Almighty and Everlasting God,
You have given the human race
Jesus Christ our Savior as a model of humility.
He fulfilled Your Will by becoming Man
And giving His life on the Cross.
Help us to bear witness to You
By following His example of suffering
And make us worthy to share in His Resurrection.
We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son.

Lord Jesus, on this Holy Thursday, we remember your Last Supper with your apostles, the night you gave us your Body and Blood. We thank you for this profound gift, the source of our spiritual nourishment and eternal life. Help us to live a life of love, humility, and service, inspired by your example of washing the feet of your disciples. May we always seek to serve others, mirroring your selfless love. Grant us the grace to be worthy recipients of your grace, and to grow in our faith and love for you.
