Nova Candia, Erimos
As the three sipped their wine and heard the proposal of the Cymiopolitans, they were enticed but skeptical. While it is true that they also wanted to see the past behind them and to strive towards the future together, they were also concerned about two things. Firstly being the sale of Ambrosia. Even if the effects of the withdrawal symptom could be mitigated, or even negated, it was a dangerous step. In the past, the last Dynasty fell due to opioids by the West. While opioids and ambrosia were not the same, it was a drug nonetheless. And non-medical drugs were banned within the Empire, even though instances of Ambrosia consumption had already been detected. The second thing that they were skeptical about was why this came out of the blue. While quite a few were aware that the Empire seeked revenge against the Ventusians, no request for aid was sent to the Cymiopolitans.
The three had already made up their minds for the night. They thanked the Cymiopolitans for their offer but asked for a day to think on it. Blaming the war and travel had drained them. They did not seek housing for the day/night, but if none would be provided they would retire back to the ship for the night.

"That would be nice, yeah. Gotta get the basics down first."
Gideon watched the brave sacrifice from his fellow Imperials from the viewing section of the Command Bridge. He saluted in Imperial Order fashion, igniting the rest on deck to do the same. “Now let’s honor their sacrifice...Begin attack.” Gideon ordered.
The Fleet Admiral aboard the Kriegsstern Deployment Station began directing the attack. “First Skirmish Line, your clear to engage.” The Skirmish Line consisting of X5 Crusader-class Corvettes, X8 Deimos-class Gunships, X200 TIE Adlertags, and X2,000 TIE Crusaders all charged the disabled Alliance Ships. The mass amounts of Starships streaming across space was quite a sight. The Gunships would begin launching Missiles at the Silver Rose, targeting the Engines. Corvettes and mass amounts of Starfighters escorted the Gunships, making the attack run a sure thing.
“Heavy Attack Line, begin your attack.” The Fleet Admiral ordered. The Heavy Attack Line, made up of X5 Imperial V-class Destroyers, X8 Tyrant-class Missile Cruisers, X2 Strike-class Cruisers, X3 Crusader-class Corvettes, and X4 Deimos-class Gunships all moved into range. The five Imperial V-class Destroyers would begin using their mass amounts of anti-capital ship weaponry on any Alliance ship. The eight Tyrant-class Missile Cruisers would start launching their payloads of 360 modular missiles. Mostly using proton torpedoes except for one Cruiser, which used a combination of Proton Torpedos and High Yield Shells on the Silver Rose. The rest in the Line would assist by also opening fire, though staying close to their Destroyers and Missile Cruiser to make sure they stayed mostly safe from enemy attacks.
“Attack Line, begin assisting.” The Admiral Ordered. The Attack Line, consisting of one Impellor-class Fleet Carrier, X3 Imperial V-class Destroyers, X4 Tyrant-class Missile Cruisers, X2 Strike-class Cruisers, and X8 Kreig-class Frigates all moved just close enough to begin pelting the enemy from a far with their weapon systems. The Impellor using its Quad Proton Beam Cannon to inflict massive damage.

Hiei cocked her head in curiousity at Raphtalia. Momo, Maho, and Erwin brought in 4 dishes each with a freshly cooked declawed and de-shelled lobster with legs and knuckles. All of this was boiled and cooked, as well as de-shelled, by Maho herself.
The table was set with various butter and sauces, salt and pepper, as well as water, cider, and other various drinks. "Do join them Lady Iwatani. Maho's family is well known for two things: The Nishizumi Stlye, and Nishizumi Maho's Kumamoto Lobster." Hiei said gesturing for her to take a seat.
Penny pressed some buttons and the targets were now stationary. “I believe this should help you now.”
All systems were down on the Silver Rose, save for emergency power that would seal any ruptures in the hull. “How long will it take to get systems back online?” Winter asked. The ship was already in bad shape and probably wouldn’t be able to survive another barrage.
“Probably at least ten minutes,” the Captain said.
“We don’t have ten minutes,” Winter said tersely. If what the Admiral said was true then...oh no... “Captain, as soon as power comes back on, we need to go to Vitr.”
