The Nonadian government would make it mandatory that towns with a population greater than 50,000 begin testing air raid sirens once a week at 12:00 P.M on Thursdays. A massive missile system known as the "Iron Dome" which was proposed under Queen Lovin II is now reaching its final stages and may be implemented in the following few decades, albeit very slowly due to the size of Nonadia. Temporarily, anti ship missiles are being place along the Northern coasts of Nonadia, near major cities and points of interest such as oil fields and other industrial areas.

Naval exercises would take place in international waters in the middle of the Letanrica with 5 submarines, 10 cruisers, and 5 destroyers taking part in the exercises. The Third Imperial Air Force would also conduct exercises with them, with 100 N-79 bombers doing maneuvers in the air above the ships. The Third Imperial Army would request to do a joint ground exercise with Demira, to improve relations and allow Nonadian soldiers to get used to the terrain in the nation.

It was becoming very clear to the Nonadian public, the Third Empire was preparing for war.

RP: Advancing.

The Nonadian Space Agency, reformed following the collapse of the WMP, would unveil a new project. Using the Tropical Bird rocket, they woud launch a satellite into orbit around the Moon, to survey the lands and do studies on the planet. Cartographers have been hired to map out Luna after the satellite gets images of Luna, and also after the NSA does a coloring of the map through black and white converters. The time frame for such a project is currently unknown.

The main reason for this project, as told by the Nonadian government, is just to simply learn more about our closest planetary neighbor. Talks have gone around in the NSA about launching a rover to the moon, although the NSA hasn't approved the idea just yet.

RP: Oh btw

With hearing of Nonadia's plans for Lunar Exploration, the Republic offers to help, as the nation has plenty of experience in space exploration over the past few decades. The Republic and WISP were more then happy to help out if Nonadia if so chooses.

Anti-air as well as anti-missile armaments will begin to be funneled from the Kemonomican border into the Council of Three. It is heard that more troops of around 200-300k will be prepared and transported into the Council of Three.

Amphibious assault vehicles are also being noted to be transported through the Kemonomican border and into the Council of Three.

Those perhaps within the evacuated areas of the Council of Three will have either flipped to ICE or be prepared to get occupied by the Blayredeshia forces.

Jets are also prepared to defend the airspace from other enemy jets that may try to bomb strategic areas.

RP: Making a man out of you

Kemonomica has offered to the Council of Three (Icewindia) any additional or extra equipment as well as manpower to train their soldiers for the inevitable invasion of their lands. These include making tank regiments, air wings, and infantry out of them in order to make quickly develop the Council of Three’s military in order to prepare defenses.

Any specialized military units such as Medics and Engineers will not be taught unless said individuals are doctors and engineers

First Speaker of Kemonomica calls to hold a meeting upon the ongoing conflict within Conglagateia and Icewindia and to better coordinate its troops inside Icewindia and Conglagateia.

Roughly two years following the end of the Unification War, the Commonwealth of the Atomic Schism has made progress in revitalizing the infrastructure destroyed in the fighting. With thousands of Schismians and migrants from Conglagateia displaced and homeless, the federal government has adopted the same system of residential planning as the Republic of Forty, now the State of Jupyter. Ruined neighborhoods have steadily been made into sprawling apartment bloc complexes, capable of housing hundreds of families and immigrants. Relatively inexpensive, many of the apartment blocs' expenses are directly covered by a combination of federal and state subsidies. Although the new neighborhoods have largely been successful in moving in a large number of citizens and migrants, the blocs' conditions have varied from city to city and have largely depended on the Commonwealth's struggling industrial sectors. Though many have been grateful to have a roof over their head, the subpar conditions have left much to be desired.

The "Block Party" project has only been one piece of a much larger post-war economic recovery system developed by the Commonwealth's largely progressive government. Other notable changes following the nation's unification have been the nationalization of most Schismian banks, hospitals, and arms factories. Doing so has done well to quickly reorganize the Schismian economy and further unify several institutions that, for most of the region's history, developed independently from each other. The programs have largely been successful thus far, with some exceptions. Most notably, with most of the institutions still calibrating consumer information, the amount of bureaucratic paperwork has increased tremendously, increasing wait times greatly nationwide. Government officials directly overseeing the program have assured citizens the complications are "unavoidable temporary measures" to ensure smoother cooperation on all fronts.

