The Solis ships barely scrape by, repelling the attack but sustaining damage to the hulls. President Giordano calls the action an 'Act of War' in a press conference. And says that if Imazahvatian ships fire on Solis ships again, The Solis Navy will be forced to directly target Imazahvatian ships.
The Solis
After the attacks from the battleships and missiles from the Imazavatian navy. The dive bombers which were purposely delayed by the squadron leaders appears overhead the Solis navy. The attack last 1 hour two Solis ships were sunk 5 dive bombers were lost with another 15 dive bombers damaged by flak fire.
In response, 3 hours after the attack, a Half-Kiloton missile smashes into the deck of one the aircraft carriers.
The Solis
The carrier was damaged but not fully sunk as most of it was repaired however it will be taken to a port. The Imazavatian government called this a take an “unnecessary act of aggression and a failure of Solis diplomacy” as more Imazavatian naval vessels are sent to the region and missile are being prepared on ships.
The Solis Government releases an open letter stating : "If any of our ships are attacked further during this illegal blockade, we will have no choice but to resort to response. If this shall lead to war, then our nation shall so respond in such a way. We did not ask for this, but if a pest enters our house, then we shall eradicate it, with the force becoming of such an offence against our nation, our people, and our security."

The Imperial overseer responds in a interview saying “what right do you have to call us a pest. You threaten our ships then you feel it is ok to call the protection of our shipping routes unjustified. You are nothing more than wolves that wish to claim anything and everything.”.
In a meeting with the Naval High Command, Admiral Abati is recorded as saying: "It is not us that began this feud, it is not us that began the blockade, it is not us that strayed into a military testing site. If the Imazahvatian government wants to blame us, then let them, but we will see if they have strength to even speak when their capital resembles Memphis from Exodus."

A few days after this recording went public the Imazavatian navy unleashed a barrage of shells and missiles from their boats. The barrage lasts for 6 hours hitting any Solis boats as well as striking their ports. Shortly after this the Grand director announces a state of war.

President Giordano calls together his war cabinet, and after a day of deliberating, gives a hastily prepared speech in the Champions Stadium in Stellata to around 30,000 soldiers of the ground, air, and sea forces. In which he says: "Men of The Solis! Today we have had a great injustice done unto us! War has been declared on our great nation, and by God's will shall we repel the enemy, driving them back, and plunging a spear through the heart of evil, that does so dare to attack us! We shall respond with utmost ferocity! And today I will call up our reserves from our many years of conscription! Mark my words, Stellata will not fall, and we shall not be ingulfed in flame!"
The Solis
The Imazavatian navy continues their barrage as the Air Force being deployed from costal bases joins in. As always the Imazavatian armed forces follow their doctrine of total devestation. Although the Grand Director has yet to give a speech on the matter.
The Solis Air Force rains down thirteen 3-kiloton bombs across Gem City, seemingly not caring if they land on civilian areas or not.
The Solis Ground Forces adopt the 'Total War' Model, in which anyone that can fight, will. Even old equipment from the 1980s and 90s is called up to serve as The Solis prepared for its first ground offensive.

The already deployed Imazavatian ground forces already are in the bunkers surrounding the nation move to the Solis border in a prepared defense.

The leader of Overname, Alissa Hudson agrees to go. She approaches the meeting point for 
Ammmericaaaa.
Waiting with a limo is Ammmericaaan Diplomat Andrew Bargs.
He bows,

She smiles, and enters the limo.