The Captain was silent for a moment. “I don’t think we’ll have time, ma’am,” he finally said. “Your only chance is to get out while you still can. Your Star Wing might still work.”
Winter wanted to argue, saying that wasn’t an option...but that was the soldier in her. Right now, her priority was survival, for the Alliance’s sake. “I understand...thank you, all of you, for your service...I won’t forget it. Misha, Sasha, let’s go.”
The three of them made their way towards the hangar. Hopefully the Captain was right and the ship was still operational.
The situation for the Alliance was dire, as they couldn’t even launch fighters and the ships themselves, while, could only handle a barrage for so long. Fortunately, not all Hope was yet lost.
Another fleet jumped out of hyperspace behind them, the Sixth Fleet to be exact. “Admiral Zsinj, we’re not receiving anything from the two fleets,”
Commodore Perrera said.
Zsinj stroked his mustache gently. “Must’ve been an EMP attack. I want all fighters to be launched and all ships provide cover for the rest of the fleet. If we’re lucky, we should buy them enough time for power to come back on.”
“Ah yes, thank you,” Raphtalia said, taking a seat. “And thank you all for allowing me to eat with you. I’ll have to respond with the same kind of generosity whenever you visit New Szel.”
"This definitely looks easier, I'll give it a shot."
Heidrun began firing again, and sure enough, she was hitting more accurately than before. A big part of that was not firing on a moving target, but still, some genuine improvement.
Raph sat next to Maho. Erwin and Momo sat on the opposite end of the table eating as well. Momo finished a bite and spoke. "Lady Iwatani it is such a refreshing pleasure to see you again. I feel that we never get the opportunity to spend time together. One of these day we should take a vacation and have a lovely little weekend together" Momo said speaking
Hiei who did not require food to eat, simply sat down
“There you go Heidi! Hmm...I’m kind of tempted to practice myself...”
“I’d be honored to join you, assuming my schedule isn’t too busy. To be honest, I’ve never truly explored Japan and all it’s wonders...”
"Go ahead, I don't mind. I'll learn from watching you, anyway."
"Name a date or even a period of time and I will be happy to bring you around Japan. We could have ourselves an absolutely wonderful vacation together. You can even stay at the Palace with us. Meet some of the Royal family Like my precious Maho here." Momo said. Maho bowed her head to hide her blush. Only Momo could make her emotional.
"Maho is the inheritor of the renowned Nishizumi style of Sensha-do, a tank art that is popular in Japan that allows girls to learn discipline, comradeship, as well as learn to become a more elegant lady and a good wife. I participated in the same program when I was in School. The Nishizumi School is legendary and is rivaled only by the Shimada style. Maho's mother, Nishizumi Shiho, is renowned all over Japan, and Maho is the heir apparent to the school and its style. Her sister, Nishizumi Miho, is the current Commander of the Army." Momo said.
Hiei quietly cut in. "Mother, youre embarrassing sister." She whispered. Momo gasped, "My apologies, i seem to be rambling again."
Hiei 'held her breath' as seconds turned into minutes. Xelha comforted her mother by rubbing Hiei's hand. It seemed like years since she made the miscalculation. "All battle stations, standby for defense of the Holy City. Do not fire without my permission, anybody who disobeys this order will see a court martial which i promise will be short." She said over the broadcast.
To Hiei's surprise the interface began to gently flash a purple light. "Theyre....hailing us? I dont understand. "She said. "Mother, have you ever considered the potential you have here? This is a large military Galactic Power who's largest ship available to public knowledge looks tiny next to High Charity. Perhaps they may just be a bit startled by our presence. Japan is on neutral terms with the Galactic Power, perhaps this is your opportunity to make a deal, or at least talk to them. You have the blessing of your mother to conduct business on behalf of the Japanese Empire. Use that authority mother." Xelha said.
Hiei pushed her glasses into the best place possible, straightened her uniform, lossened the straps on her strappy heels, took a breath and pushed the interface button, the NGE's hailers were now on screen, as was Hiei to them?
