The Republic of National Serba is a very large, orderly nation, remarkable for its barren, inhospitable landscape, ubiquitous missile silos, and irreverence towards religion. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical, humorless population of 230 million National Serbans are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

The medium-sized, corrupt, moralistic, well-organized government prioritizes Law & Order, although Education, Defense, and Administration are also considered important, while Spirituality is ignored. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 35.4%.

Doctors will keep brain-dead coma patients ventilated for years in order to avoid accusations of allowing people to die, public footpaths are being slowly eroded by the burgeoning number of ramblers, gun regulations are so strict even staple guns and hot glue guns are illegal, and libraries are now installed with jacuzzis and mini-bars. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a very well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. National Serba's national animal is the Gray Wolf, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation.
