Official Announcement by Fire Lord Hanzō
In light of events across the world pertaining to artificial intelligence, I have been compelled to act accordingly in the name of national security. I decree that the building of artificial intelligence data centers on Fire Nation soil, both on the home islands and in the imperial possessions, is outlawed. I am establishing this moratorium in the wake of large demonstrations against data centers across the world. I am directing the Home Ministry to begin a review of all activities that require the use of artificial intelligence to determine possible security gaps. The last thing the Empire needs is to be subjected to a rogue artificial intelligence system. Artificial intelligence can be a useful tool but I strongly caution against pushing the boundary of possibility any further.

His Imperial Majesty's Government in Hwaryeo is in wholehearted agreement with this decision and we put forward the motion to enact sweeping bans across all of Ganban.
Nice that we are all on the same page on this issue. The Bureau of State Security will conduct a nationwide audit like what the Fire Nation is doing. The building of data centers in Imperial Akatsuki is here forth banned. Effective immediately.
