Universal Studios plans a third Harry Potter-themed land as part of its Epic Universe park which opens at Universal Studios Florida in 2025. Before that new land opens, the company is bringing more Harry Potter to its existing "Wizarding World" lands.
The expansion will be built around Butterbeer, the famed drink from the Harry Potter books and films that can only be found at Universal Studios theme parks.
"For the first time ever, Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood will celebrate Butterbeer Season, offering fans and guests a chance to enjoy Butterbeer in all-new ways within 'The Wizarding World of Harry Potter,' open now and running through April 30, 2024," the company shared in a press release.
Before the expansion, Butterbeer was sold in carts and at stands inside the "Wizarding World," in hot, cold, and frozen versions.
Butterbeer Season will also feature new treats including "an ice lolly which features the rich palate pleasing Butterbeer flavor in popsicle form, as well as new Butterbeer caramels that will only be available at Universal Orlando Resort.

The fastest ocean liner to ever cross the Atlantic — in both directions — has been languishing at a pier in south Philadelphia for more than twenty-five years. However, the days of the rusting SS United States calling at Pier 82 in the City of Brotherly Love are likely numbered. The 990 ft. ship that's bigger than the Titanic is facing eviction.
The latest threat, and potentially most dire, is a lawsuit from Pier 82's landlord.
"The lawsuit was brought by Penn Warehousing to evict the ship and to collect some $700,000 — $800,000 worth of what they allege was back rent," says Warren Jones. "The rental agreement that they wrote and presented to us had no provision in it for escalating the rent and it even had no time limit on the lease as well."
"The ship needs a new home," says Susan Gibbs, the head of the SS United States Conservancy and the granddaughter of its designer, famed naval architect William Francis Gibbs. "She's ready to bust a move. She's been here long enough; she's ready to go to the next port of call."
New York, Florida, even staying in Philly have all been floated as possible options for where the ship may go. The conservancy said it would be open to the prospect of the West Coast if a space that could accommodate the liner could be found.

"The Republic's 1st and 2nd Mechanised Rifle Brigade, and their associated support units, as well as the 1st and 2nd Air Defence Guard (Battalions), and 1st and 2nd Artillery Battalion have completed their mobilisation in Napata State and Halayeb State. With the 1st Mechanised Rifle Brigade in Napata, and the 2nd Mechanised Rifle Brigade in Bi'r al Hasa. Current air defence capabilities extend far beyond the Republic's territory. The stationed forces will respond to external incursions by 
The Cobra Sahara Liberation Rebel Forces within a 20km radius beyond the Republic's territory, well within the territory of Cobra Sahara and under the insurrection's control. The current Republic air defence forces offer a wide degree of protections against artillery and ballistics threats to both Halayeb and Napata State, as well as weapons finding radar with attached artillery capabilities to respond should a threat be detected. The Joint Forces Command will also be reassigning part of the Republic's Navy to the countries territorial waters, the LNS Ben Amer, LNS Omar, and LNS Allaqi have already been recalled from anti-piracy operations in the Gulf of Aden to the Port of Halayeb to join new coastal operations.
The Republic will also recall the 1st Mechanised Rifle Company from 
The Co-Economic Defense Organization (CEDO) training operation in the United Socialist States of 
Transvaall upon its completion on the 19th March.

For a state to be modified, the state legislation has to give its approval to the President who in return brings the bill to the Parliament for voting.
While some state legislations agreed, some had to be negotiated with or even threatened with Article 356 (Dissolving State Government and imposing President's rule). Even the president have shown opposition to the reorganization but till now have listened. Bill will be sent to parliament for voting soon.

