Hello, I put up all tags so I could find literally anyone to at least check out this region. I have no use for it.

This region is for "sale" for anyone. However, because I'd at least want some relation to it, it's actually just for rent at the cost of $0. I will stay governor and give the WA delegate full executive authority. I will barely interfere. I just want to give it away for free.

If anyone wants the region, they must telegram the founder. The delegate has zero permissions to make sure no one can walk in and change things without me leasing it over. My inbox of telegrams is only checked in the morning and occasionally sometime in the afternoon.
