke from; Emperor Blayre V announced to the world that Blayredeshia was not in fact behind the Aurora Bombing and that the claims had been fabricated to scare any communist remnants loyal to the Lord Protector into submission, and to keep the populace from thinking that perhaps the bombing was the Lord Protector’s own doing which might’ve made them think he still had access to such weapons. But with the Lord Protector dead and the nuclear nature of the bomb discovered; the Imperial Ministry of War would publically release documents to the world specifically the nations of Basaran, Schwypia, Northern new solingarch, Etrius, Werewolf Islands, Demira and Dwarf land4 that showed the Emperor and his High Command new nothing of the bomb initially, had decided to take credit to prevent a panic, and that in truth the Blayredeshians don’t even have anything as much as a nuclear power plant and only new about nuclear power from the past few weeks when given information from Basaran.RP: About That (secret to all except Wolfy)

RP: Aid
Atraland has sent the entire Civic Guard Corp, a volunteer labor group of roughly 1 million workers, to aid in the rebuilding of Icewindia. Mandatory state purchase of 2% of all farm's primary food product across Atraland has been instated in order to help feed the country as it rebuilds.

RP: Further Naval Expansion
Today a plan to continue prior naval expansions has been formalized in the Naval Bill 2151, this plan will allocate funding through a variety of new taxes in order to expand not only the screens and warships within the Deepwater Fleet, but also continue construction on a second Mikhov class supercarrier, to be named the Aleksandre, that is planned to join its brother ship, the Mikhov I, in service within an indefinite time. The Aleksandre is notable for having been the second Mikhov class carrier originally planned to be built alongside the Mikhov I, but due to budget cuts was put in a dry dock many years ago mid-construction. As part of the funding, an experimental new tax known as a "materials tax" has been instituted, allowing the Navy to mandate that various businesses that manufacture products required to build the ships set aside a certain percentage of the materials they produce each month, to be bought by the navy at market price. This new tax plan is thought to alleviate a large amount of the bureaucracy behind procuring materials as well as provide a certain cash inflow to key sectors of the manufacturing economy.

RP: Military Readiness Bill of 2151
The Military Readiness Bill of 2151, passed today alongside the Naval Bill 2151, has called for a survey of Atralands current military capacity, and will be holding a series of evaluatory war games for units considered key components in Atralands military doctrine, including all units of the Knights of Sol. A comprehensive database of what supplies and weapons the military has in the thousands of warehouses and lockups that have laid dormant since the Fourth Atralandian Civil War is also to be comprised, which will hopefully lead to better budgeting choices in the future.

RP: (SECRET TO ALL BUT Icewindia) Funding Freedom (Operation Durraki)

With Blayredeshia advancing forward into Icewindia at an alarming rate, and the threat of a Blayredeshian State spanning the continent, Wolfy consulted to her military advisors for an indirect approach to handle the situation, not to get involved with military troops, but airdrop Wolfinite military supplies to two specific groups, Catherine's Military Resistance in the West, and various remaining Wolfinite Minority pockets in the Rhine with the hope they will fight for a common goal. Supplies sent are first aid, food, water, ammunitions, and standard military rifles. To cover up their tracks to not let Blayredeshia get on their case, obvious hints that this Wolfinite supplies are removed but more subtle hidden ones remain. A telegram is sent to Catherine to let her know she has Wolfy's backing for an Icewindia and Rhine free from Blayredeshia. Wolfy hopes that Catherine will also rile up the Wolfinites to rise up as well, with her in her Faction, or as their own faction but allied to Catherine.
