Your life will be mostly the same and the Prussians will respect you! apparently we will even have some sort of autonomy, under a duchy assigned to our nation! Thank you for everyone listening....
And so, the president of Mecklenburg himself, announced, the annexation of his nation

Canada declares intendance from the British Commonwealth
Expulsion of British Representatives
This week the Governor General of Canada, a federal viceregal representative of the British monarch Queen Elizabeth II has been expelled back to Brittan along with the ambassadors and staff from all the British Embassies and Consulates in Canada. this decision follows the significant rise of Republicanism and Nationalism amongst the Canadian Peoples where the idea of an independent and Strong Canada has lead to the creation of the New Canadian party that in the latest election was made famous for its opposition to the crown and desire for a 'Truly Free and Strong' Canada. Now finally with New Canadian party in power, Prime Minister Tim O'Shaughnessy made good on his promise and is now enacting the first steps of his plan to create a New Canada.
New Canadian Constitution
Following the removal of the British representatives, The New Canadian Party Revealed the new Constitution of New Canada. This founding document, delineates the rights and freedoms of Canadians that the NCP believe are necessary in a free and democratic society. it also describes the national frame of government within New Canada as a Federal Republic with a Presidential System to represent the people.
Creation of the New Canadian Armed Forces
With a New Canada, the NCP decided that a new military force is needed to protect the newly formed Republic. Thus brings the dissolution of the Canadian Armed Forces and the comprising sea, land, and air elements referred to as the Royal Canadian Navy, Canadian Army, and Royal Canadian Air Force to create the New Canadian Armed Forces. The NCAF will Consist of sea, land, and air elements like the force that preceded it, but will have an altered names to reflect Canadas new non Monarchy stance. it will also be built up comprising of old CAF personnel but required to take a new Loyalty tests to ensure that all service members are the right fit to serve and protect the state and the ideals it represents. along with the new loyalty screening, the structure of the Military Force will be altered to recognize the New Canadian Head of Sate as Commander-in-chief of the New Canadian Armed Forces.
