From the Republic of the United States of Scotland, representing the nations of the Grand Duchy of Durness, the Grand Duchy of Helmont and the Kingdom of Orival, we request to the founding nation of the Astian Union, the Federation of the United States of Wales, the constitution of a regional parliament with the power to elect the members of the regional government.
It would be ideal that each member of this new parliament was elected through direct and universal suffrage, with each of the constituents states having a specific number of deputies to be elected, proportionally to his population.
We await an answer.