The missile and its guidance system offer three different operating modes:
• Fire-and-Forget
• Man In The Loop with optical fiber data-link
• Lock-on after launch (LOAL) for non-line-of-sight (NLOS) and using third party target designation such as the Aanvallende Verdediging soft kill system.
Despite these new features, it still is effective against modern AFV and MBT armour. A tri-tandem warhead is used that deploys APS decoys, making it effective against conventional, composite, reactive and active armour. Upon detonation, the warhead also sprays 3,000 tungsten splinters, effective against personnel out to 100 metres (360 ft).
This missile is 5-6th generation ATGM because of these key features
• A dual-band seeker in both IR and visible low-light video, enabling the engagement of hot and cold targets in all visibility conditions. The IR sensor is not cooled, which would restrict some performance for an anti-aircraft missile but is a major simplification for an infantry missile. In particular it avoids relying on a pressurized gas supply which would need to be replenished at depot level. Unlike some missiles, such as Stinger, with gas-cooled IR sensors or one-shot thermal batteries, MMP may be locked-on to potential targets repeatedly without consuming resources. These two sensors are mounted on a reversible axis in the dome, with the operator selecting which sensor mode to deploy before launch. In comparison with the classic side-by-side dual sensors, this arrangement provides a much wider field of view allowing the seeker to keep targets, especially fast moving ones, within the missile’s field of view thereby greatly easing after launch lock-on.
• Also dual mode, the firing post of the initial infantry version features a high resolution infrared cooled sensor and a daylight TV camera. These sensors high quality support all weather reconnaissance and threat evaluation functions. A fibre optics data link links from the missile presents the seeker images back to the firing station for Man In The Loop control. This also allows a launch to be aborted without detonation, should a collateral civilian suddenly obscure the target. For direct fires, the seeker is locked on before launch thanks to an automatic correlation with the firing post images, which secures and simplifies seeker lock on especially on targets at maximum range. This firing post also features a GPS receiver, a compass and an optional laser range finder which allows full netcentricity and exchange of target coordinates through tactical datalinks for third party target designation.
• The missile integrates an Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), which is new in this class of light missiles, developed in MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) Technology. Together with the fiber optic data link, this IMU allows in flight targeting and re-targeting for lock on after launch (LOAL) operations and also authorizes two selectable trajectory options: low altitude with direct attack or top attack for targeting main battle tanks (MBT) through their turret, which is their weakest point.
• Weighing just over two kilograms (4.4 lb), Bembas peoples arms’s new 115 mm caliber multipurpose warhead features a tri-tandem charge – a charge on the side of the rocket firsts a burst of metal faster than the rocket simulating a ATGM on Radar and IFF and visual detection systems on Various APS systems of tanks, then the next charge positioned forward of the main rocket motor, main charge positioned behind the motor – with two selectable modes, anti-armour and anti-infrastructure. In anti-armour mode it can penetrate over 2,000 millimetres (80 in) of RHA (Rolled Homogenous Armour) under ERA (Explosive Reactive Armour) and APS (Active Protection System). In anti-infrastructure mode, it's able to breach over 5 metres (16.4 ft) of armed concrete. Both modes also feature an anti-personnel capability. This warhead was designed by Bemba Peoples Arms which is producing it now.
• Lightweight, and easily man-portable. The missile measures 1,300 millimetres (51 in) in length for a 140 millimetres (5.5 in) caliber. The complete round weighs 15 kilograms (33 lb) including its tactical canister. The firing post weighs 11 kilograms (24 lb), including its tripod and battery. The first missiles supplied are man-portable, but vehicle mounts are used on Bro-99 IFV’s.
• Safe firing from confined spaces, with reduced blast both behind and forward of the launcher. The missile may be launched with infantry in close proximity ahead.
• Ability of the missile to independently if the launching area is destroyed with AI systems find a target with the support of the Bro’Kinaban BK-69 Network solider system to avoid blue on blue
• can be launched in salvos of 4 each independently finding targets and retargeting depending on where or the the main target was destroyed
• Real-time intel during the missile’s flight allows additional targeting as well as control of collateral damage.

In a big surprise for many, the President, Binod Avsav pocket vetoed the bill at the last moment. His reasoning has been that creating more states hurts unity and that some places just shouldn't be given statehood since it would make state governments weaker and possibly cause India from being a Federation to become a Unitary type nation.
All Branches of the Federal Government immediately began to start negotiating with the President to reach a compromise over the situation but the protesters are not happy that it's the President who is now opposing them.
Voice of Equality's leaders immediately go defensive and start to argue on why more states are needed for better administration and representation which would in fact make unity stronger.
Unfortunately the protesters did not receive this message well and immediately protests broke out again. One thing and another, riots began to break out in Delhi National Capital Region and other places. State Governments have immediately imposed Section 144 in affected areas and both State & UT Police Forces and CAPFs are deployed to contain the situation.

Summary
Because of the aspect of this being a surprise attack and because of IRL “freedom of movement patrols” that stop USM from using there full ship electronic suite while in open seas assets where heavily damaged in the Red Sea and American power projection within the area is degraded very slightly due to the huge amount of ships in the USN. And the two nations that attacked USM has spent there BM stockpile and most of there CM’s and also a large amount of the BM’s that were fired were destroyed by Israeli and American systems in Isreal but many of the systems have been completely expended in the defence. But as expected the USM armed forces have barely been scratched in this attack.

