Following elections, all elected MPs have been officially sworn into government and the Parliament inaugurated. Following months of conflict during the Civil war( Sivulkryg), Logan's government will have many issues to deal with such as creating a constitution and creating basic laws. However, the Treaty of Ruhystadi, currently used as a temporary constitution states that if the goverment cannot do these things within 28 days of a government being formed, new elections must held meaning the clock is ticking
Logan remains neutral in border conflict
New Prime minister Petig Logan has released a statement concerning the territorial dispute between ISNA and Lyrica. This issue has been caused due to ISNA claiming the island known as King Harald V. The nation has decided to not join the conflict citing that it would only increase tensions but would urge both sides to find an agreement before resorting to war. On the other side of the argument Norlas Enest! a national party supports declaring war against ISNA however this point of view has been condemned by many across the nation.

It is not a territorial dispute, I did not know of the treaty where Lyrica invaded and annexed King Herald Island, when I found out I also discovered that Lyrica had mobilized its forces, clearly against me. I did not know if they were planning a strike on my nation or in defense, but as I saw GRNA involved and knowing his history, I mobilized a small portion of my army and garrisoned my islands just in case. Everyone is clearly confused about what happen, so I thought I would clear it up, War is NOT happening. When I first heard that Lyrica occupied and landed onthe island, I did not know of the treaty and believed he just invaded and annexed it, which Is something I would never allow in my region. Everyone who is stating that I am preparing for war knows clearly that I am not, you just have to read the RMB to find that out. They are trying to make it seem as if I’m the aggressor while it was really me questioning how Lyrica got the Island, and my reaction to my northern neighbor (sending warships south)that caused this incident. CUS is the main one who is doing this and is directly trying to make it seem like I am the one being aggressive here, while Dee has spread annoyingly false propaganda about a supposed war.

The "conflict" which has now been reclassified as a misunderstanding over King Harold V island has been resolved. The Norlan Government would like to apologise for its statement which was written in a style that was implicating war was. Petig Logan, Prime minister was asked about his previous statement this evening in which he replied, "I would like to say sorry to those who saw our statement as speculation of war. We ask all those who have read the statement to disregard it." Another view to this story is Norlan Ernest's view on the "conflict". The Leader of this party has also sent out a statement in which the party regrets advocating for war. This misunderstanding, however, has not been seen well by the public and has damaged the reputation of Norlas Enest!

Technically, it's a mix of 1 and 2. We call other nations "puppets" and there's plenty of reference to them in the constitution. However, for a simple explanation, only one of your nations can obtain citizenship within the RWA, all the rest will be classified as visitors, they are allowed to reside in the region, but do not share the benifits of being a citizen, AKA the vote, etc. If you are found to have two nations with citizenship, you risk being banned from the region on all your accounts.
TL:DR you're allowed as many nations as you want, but only one can vote.