RP: Quasi-Tengerenian Defiance

Blayredeshia's continuous aggression and supremacist actions have not gone unnoticed by the Commonwealth. President Ejochn Śniew has once more criticized and condemned the Confederacy, labeling it as an existential threat to the Atomic Schism. Similarly, Queen Ejeśei has expressed dismay with the vast loss of life at Blayredeshian hands. With the nation's recent induction into the Ephyra Coalition, the Commonwealth's Parliament has voted to impose the complete cessation of trade between the Nationalist League. Furthermore, as conflict draws closer, the nation's military, no longer preoccupied with aiding in reconstruction, has steadily moved into offensive formations.

RP: Commonwealth News! Debate Season on a Roll! The Skull King! A Meeting of Minds!?

Following the conclusion of this year's debate season's opening debates, in which an atheist collapsed in tears after finding God, millions have turned to their televisions and phones with the 2152 season promising to be one of the most entertaining in decades. Once again hosted by the renowned public speaker Ddółei Einchei, many of the contestants this year are members of the former Community Governments, the most attention being on the former Emira-Elect of Siltland, Eańei Ńocheańedei. No longer muzzled by fears of being voted out or losing public support, the contestants have thus far proved brutal in their tactics, engaging in day-long speeches, name-calling, and in the most extreme cases, stereotyping. . .

Nino, a popular celebrity from Evve terre, and often called "the man who supports every argument" by denizens of the Atomic Schism, left behind much more than just controversy and the start of a drug trade during his visit in the Atomic Schism. Though it was originally believed the worst of the damage was left with his hidden "Book of All," it has been revealed that the comedic character also delivered documentation of a violent, ancient, Evven cult to a group of religious outcasts in the Deservt Desert. The cult in question believed the soul and knowledge of an individual remained stored in their skull after death, which could then be worn to grant the wearer the dead's skills. The implications have terrified Schismian Theologists, but before anything could be done, a woman going by the name Charlotte Magnus emerged from the desert, wearing armor made of bones and leather, proclaiming herself to be the rightful ruler of North Eastern Evve Terre. As authorities in Widmen Towny attempted to arrest her, Charlotte fled into a sandstorm, vowing they "have not seen the last of her." She, along with her warriors of "Cranium Conjouers," are believed to currently number around 10. Eyewitness claimed she was wearing a crown with 2 skulls woven into a rusted iron circlet.

Following Charollete's proclamation, Nino has been sent hundreds of thousands of letters from concerned and enraged Schismians, most being from archaeologists and theologists. However, while most of the letters threaten violence and potential lawsuits, one stands out by not condemning Nino, but praising him. Written by self-proclaimed, "conspiracy 'enthusiast'" and "amateur cemetery archeologist," Chęrddęrvt Vts'Sóle, the letter exemplifies Nino's "based-ness" and "big brain ideas" that "see through the lies of the reality the smother our eyes with the thick tar of liquid methane." Chęrddęrvt goes on to request to meet with Nino: with the intent to blow open the greatest conspiracy in the world. . .

In recent weeks, Charlotte Magnus and her Cranium Conjours of the Schismian Skull Cult have amassed a larger following of estranged teenagers to their numbers, many of which being orphaned during the Solist Civil War. Since then the cult's numbers have jumped to over a hundred and their movements have since become more noticeable where ever they are present. Due to their unique predisposition in raiding graveyards for skulls, authorities have arrested several for graverobbing, and in one case a confirmed beheading of an elderly family member. Nevertheless, it is believed that while the faith is not attractive to those it incorporates, the scars from the Solist religious conflict have pushed many to join its anti-evven cause. According to some sources, Charlotte, the self-proclaimed Bone King, stated in a gathering:

Indeed Charlotte's apparent threats of a crusade against the Evven people did not go without fulfillment. At the Jyrric Museum of History in the Western Territories of Evve terre, where the Skull of the First Chief of the Evven Head Cult was located, roughly a dozen Skull Cultists entered disguised as tourists. After locating the Chief's Skull, the Schismians revealed themselves, pulled out several wooden machetes and axes, then assaulted the museum guards. After crushing the guards' heads with sledgehammers, the Schismians, calling themselves the "Head Hunter," stole the Chief's Skull before turning on the horrified museum-goers as they escaped. In total 20 were killed during the Head Hunters' escape, with another 50 being grievously wounded. The Skull Cult members quickly vanished into the busy streets of Jyrric, ditching their bloodied clothes and wooden weapons.

The Schismian government has in response offered an apology to the families of those lost in the attack as well as to the Evven government. High President Ejochn has as a result issued a new law listing the Skull Cult as a terrorist organization, ordering a number of troops to patrol their frequented areas in the Desęrvt Desert, and has asked citizens to report any activity regarding the Cult.

