Topic: Polling Starts!
Concerned Authorities: Government of India, Election Commission of India, Political Parties of India, India
Date: 20 April 2024 (was suppose to start at 20 April)

The pollings finally have kicked off as the first of the five phases begin. ECI reports that 1,256,000,000 people are eligible to vote, highest ever recorded.

Due to some administrative issues, 2 extra seats will be added to the Lok Sabha, bringing the total to 699 seats. Due to a lack of strenght in both the Lok and Rajya Sabha, a special plea was made to the Supreme Court to allow the change which it did but informed that the Constitution should be ammended within 10 days of a Government been formed to address the change.

To prevent booth captures and maintain security, over 6 Million Police Personnels and Central Armed Polices Forces are deployed across India. In remote places like in Ladakh and Arunachal Pradesh, the Army has deployed columns to provide security to polling booths and ECI Officials.

HRF have managed to secure a majority in the parliament, defeating both NDC and UDA. It is the first time that a Non Congress or Non-BJP or affiliated party has come to power since Independence.

The Election Commission of India reported a turnout of 86% or 1,080,160,000+ eligible people turned up to vote, making this the highest turnout ever reported in India and the largest democratic election in human history.

Political Analysts say that it was due to the current political crisis that more people turned up to vote, feeling that it would help bring stability in politics back. HRF's victory is mainly attributed to its diverse proposed cabinet which include almost all communities of India, its overall new policies which focus on nation building, its much younger candidates and overall desire for change in politics after the Election Bond scandals.

Zahir Haider Khan has become the 15th Prime Minister of India,l. He took the oath of allegiance in presence of the President and the public at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. He is the first Prime Minister of Kashmiri origin and the first Muslim to become the Prime Minister.

Z.H Khan shortly addressed the crowd at the stadium and also the nation as a whole.

“Today the people of India have shown their responsibility by participating in the election in record numbers, today is not only a win for me but for all of India. This morning will mark the start of a fresh chapter in our history. We all will walk together to the future and endure the same challenges and overcome them as one nation. I will admit, I am becoming the Prime Minister when tensions have deteriorated community relations, we are at the most divided times since independence, but this will not scare us, we the people of India are brave and will face off the challenges head on with honesty and courage. I hope this message reaches every soul in this country and decides to turn a new leaf of a prosperous, happy and honest life.”

Report from Gedoopstad Times reporter in Tete City
A camera zooms into the sky, showing the night-time sky lighting up in the direction of the north east, with the sound of drumfire and aircraft flybys. “Right now as we stand in Tete, an ongoing barrage of the BKAF, BKA and the BKSF is ongoing, due to what seems to be an ongoing barrage operation. Only until now, they avoided bombing Furancungo, while bombing everywhere in the province, even in the rural areas, almost bombing anything that moves. A warning was given out 6 hours before the operation in Tete about the operation, but oddly enough the attack on Furancungo seems to be, as quoted from a local BKA officer, a “Vietnam era Rolling Horseshoe” to “smash them against our 155 mm shells” which from what our military correspondent thinks it implies, "they are indeed trying to group up RANF forces in local areas to make them susceptible to suppression attacks.” *H-6’s are distantly heard.* Well this is the special report from Tete *soldier’s heavily laden with there BK-99 Light armour are seen in HMMWV‘s passing by.* signing out.

According to a statement released by the Ministry of Culture and Information, the artist was taken into custody following an investigation into actions deemed offensive and disrespectful to cultural and social norms (especially insulting a user from Bro Kinaba). "We wish to reassure the global community that these actions do not reflect the values or beliefs of the people of Cobra Sahara. We apologize for any distress or offense caused and pledge to take appropriate measures to prevent such incidents in the future."

The arrest of the artist underscores the Cobra Sahara government's commitment to protecting the cultural integrity and reputation of the nation. Authorities are working to ensure that the artist faces appropriate consequences for their actions in accordance with national laws and regulations.

The government has taken steps to address the situation, including cooperating with international organizations and providing assurances to concerned parties that similar incidents will be prevented in the future. Economy Information Delay to the 7th May

The African Statistics Bureau provides monthly economic information for many nations across Africa. However, due to the 10 day outage the Bureau was unable to observe the grossest domestically produced products of the world's nations and so we will be delaying the publishing of our economic forecast to the 7th May, from the expected 1st May. The Bureau will return to the standard schedule of publishing economic growth on the 1st June.

We trust the nations of the world will use this delay to their advantage to improve their nation before the 7th May.

Whilst new to the region, the U.S.S.S. nonetheless possesses the fourth largest defence force in Africa. As a new player on the scene, it does not wish to tilt headlong into a conflict with which it does not understand. However, she also expresses an interest in keeping the peace and uniting the workers of the world through that peace. Escalation of violence and increased investment in the testing and increase in inventory of weapons among other nations in the region is a cause for some concern. The People's Liberation Army is well equipped to deal with any aggression directed at it, yet sincerely hopes that will not be necessary, nor will any intervention or policing actions in other nations.

I might also add that my nation is grateful to the region for its efforts many years ago to liberate her original homeland, North Africa, and is saddened at the sorry state that region finds itself in. The U.S.S.S stood proud as the Defence Minister for several years following Operation Northern Light, and these efforts will be not be forgotten by her people easily
