We will accept, however there are certain conditions. 1.the ports are still controlled by the Crossian Empire 2.Anyone from your country (say a crew member from a naval vessel) who enters the port must abide by Crossian laws also and will treated the same as anyone else who breaks the law (Crossian court with a Crossian Judge)

How about a naval base instead of access to a few ports, in exchange for a certain amount of Calptionion flour and other agricultural goods every year?

That works but the naval base must be a single port and not inside an already existing city. (I’m still trying to figure out the borders of my colonies so I don’t wanna give up entire islands yet)