"Greetings, I am Hiei Kawamura, Gensui Kaigun Taishō (Marshal Admiral) of the Imperial Japanese Navy, Head Councilwoman in the High Council, and Commander of High Charity."
K2-155d | Dornish Extraterrestrial Colony | United Antillean Kingdom
As Aarav asked the unknown visitors for their identification, a group of armed soldiers and what appeared to be their superior stepped out of the spacecraft. Upon seeing the rifles of the Aquila II guards, they raised their weapons as well and both sides prepared for the worst. The group seemed to not be able to understand Neo Latin, so they had to run Aarav's inquiry through a translating device first before being able to respond. One of them pointed to a red patch sewed onto their uniform. It showed a white Chinese character that seemed oddly familiar to both Aarav and Officer Núñez. 'They must be from the Sun Wu Dynasty', Aarav thought. 'How did they get here? Did they follow our spaceship?'
Their superior spoke something into the translating device. The language that seemed to be some Chinese dialect, probably Mandarin, was translated into perfect Neo Latin immediately: "I am Captain Yuan, and we are from the Sun Wu Dynasty. We are apart of a military instillation on the moon that tracks incoming and outgoing ships from Earth, and maintains neutrality within the area around the Earth. We have no identification of you or your vessel. It is time for you to identify yourselves", the Captain had said.
Aarav and Núñez glanced at each other. Núñez nodded to signify that Aarav should introduce them to their Chinese guests. Afterwards, Núñez gestured towards the guards to lower their weapons. They obeyed, stepping back and assuming a defensive yet confident stance. Even though Aarav was proficient in Mandarin Chinese due to his strict upbringing in a Hindustani-Chinese dominated municipality in Trinidad, he responded in Neo Latin.
"I am pleased to meet you, Captain Yuan. My name is Aarav Sal Bhattacharyya, this is Officer Núñez. We are from the United Antillean Kingdom and on a mission to develop and colonize K2-155d", Aarav said confidently as the Governor-to-be he was. "Our vessel recently departed from Tobago and was meant to arrive already weeks ago." Not sure whether he had disclosed too much detail, he tried to motion to Núñez to continue, but to no avail. "How did you—"
"I think it is none of our interest how they got here, but why", Officer Núñez intervened. "You surely must have a reason why you followed us here, or what you intend to achieve by following us."
Cymiopolis and The Nippon Teikoku
- | Second Eaon = Era of Emergence = Age of Revitalization |
- | The Days past and a new month resurrected, the travelers and adventurers of Xeosa had mapped much of the ruined bastions of old, now flooding the collective with information and emerging out of the ruins with ancient and forgotten technologies, devices and trinkets of unknown, the crude fortress beyond the entrance was simple yet enough to keep out invaders from afar. |
| Yet thankfully as she approached they understood she wasn't here for intended purposes, Invited by an elder to take gaze upon their findings of old, to make use and eventually understand their functions the prior dominion has sent requests for those who cared, their request was ignored by many yet taken by great interest by her. |
| Even as she stood before the gates of wood, banners of blue flying above declaring in which such territory was theirs she waited, patently and calmly, as unlike the rest from her dominion she was more reasonable than others. |
__________________________________________________________________________________
The Beginnings of Revitalization
- | The Gates were opened slowly, upon the deforested land around them in which the shining star above them radiated it's warmth and gaze upon them below, ushered within the fortress by those once considered enemies now formed an uneasy pact and as request relinquished all items of war a disgrace and dishonor but one tolerable for now. |
| There as she stood in the gaze of the sun, holding rolled up parchment engraved with the symbol of her own dominion upon it ushered within one of many tents, within there she waited only to be greeted and spoken to as such. |
- | "I care not for Pleasantries nor Introductions, I came as requested, I signed your pact of blood now you will honor your agreement, the removal of my weapons from myself is shameful, as my Dominion are prideful unlike yours which cowers behind walls of stone and metal. " |
- | The parchment slamed forcefully upon the table standing, rolling out into full view as a gust of wind washed over the both of them, there she stood, A warrior, a Leader known by one name Cezis. |