"The Great Arab Territories of Akzvoria, after intense negotiations at the United Arab Federation government building in Cairo, have agreed to pay the cost of damages to the Republic's infrastructure and decline in trade after their strike on 'Naval Base Cole' 3 weeks ago. The Republic, as a member of the United Arab Federation - of which Akzvoria is also, condemned the strike as an insult to Arab Unity, a violation of the Republic's sovereignty, and the treaty of unity between our two Arab peoples. The Republic's relation with the United States of Mesothallania and Naval Base Cole are for the sole protection of trade in the Red Sea - the most vital trade link for the Republic, of which the security must be absolute for the countries prosperity. Naval Base Cole has legal stipulations for its use solely for the protection of that trade, and solely for the Republic's, and thus the United Arab Federations, good. The total compensation amounts to 80 million Dinars, or $106 million, $25 million of which will be put to repairs of the Port of Halayeb infrastructure and damaged ships, as well as some as compensation for the families of the 3 Nubian civilians killed in the strike. The remaining amount will go towards new infrastructure projects in Port of Halayeb and compensation for loss of trade while the Port is repaired.
We trust that the Great Arab Territories of Akzvoria will not violate the Republic's territory again; through any attack on any ships, personnel, or assets - friend or foe of Akzvoria that we ourselves have not declared an enemy within our territory or Exclusive Economic Zone, otherwise greater responses and demands will be given to Akzvoria from Cairo.
The Republic will be revaluating its relation with the United States of Mesothallania in response to the attack, including requesting additional support for the Republic's air defense systems. Battle Of Pretoria
After the Radical African National Fronts (RANF) plans was uncovered and a attack was set on Pretoria, an immediate mobilization of the area began with the area being slowly evacuated in an orderly fashion with the military being deployed into the area to entrench for the incoming attack. but the RANF, knowing their plans were discovered had began their attack earlier than previously known and they caught the evacuation off guard with armed fire ringing out in the city and explosives being detonated, Transvaalli soldiers rapidly advanced into the areas where the attacks were being carried out to confront the offensive, whilst on their way a convoy of Casspirs driving through the chaos was on high alert but suddenly due to a RANF soldier being in civilian clothing was able to get a shot onto the first casspir that was leading the convoy. A blast ringed out and a RPG-7 shell rushed toward the Casspir hitting the engine compartment and causing a loud explosion killing all within the blast radius, RANF forces pushed in after the explosion since now chaos and disorganization had begun which gave a ripe opening for attack and deadly firefights began with Transvaalli forces being under heavy fire and needing reinforcement, 6 Technicals (A truck with a machinegun strapped to the back) also began firing onto Transvaalli positions but 2 Rooikat IFV's loading HE (High Explosive) was able to destroy all 6 of them as well as 12 RANF soldiers even under heavy fire but a poorly aimed RPG-7 shell was able to disable but not destroy one of the Rooikats, after 12 hours of fighting going all the way into the night reinforcements from Transvaall was able to use superior mobility with the Rooikats and Boxer APC's to encircle and defeat enemy combatants. when the main RANF force was attacked it was defeated after heavy fighting and the leader of the attack, Azibo Biko, almost being captured but he ate a cyanide pill before being captured and died soon after. but when searching his body it was found that the attacks still set for Lower Nubia and 
Zamorika have been bolstered in strength due to government inactivity in stopping them and the numbers have been found to be roughly 230 soldiers and 25 technicals all armed with RPG-7's and explosives.
After the battle the casualties were tallied:

Although the battle was won by Transvaall the RANF has still not been fully defeated, experts say their might be one more attack and the RANF party has been put into heavy investigation with it being shut down and all members that police could find were arrested although many were able to escape including the leader, Dikembe Nkrumah Abara, who hasnt been seen since the attack. Transvaall has also officially declared the RANF a dangerous terrorist organization and warn other countries to take action for those who have seen activity.

In light of the threat posed by the Cobra Saharan rebel forces, the government is appealing to civilians to leave areas that have become dangerous due to the activities of these forces. We are deeply concerned about the potential impact of the conflict on civilians, which is why we are offering advice and evacuation assistance to those at risk.
In addition to this, we are sending humanitarian assistance to these regions to provide necessary resources and support to those affected. Our goal is to reduce the suffering of the population and promote the restoration of normal life.
We call on all parties to the conflict to maintain peace and deter attacks against civilians. Only through dialogue and conflict resolution will we be able to achieve the long-awaited peace and stability in the region.

