The flamboyant King Augustus VIII would agree to meet with the Appollonians. After all he had wanted to improve relations with them from the very beginning of his reign. As such he would travel to the agreed destination, with a personal guard of 160 Red Agents accompanying him.
The Meeting place would be held in the great hall of Koinesburg. King Haven III would be there with 20 Daleks and 40 Armed Guards. The room in wuestion would be directly above the great hall due to the National Theatre being on during the meeting

King Haven III: My image is rarely seen. Thank you for coming. ive invited you here to help restart relations between my nation and yours after the recent war. My father who was in charge during the war, despised your people, i dont share that sentiment.

King Haven III: from my understanding the Magna Commonwealth and the Ludist Empire where one in the same. but besides. all i want is our nation to have functioning relations with yours again. like the relationship Apollonia has with The Orange Creek and Columbians. nations that can coexist and get along. from my research, i beleive the relations broke down during the dissolution of Hyperborea

Though of course the Magna Commonwealth fell, and it was destroyed.
And I clearly remember why. I clearly remember that the Appollonians demanded the complete destruction of an Empire that they couldn’t have fought on their own. Am I wrong?”