RP: The Front
The Brownshirts have consolidated their position in southern Conglagateia, snaking their way up the border with Icewindia, and connecting themselves with the Blayredeshian forces currently wiping up the country. The string of fascist victories was cut short, however, as in the west, a combined force of Conglagateian Vanguard militiamen and Republican troops encircling an overextended rebel army of over 45,000 men, leading to the Battle of the Valare Pocket. Complete disaster was only avoided when the brownshirts scrambled suspicious aircraft, allegedly of Blayredeshian make, over the area and covered the retreat of the remaining 28,000 soldiers. Over 18,000 men were lost by the nationalists, with loyalist losses barely scraping 3,000 men. Eventually, Conglagateian aircraft forced the Fascists to give more ground, getting uncomfortably close to Ulvangatar. This humiliating defeat drove home the numbers disparity and relatively few aircraft the brownshirts had. Of the fleet of 5,343 aeroplanes, they had only managed to seize a little over 1,000. Not all of those were fighters, and many were outdated. The CAF had been caught off guard, but once they got reorganized, disaster was sure to strike again.
The rebels were having a considerably better time out east, where they ruthlessly carved a path north, seeking to split the loyalists in half and destroy their seat of power in Lazko. Their efforts benefited from the incompetence of General Mikel Grodniye, a skittish, indecisive man who managed to let the nationalists nearly split his army in half, and nearly got a significant force of Xin Fael, who had just arrived, killed when he had them secure a small town that held little strategic value, seemingly ignoring their potential. The Xin Fael were relieved after nearly getting encircled by the Brownshirts, and while only a few of them were killed, Mikel was firmly guided into an early retirement. He was replaced by the young up and comer by the name of Fyodor Kisel, who was able to exploit the over extension of the fascists and cripple their advance in a series of battles. While his attempt was admirable, he only managed to actually push the fascists back so far. He simply did not have the men available, even with more Athejian and Xin Fael soldiers on the way. Despite their offensive being halted, the Brownshirt army under Martyn Svoboda, the man who had overseen the brutal execution of thousands in Ulvangatar, are already gearing up for another in a few months.

RP: Press Gangs, Rebel Perspective
Greater Conglagateia was overextended. While they had the guns to win the fight, they did not have many people willing to shoot them. The solution was simple. Over 450,000 people have been ordered to report to designated enlistment centers, where they will be conscripted and sent to fight the spineless marxist puppets. These soldiers will be put through a painful, intensive 30 training (twelve hours a day, dawn till dusk), and rushed to the frontline. In order to enforce conscription orders, the supreme leader has established a group of enforcers (little more than an armed mob) to drag the less enthusiastic recruits to enlistment centers. Conveniently, very few of the privileged families within the state were targeted for these practices, and those that were simply bribed their way out or payed someone to stand in for them.
Igor Smirnov has accepted the Sola urban request for a meeting, and has suggested including the Tengerinan Emperor himself for a strategic meeting.

RP: Movements in the East, The atomic schism
Makhran was, evidently, extremely concerned. With his homeland in civil war, the ANO would have to act. Few had forgotten them back home, but the message of his movement was already starting to slip when people he thought he knew joined fascist puppets to demolish his country. While he despised the Second Republic, thinking of them as cowards who immediately threw him under the bus when they smelled a way out, leaving the Icewindians to get off scot free, they were infinitely preferable to whatever the Blayredeshians had planned.
Since Schismia had finally united, the ANO continued to gather its strength, having grown to a considerably large 50,000 men. This force consisted mostly of Conglagateian immigrants who had arrived due to economic troubles, and whose numbers were sure to quadruple when the first refugees from the new conflict arrived. Despite the tragedy playing out back home, it provided Makhran with an opportunity he never had to march back home and finally realize his dream. All they had to do was wait for the right time to strike.

The Government in Exile with Queen Wolfy as there Regent accept the help and recognition to there Glorious Ally. Rhine Liberation Front leader Catherine agrees as well as Resistance Group and Government in Exile works together. Government in Exile asks to help in Arms smuggling to supply RLF to make it harder and harder for Blayredeshia to occupy the West.

ICE Ultimatum was no bluff. However no fighting between sides are seem as Council of Three move there forces to the West to the Border Between Blayredeshia Puppets and itself. Council of Three will protect itself from Horde from the West and will accept an Unification with East. Its 800,000 Modern Infantry, 2,000 Samurai and its 500,000 Medevial Levies and lastly 60,000 Elite Mercenaries with 200 Huey's stand vigilant. However With Tenno Under TSE Direct Control. People wonder what will happen when Two Forces meet. There is massive Tension in the Air and a War Between ICE And TSE Could break out very easily if not already....