| her form tall and demanding only interrupted by the gaze of her four, her statue Commanding as by her voice announced proud, covered only partially by cloak and robe strewn across shoulder to shoulder, armor adored her, from chest to waist protected from harm, she awaited a response just able to hold back as of yet. |
| He Sighed, and approached the table, the parchment received and looked over, confirmed to be signed by true signature and style, he bowed and motioned towards the entrance of the ruin and she followed, speaking when below the surface where the gaze of the star gave way to torch and fires |
- | " You have arrived a Requested, I have brought you entrance Empress the pact is confirmed and upheld, these ruins are great and vast, containing chambers unknown and even more within, not many of these devices work some are intact to degrees of damage and decay, one of these work, that is of our reason for request. " |
- | Beckoned to follow the two would begin their path, passing by adepts and scholars moving relics of old, studying and observing within the chambers alike, only lit by torch, distant sounds of clangs heard as doors were pried open their relics revealed to light, through the twisting turns and sickening repetitiveness of old the two arrived, a singular chamber illuminated not by torch but by light above, mechanisms dotted around them. |
| Unused for nearly an Eaon or more, many adepts filled the rooms going about discussing, investigating, even studying one of them approached and showed them the way further, there a hidden chamber and a device upon next to a wall, a scroll once remained now ruined only showing the outline of islands to large to traverse, with red dots placed upon it, perfect grids and numbers on each. |
| As he ushered her towards she spoke |
- | " And you proclaim this to be the birthplace of our union? all I see are remnants of false gods and ruined relics, this was a waste of my time to be present as I do not have times for such tricks Disciple " |
- | She turned to leave only stopped when interrupted, to her felt like a spawn's scream yet amplified by connection, felt and distressed she writhed in pain, it stopped when she turned to see him pulling back his hand, simply grinning in return |
- | " You see not the power of old, must I demonstrate once more " |
- | Once more he would reach, a singular button upon the mechanisms before him, stopped by the Empress who held out her hand in submission, to much the joy of the disciple resented from attempting once more, observing her rise, and the two began talks of discussion away from prying eyes of old |
(Consequence - This is the Interactable Portion)
Within an undisclosed location of Kasai upon the mid-point between that of central and south Africa, a radio signal would be broadcasted across any available open channel, lasting for 15 seconds before ending and restarting, now broadcasting a distress call from the location
“Alright...you might want to stand back since I’ll be setting this to level 8.” She presses the button and got into position. Instead of targets, holograms of battle droids appeared, ones involved in the war over ten years ago. At level 8, the program randomized their reactions and at that moment, time seemed to slow down for Penny. In actuality, her processor was working that fast.
She scanned the three targets, her systems informing her that the one on the left was 83.3% most likely to fire first, followed by the one on the right, and then the middle one. She then reacted accordingly, firing on both targets simultaneously before shooting the third one.
More targets appeared, this time a destroyer droid was mixed in. They all fired at once, causing Penny to dodge and roll as she fired back. She managed to destroy them but a laser managed to hit her. It didn’t do any damage but it still registered a slight shock to her system, equivalent to pain. “Hmm...even at level 8 I still have room for improvement...”
“I see.” Raphtalia then smiled at Maho. “Well, it’s a pleasure to finally meet you, Maho.”
Maho bowed her head. "Likewise Lady Iwatani. It is an honour to meet you for the first time. You are just a pretty and graceful and as capable as Admiral Hikaru Sakura told me" Maho said
She then blushed. “Oh...thank you...” She then decided to dig in. “Wah...did you prepare this yourself?” She couldn’t believe how good it tasted and she didn’t normally eat lobster.
"Yes, i did. I unshelled each one and make sure the meat was perfect on each lobster. Its a food that my mother taught us. Its one of our best dishes" Maho said
“It’s very good, and I’m not usually a fan of lobster.” She keeps eating, probably a bit more enthusiastically than usual.
Heidrun was awestruck.
"I-I'm glad I stood back, what even was that?! How long have you been training for?"
