Ministry of Defense (MoD) have allocated an fund of ₹165,778,233,483 ($2,000,000,000) each to fast track the development of MWF and AMCA as Medium Multi-Role Combat Aircraft competition have failed to bring new aircrafts which have left the Indian Air Force under strength from its sanctioned strength. MoD have demanded that MWF be completed as quickly as possible as its prototype building stage is nearly completed and most avionics for it are already developed.
For AMCA, MoD have decided to compromise and have allowed AMCA to carry avionics from MWF as a temporary stop gap measure and then later on upgrade the aircraft with the new avionics it needs.
MoD have also decided to cut down on red tape to allow for a more efficient timeline and HAL, DRDO and ADA have increased work hours and higher pay for personnels working on these projects. These two projects are to run everyday except on Federal Holidays and non-essential personnels been granted leaves on Sundays.

In the international scene, nothing much has happened in the way of conflict or international incidents.
Domestic affairs however, are ever changing in ways that is unexpected to the state. The local president and vice president of the Malico province have been killed by armed suspects and have reportedly also killed 8 others in the immediate moments afterwards. The military police would be called in as the suspects seem to have military training along with some tactics used by the CSF, the special forces branch of the Croydonian military. This would weaken the support for the Federal Technocrats in the region in the upcoming elections and would also see the rise of the Federalists in the province, which has shot up overnight almost. Meanwhile, the Conservative Party of CFT would see a increase in support in the south western provinces as unfair tax laws are hurting the local economy of the region.
Economically, the state would start to introduce a new law on working conditions in some of the companies who've been investigated and would be found to violating several laws regarding working standards and underpayment of foreign employees. This new law would gice them a sort of warning. With the South Asian Monsoon Season approaching, people of East Bengal again get ready for floods which will sweep away their homes and fields as most of the state is in flood plains.
Fortunately the Government of East Bengal wants to avoid such from happening since it has become apparent that floodings are only going to become worse as climate change takes its toll. Hence with the aid from the Federal Government, plans have been drawn up to conduct large scale building of Floodways, planting of vegetation to retain extra water, converting hill farms into terracing farms and tell farmers to switch to water intensive crops to use up more ground water to prevent floods as ground is able to take in more water.
The Government of East Bengal has also changed the building codes, now requiring every building to have a Rainwater Harvesting System in place.
Total cost for this endeavor is ₹6,631,132,000,000 ($80,000,000,000) of which 50% would be paid by the Federal Government. To quickly build the Floodways, Communities have been asked to volunteer to help the Government build the floodways in exchange for wages and also to save their homes and fields from the floods. Contractors have been hired to help and Indian Army's Corps of Engineers have also been deployed by the Federal Government to assist.

14 IL-76MDs will be operating out of Mumbai which will be heading to Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv-Yafo with a stop over at Djibouti-Ambouli International Airport for refueling. Indian Air Force plans two sorties from each aircraft everyday, bringing 1,456 tons of aid.
Indian Merchant Navy ships hired (2 Ships with 50,000 ton capacity) tons of aid are expected to also operate out of Mumbai to Eilat and deliver aid there. It is expected that 100,000 tons of aid will be delivered every 4 days [irp].

Indian Air Force have again reissued the Muti-Role Fighter Aircraft tender (MRFA) to procure 200 Combat Aircrafts. The IAF have decided to now instead buy 36 Aircrafts directly from the vendor and rest are to be made in India.
Specifications are less tightened, aircraft must be 4.5 Generation and above, must be able to integrate Indian Avionics and Armaments and must have a reasonable price. Vendor must also give the ability to establish the entire aircraft supply chain in India.
Nations interested in participating can reapond to this messages (This is a public tender and hence all competitors will be known publicly but specifications of the aircraft will be classified.)

Singapore is a Union Territory of India which is located in the Malacca Strait. Despite housing 6 Million and a respectably large economy, it too, like Delhi, lacks statehood and has to deal with the Federal Government directly.
While it does have a Legislative Assembly like Delhi, Jammu & Kashmir, Puducherry and Bhutan, they can be overruled by the Federal Government. The Chief Ministers of these UTs don't have access to their Police Forces and Federal Ordinance can overrule existing laws.
It's not only the UTs who have been having problems, in States too, certain regions dominate the entire state, both politically and economically, leaving many regions and Millions of people behind while also using their tax money to develop the “richer regions”.
It's the CM of Singapore, Mon Ba Woenk of the People's Action Party who has decided that things need to change and hence called in a meeting with various political figures and activities in Singapore. These groups include small but known Frontier Nagaland advocates to the Chief Minister of Delhi.
The meeting goes on for 8 hours without any breaks or stoppages and various figures describe their situation and struggles. After the debate is over, a consensus is reached that all those called for the meeting will lay down demands before the Federal Government to:
1. Grant Statehood or Union Territory Status to various groups.
2. Bring in economic development to backwards regions so these new states can stand on their two own feet.
3. Simplify Government processes for efficiency.
Help combat security issues of some of these regions.
4. Grant some more decentralized powers to States and Districts.
5. Equal Representation in the Legislation.
6. Charge Political figures for misuse of taxpayer money for development only specific areas and using excessive force to suppress state movements.
It is planned that to make the Federal Government fulfill all the demands, a large march to New Delhi will be conducted. This coalition will be called ‘Voice of Equality’.

KHOIKHOIS MILITARY PERFORMS TRAINING EXERCISE IN PUBLIC EVENT
Yesterday (16), in a widely-televised public event attended by the President, Cristoph Martins, and the Minister of Defence, Juliana Herston, 200 soldiers of the Khoikhois Army performed a mock military exercise intended to simulate a battle in desert conditions. This resulted in the capture of the 200 mock enemy soldiers by the participating soldiers within eighty-seven minutes. This was done to show a commitment to preparing the Khoikhois Armed Forces's (KAF) land and largest branch for any future conflict in such conditions.
After the exercise, the President and Minister of Defence met with the participating soldiers, and the military commanders also in attendance, before giving speeches on the matter, in which they clarified this was a precautionary measure, support for strategic neutrality intended to prepare the Army for any future occurrence, as well as delivering praise for the Army, and putting forward the government's intention of growing the Army by 2,500 personnel by 2030.
It was previously explained by General Raymond "Ray" Hawkins, Commanding General of the Khoikhois Army, that it was not the Army's intention to make this an isolated event, but rather that the Army had been instructed to participate in such events for the foreseeable future. It is thought that the reasoning for this is an increasingly conflict-ridden global situation, and the Army's commitment to prevent a war from taking them on unexpectedly.
This had raised worry in the nation that the government was intending to send troops from Khoikhoia into other nations, which historically has been, and is, deeply unpopular and controversial, though both the President and Minister of Defence reassured the population that they did not think the government intended to do this in the speech he delivered after the exercise. This has, however, been accepted by most in the country, and the exercise has been considered to be a public success.

HUMINT sources have reported that the Voice of Equality have gathered a base of 150,000 to 200,000 protesters in the Delhi National Capital Region. Intelligence Analysts estimate 8,000,000 to 12,000,000 protesters present in the Union of India, of which 600,000+ are in the Union Territory of Singapore and 100,000+ in the Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Protesters are peaceful with no reports of violence reported and State Police Forces report the on ground situation to be ‘slightly tense’ with business as usual for normal civilians.
