April 14, 2019 - Level 3 - Reconsider Travel - Reconsider Travel to East Sakhlin due to armed civil unrest, sovereignty disputes, and royal protesting.

Level 4 - Do Not Travel - Do Not Travel to East Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk due to armed civil unrest, petty crime, and violent outbreaks.

Citizens traveling abroad in East Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, especially foreign citizens, are targeted by petty crime, usually pickpocketing, but could turn violent if retaliation occurs, many individuals report gang members making threatening comments on popular streets throughout East Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and teaming with other gangs to jump people that are believed to be rich.

East Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk is currently suffering from armed civil unrest with The sakhalinsk empire regarding the sovereignty of independent land. Citizens traveling abroad are at risk of abduction from foreign powers arbitrarily and could be killed at the cause of war. The Royal Family of East Sakhlin has yet to issue a warning to individuals living or traveling throughout East Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and an Evacuation Notice has yet to have been filed. The Eurasian Embassy located in East Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk encourages everyone to form an immediate Emergency Contingency Plan to exit The Island of Sakhalinsk immediately, the Eurasian Embassy with East Sakhlin will be closing on Monday, April 15, 2019, until further notice.

Violent outbreaks are happening all across The Island of Sakhalinsk causing electricity outages, water shortages, and many military involvements against The sakhalinsk empire, road closings, full city lockdowns, and exit bans may be imposed on individuals traveling abroad in East Sakhlin. The Sakhalinsk Government is working with The Ministry of Justice to appeal The Sakhalinsk Empire v. Tsuchiya Fumimaro but a response has yet to have been received.

"It comes with a heavy heart that I must announce the Disappearance of the Tsar and his wife. At 6:37pm, their plane heading to the Kuril Islands for refuge from the current unrest in the nation suddenly declined altitude about 1 hour into the flight. The car that was taking Princess Natasha to a different location has suddenly disappeared and her current where-about is unknown. A recovery team was sent to the wreckage of the plane to recover the bodies but found nothing except some foot prints. Mean while a highly trained search team has been sent to find the Princess. A De Facto Leader will be regent in the Tsars absence.

A coast guard team of ours patrolling the Sea of Okhostk has found the body of Queen Maria Ivanovna - alive. She is unconscious, presumably in a coma, but for sure she is alive and is recovering in Hokkaido. The body of King Brutus I, however, is missing, as so with a few other passengers.

The Search team sent out to find the Princess has located the car but Princess Natasha was not in it. Only the bodies of the driver and her Guards. It is still unclear whether or not the Mercenaries of former MP of Gifu have done this or a Gang that has gained power due to these terrible times
