Ever since fighting in Chernan and the North erupted, Xartoia has fallen into war again. Rebel groups previously considered to be eradicated like Samak-Has, the K'PK and Islamic Independence Party have risen back into infamy, declaring war against the government. Formerly dissolved gangs like infamous Kilzahi gang Lojban Larkha have also reunited, taking advantage of the governmental instability. Xartoia has officially declared a state of civil war yesterday.
