RP: The Timber Program

Wolfy got on air today, with an interesting, ambitious, but absolutely fascinating goal.

"Hello, to all who maybe watching, to Kalrania, I come to speak to you all today, the Republic is an ambitious nation. We don't like 'easy', we like things difficult because that's how we learn, it's how we progress. And as you know with the success of our current WR-1 Vadistika Rover still in operation on Luna, we decided we can do better then sending a robot to an extraterrestrial surface, we can do better. So that's why, starring today, July 11th, 2151, I'm beginning the Timber Program. To not only put a Wolfinite Man on Luna, but a Wolfinite Woman, and Aslanian on Luna. For peace, and science, we shall do this by decades end. Thank you."

And with that, Wolfy exits, the crowd erupts in cheers and celebrations. The Republic now has set forth a challenge for itself that no nation has done before...setting paw on the Lunar Surface by decades end. It's another ambitious project that the Republic has set forth, after the almost completed Endurance Station and the Konika + Explorer Programs well underway, the Timber Program maybe the most ambitious one yet...
