The day had finally come. The day where Cymiopolis would do it's best to rebrand itself in the eye's of the Chinese people after failing to come to their aid during the last Sino-Ventuan War. The men, Spyros, Giosefat, Antonios, Alexandros, Rafael and Timotheos were at the ready in the Erimoan Palace helipad when Crown Prince Sun Ru, along with the Minister Herald and the Grand Tutor, arrived via the helicopter waiting for them when the Chinese delegation landed at Nova Candia Spaceport. Everyone proceeded to greet each other and Governor Giosefat Barbora led everyone to the Grand Conference Room overlooking the city below the Fortified Plateau. After everyone was poured a glass of Mavrodaphe wine, Spyros stood up and began:

"Your Imperial Highness, we hope that our following proposals shall help change our reputation amongst your people. While I can speak for my predecessor who decided to aide you during the First Sino-Ventuan War, I do believe our plan will make up for it."

With the priority being that the Cymiopolitan efforts in war remain anonymous, Cymiopolis proposes the following measures in aiding the Sun wu dynasty in it's renewed offensives against Ventus Prime:

1) Cymiopolis will provide 60 000 customized Autoktonia-class Android Troopers. The ATTs, previously fitted with Greco-Roman head models, will now be made to resemble the clay soldiers of the Terracotta Army and will be fitted in Sun Wu battle armour in lieu of the Cymiopolitan variety.

2) Cymiopolis will offer to store any Ventuan POWs on Erimoam ambrosia mines in an effort to decrease the strain on Chinese resources

3) Sun Wu will aid Cymiopolis research how to mitigate the effects of ambrosia withdrawal.

4) If successful in eliminating the fatal effect of severe withdrawal symptoms, Sun Wu will legalise the sale of Ambrosia in the Chinese market.

"With that all said and done, what do you say, partner?", said the Prime Minister.

Nova Candia, Erimos

As the three sipped their wine and heard the proposal of the Cymiopolitans, they were enticed but skeptical. While it is true that they also wanted to see the past behind them and to strive towards the future together, they were also concerned about two things. Firstly being the sale of Ambrosia. Even if the effects of the withdrawal symptom could be mitigated, or even negated, it was a dangerous step. In the past, the last Dynasty fell due to opioids by the West. While opioids and ambrosia were not the same, it was a drug nonetheless. And non-medical drugs were banned within the Empire, even though instances of Ambrosia consumption had already been detected. The second thing that they were skeptical about was why this came out of the blue. While quite a few were aware that the Empire seeked revenge against the Ventusians, no request for aid was sent to the Cymiopolitans.

The three had already made up their minds for the night. They thanked the Cymiopolitans for their offer but asked for a day to think on it. Blaming the war and travel had drained them. They did not seek housing for the day/night, but if none would be provided they would retire back to the ship for the night.

The deal will be accepted, I just didn't want to end it if you wanted to RP it further. If you do, great, if not, I'll post tomorrow saying the deal was accepted.
