Good morning to the good people of Vinnysuckslandia and Vinnytopia. I humbly request that the authority of establishing embassies is granted to our fine island country. I require this power because of the spokes-work I have been performing for the collective good of Leaves Of Grass. I am attempting to bring in extra members, and the ability and authority to establish embassies would be essential in order to form good relations with other countries that are as civil as us. I am attempting to sway a faction of magical hamsters, and embassies would be imperative.