With severe escalation of tensions in West Asia and North Africa between Mesothallania, Akzvoria and Cobra Sahara after missile strikes on USM's military bases and territory, New Delhi has seen it as a sign of threat to the life and well-being of citizens who reside in the region.
Ministry of External Affairs have told all Indian Citizens in Akzvoria, Cobra Sahara, Lower Nubia and USM's territory in West Asia and North Africa to leave immediately. People of Indian origin (who are also automatic holders of Overseas Citizens of India) are also adviced to leave the mentioned nations for some time, fearing that the region is on a verge of full blown conflict.
Indian Ambassadors in the mentioned nations have approached the National Governments of these nations to seek support to make sure that the process is as smooth as possible and people can leave safely and return when the situation is peaceful again. A special helpline is also made for the affected Indian Citizens and people of Indian origin.
A delegation is send to the Cobra Sahara rebels to negotiate the safe passage of Indian citizens and people of Indian origin to Cobra Sahara Government controlled territory.
Ministry of External Affairs have also assured that it will do everything it can to make sure that the Citizens of India and people of Indian origin are safe at all cost.
Ministry of External Affairs have noted that Lower Nubia has 3,092 persons, USM has 120,637 persons, CS has 9,370 persons who are Indian Citizens or of Indian origin. Numbers for Akzvoria is not confirmed but its in millions which will be the hardest to coordinate and hopes that Government of Akzvoria will help and cooperate.

Launch Pads, Spaceports, and Space Stations
1. Spacecraft launch pads, interchanged with the term spaceports, will be divided into three tiers: Tier III (3), Tier II (2), and Tier I (1). A launch pad cannot be upgraded nor downgraded into a different tier; a launchpad is able to conduct operations suited for its tier and lower ones, but cannot conduct operations of a higher tier, without exception. The locations of spaceports, once built, cannot be relocated, transferred, etc..
1A. Tier III launch pads are only capable of sending satellites whose overall technological capabilities does not exceed what was possible starting the twenty-first century [the tech is pre-Y2K]. These do not exist as starting possibilities, so all T3 pads will be irp-created. A maximum of ten irp-created T3 spaceports can exist at a time. A nation can only build a T3 spacecraft launch pad if they do not have access to any launch pads. T3 pads take fifteen [irl] weeks (or 105 days) to construct.
1B. Tier II launch pads are only capable of sending satellites whose overall technological capabilities does not exceed what was possible by the [irl] year 2020. A maximum of five irp-created T2 spaceports can exist at a time; no nation will be denied construction of a T2 unless they already have access to a T2 or T1. Additionally, a T2 launch pad can be constructed in/near the following irl areas: Manitoba (Canada) [completed], Christmas Island (Australia), Darwin (Australia), Cape York (Australia), and Biak (Indonesia); these pads do not contribute to the T2 irp-created cap of five, but once constructed, their establishments will be added to the permanent list of T2 spaceports. T2 pads take thirty [irl] weeks (or 210 days) to construct.
1C. Tier I launch pads rules are in progress.
2. Space Station rules are in progress; tied with T1 rules.
3. Each launch pad can only send one spacecraft at a time once every [irl] week (though seven days are not required in between each launch, a minimum of three days must pass since the last launch on the pad in question).
4. All irp spacecraft launches must go through a member of the rp mod team to calculate the success rate and see whether the launch was successful or not.
Other Rules
5. You may start out with the satellites you would potentially own [given irl stats], and your starting space program may follows a similar ruling [but you will not have the progress made via irl international projects, etc.], but you may also choose to start your venture into outer space from scratch. Nations that would/do not have a national space program irl must start from scratch, but that does not mean they do not have satellites. Please check with Africa moderator to verify what your satellite capacity/count is; it is very possible that some areas will not start out with satellites, so those countries are highly recommended to either build a launch pad of their own or confer with other nations that have a pad to temporarily use it.
6. Colonization of the Moon and other celestial bodies (asteroids, planets, etc.) will not be allowed. There will be no manned missions that go beyond the Earth and Moon's orbits.
7. All space ventures going outside of Earth’s orbit must be approved by the mod team first.
8. There will be no outer space tourism ventures.
9. All outer space rp and tech development, projects, etc. must be vetted by the rp mod team - before posting any space RP in the RMB, send it to Lower Nubia and Mesothallania to be checked. This can be done through telegrams, or Discord.
10. Pluto is a planet*.
